Review 1：It didn't keep us awake but there's a bit of noise at times with passing trains and lively youth. But we'd choose it again as our first choice when we return to Maribor.

Review 2：The staff were very friendly, the location convenient, and the accommodations, clean and comfortable.

Review 3：Site said 1 bed room "APARTMENT" with kitchen and bathroom. Onarrival we dicovered that it was a bunk bedroon with shared kitchen andbathroom. We also discovrred tgat it was a youth hostel which wasnotvdisclosed on the website.

Review 13：Oposite of hostel is some heavy metál music club. I could not asleep until 4am. You have to dress up your bed at checkin and dress down when check out. You have to wash the dishes and all after breakfast.

Review 15：We didn't have a bad experience at all but just to mention the breakfast is pretty low key - salamis and hams, cheeses etc but all clearly bought from a budget shop and still left in their plastic cases in a box. Sugary yoghurt, instant coffee, cereals - nothing cooked - but it is a HOSTEL. It was adequate. And yes you do pay a €10 key deposit and have to make your bed when you arrive and unmake your own bed when you leave, take the trash out, etc, but that's no great hardship and if you think you're above all that then go and stay in a HOTEL :)

Review 16：We had one of the studio "apartments" in the 3rd floor and it was ideal if small - just a bedroom with a kitchen unit in it really - except for the alleged air con - there is a floor standing unit in the room which is advertised as air con but doesn't really do anything. The nice gent on reception turned it on for us when we arrived at 4pm and put it on the coldest setting but 7hrs later - and indeed for the whole of the next day - the room was just as stuffy. For both nights we were there we just left the door to the balcony open which cooled the room enough to sleep ok. The bed was v comfy and the balcony was a good place to relax, and yes the club across the park area was very loud but on the first night they stopped at 11pm. Bathroom / shower unit was good although the clip that holds the shower head on the slider was broken but we could just about balance the head in the curved plastic. It's a hostel, not a hotel, so yes the attitude is not going to be A1 customer service, but out of the three people we encountered two were helpful and friendly, just the last day i was abruptly told that "the kitchen is over there" when i rested my plate and cup on a counter for a moment. I had actually washed and cleaned them myself in the room and was just bringing them down to put back with the other things, which seemed to surprise and confuse the girl who had barked at me :)

Review 18：Tiszta rendezett hely, könnyen megközelíthető. Parkolás nem őrzött, de van hely elég. Új építésű. Fürdő ok. Szoba ok. Kaját nem próbáltam. 200 méteren belül pizzéria, 5 perc gyaloglás Maribor központja. Személyzet normális. Van deposit, de nem vészes. Légkondicionálást azonnal be kell kapcsolni, nem központi.

Review 19：Very tiny room, WC doors opens into kitchen. extremely hot in the room. Parking is not accessible from the street (closed by a barrier) Need to call the reception or park the car and go inside. Parking lot is locked with chains and locks. Need to run arounds with keys to park and depart. Deposit fee of 20 Euros in cash is required to stay in the room. Breakfast is only served starting from 8.30(?) - Not suitable for transit travellers.

Review 21：Its a good place to stay nice rooms just what i didnt like is the signs collect your plates and empty them in the bin, clean the table, when you leave take og your shits clean the room and so on. I did not find them very serious, First time in my life i see a hotel telling guests to clean after themselves. LIKE REALLY? WE ARE YOUR GUESTS, we are paying for these services, so instead of sitting and chatting actually do something, offer some service.And their breakfast is ridiculous.I asked for a plastic cup to take coffee to go and they charged me 30 cents for the plastic cup! RIDICULOUS one more time. The receptionists most of the times are nice but i dont understand the 10 euros deposit i find it stupid since you are paying all the amount from the beginning. The hotel is very nice and next to the train station but their rules an brekfast are really bad.

Review 22：I didn't feel the staff was friendly enough. The receptionist was a bit cynical, cold and sharp. It was also a bit pricey for a dorm type room but considering the modern design and facilities it partially justifies itself.

Review 23：What I liked about the place is its cleanliness and location in the underground area of the city, surrounded by colorful graffiti walls. There was a shower inside the room, only shared between the room residents. Breakfast was quite nice.

Review 24：- This place looks like a school. Everything is perfectly in order, but it lacks atmosphere - The included breakfast is louzy. Not even real coffee, only instant. You can buy the good stuff. Better not to include breakfast then.

You can not sleep with the open window because of the noise until late at night under the windows, but because of the previous conditions you will not be able to sleep by opening the window. Based on the described reasons, the price could be lower: in the area of 40-45€ for a double apartment per night.

Review 51：Maribor is very quaint little town with lots of history, it takes very little time to walk around the centre, through the parks and even up to the vineyards if you are relatively fit and healthy. The hostel itself is excellent - clean, spacious, great facilities and close to town, not to mention unbelievable value for money.

Close to the center, no parking problems, great value for money, nice atmosphere, great personel. Only minus may be the lack of breakfast but there are a few bakeries nearby and at restaurant Cantante a block away they serve great bruchettas from 9 o'clock

The reception was unfriendly,chaotic,poorly staffed,unprofessional,and they had friends there giving a second opinion to everything that was aid ! It was really really very stressful. Review 67：We have booked an apartment for 2 persons for 2 nights. We have received an apartment for 2 separate rooms with sharing kitchen and bathroom. The receptionist office is open till 21.00 hours and after that there is only a safety guard available. The receptionist assured us that no other guests will be placed to us. In the middle of the night we were disturbed by two “intruders”. Immediately I went down to the safety guard and he knew nothing about the receptionists commitment . The safety guard placed the two men into an other apartment. Our unpleasant experience occurred through poor communication (or absence of it) between the receptionist and the safety guard.

Review 68：Bad directions. The street isn't even an actual street and peoplearound the hostel barely know where it is. The hostel should definitelyhelp travelers to find them. Perfect otherwise!
