Review 1：Had a room facing the street, so noisy, bright lights from the street, didn't feel very safe. bathroom was not really clean, carpet not clean, drapes were torn

Review 3：When your booking a room through some of the sites it shows you pictures of what the room will look like but it's not accurate at all and it was going to cost me more money to get the room it showed me in the picture. That is called false advertising and y'all can get in a lot of trouble for that and y'all's beds are up really high and hard to get on for somebody who has just had surgery.
Review 4：Clean room and the nice comfy chair in the room. It was made for somebody who had just had surgery. I lived in that chair for about three days and at night time my wonderful husband would help me in the bed.
Review 5：The lady working when we checked in didnt do anything she said she was. She was rude and disrespectful. She only cared about being on her phone. Also there were some shady people hanging around in front of lobby

Review 7：Pillows could be fluffier. Didn't like timer on television, it has some special auto shut off every hour or so but the staff is able to fix it if you ask.

Review 12：Please dont stay here. They have roaches and I found hair on wall in bathroom. My television didn't work so they switched my room. The hotel didn't want to book according to price booked through web site. They told me we would never book for that price. They charged me full price. I do not recommend this place.

Review 18：I liked being able to open the curtains wide, and not worry about people looking into my room. I liked the friendly and helpful staff. I liked the location because it was close to the freeway. I liked the fact I could find a Gideon Bible in the room. I liked the quick morning breakfast as we left.
Review 19：I had to pay an additional security deposit for cash, but it was refunded upon departure. Also, there was no iron or ironing board in the room for my wrinkled clothes.

Review 21：The staff could be friendlier but then my husband reminds me that we are not at a 5-star resort. Lol So then I guess I can't complain. I just like to be greeted every time I pass by the lobby.
Review 22：I love the booking deals. I love that there are cameras in hallways including the parking lot. My room was clean. Cleanliness is 6/10. I am the type that carries sanitizer wipes and I was not disgusted by the room.
Review 23：Awful. I called to book a certain room and the person on the phone told me which room to book online which i did. Upon arrival the room was wrong, the room smelled awful like smoke (mind you a non smoking room) and the elevator got stuck. All of the stairwells smelled like smoke, the carpets were filthy, and we had to pay extra to get the room changed to the one we needed. Overpriced, all of the blankets and towls were rough and scratchy. The knobs were very touchy on the bathtub. Oh, and the free breakfast consisted of raisin brand, fruit loops, and toast. Overall stay was awful. The cashier also gave us the wrong change.
Review 24：I didnt like that i found 2 hairs on the pillows in my bed. I mean its dark brown hair i know the maid would have seen their own hair on a white pillow case and clean it off. Unless they didnt change it and it was from the person that stayed before me which would be even more gross.

Review 26：Lovely room. Small but a very new look. Look of a much more expensive hotel. Shopping right across the street. Freeway near and fast food facilities.
Review 27：The staff at check-in was not forthcoming about charging $50 to our credit card which was to be refunded at check-out. This required an extra trip downstairs to have it cleared up. Nobody was at the desk and I had to wait 10 min. For a clerk to arrive. She didn't speak clearly or explain anything unless we asked. She needs some public relations training! The cable didn't work on the major networks but that might have been because of the big wind storm that hit the area that night.

Review 31：I booked through booking.com 2 weeks before my arrival , and I called the day of my arrival to request an early check in , and they said they had no reservation for me on file , I had a confirmation number and everything and they still wouldn't work with me , so I had to stay for 1 night instead of the 3 I booked and had to go over an hour somewhere else to find a room for the second night .. huge inconvenience

Review 54：My visit was wonderful. The staff was awesome and accommodating. My room was freshly painted and clean. There was some construction taking place that I wish I was aware of before my visit and I wish the pool would have been open but other than that, my visit was great.

Half of the jets in the jazuzzidid not work, a/c unit was dirty and the vent was broken. Worsthotel ever, I wish I could get a full refund. I will never stay here norrecommend this hotel. Even laying in the bed feels disgusting!!!
