Review 1：someone on our floor had a small dog that barked a lot. It was the last thing I heard before bed and the thing that awakened early in the morning. Most of the staff didn't seem to understand English.

Review 2：Though the motel is dated it was very clean.

Review 3：When we arrived they did not have our reservation which was made online through Bookings.com. However, they did accommodate us. Attempted to reach Bookings.com by telephone. No one answered!

Review 4：The host at the check in desk when we arrived early was very helpful in finding us a room before check in time. All the staff were very friendly and professional. The price was great!

Review 11：Room (311) doesn't have any ventillation system, and windows are not openable (by design). Just no way to let in ANY fresh air. You have to sleep in a stuffyness. There is AC, but it is only for controlling temperature, it won't add any oxygen or remove any CO2 from the room. Breakfast also not very good.

Review 16：Well suited our requirements for a reasonably priced hotel close to Dulles Airport to save us the journey in to Washington DC after a late night arrival. Comfortable room, friendly staff, and the shuttle dropped us off where we wanted to go the next day.

Review 17：We had to call for the shuttle service and it took a long time to arrive. One time, the shuttle did not show up at all. It caused us to be late for another bus that would take us downtown.

Review 38：We used your safe and there was no one who could open it when thebattery went bad. Therefore we were there for several houre waiting toget my purse out of your safe.We had plans and they didn't include staying at the hotel for hours waiting for someone to find out how to open the safe. This should have been in there orientation when they came onboard with the company. I am not trying to sound like a snob but my time is worth something and we had plans as well and they did not include hanging around the hotel for hours waiting for someone to find out how to get the safe to work when the battery light comes on.

So I wouldn't recommend to others to sign up forthe shuttle service, it's better just to call maybe 15 minutes beforeyou need the service.
