Review 1：They have a very slow service at their restaurants. nobody gives you menu. Even if theres hardly any other customers. Much more so, when its lunch or dinner time! You have to get the attention of staff and it takes 20-30 before someone ask you for drinks. It takes forever for the food to arrive. even paying also takes forever. The housekeeping cleans your room everyday and they do a good job.

Review 2：Its good hotel for families as you get a free entrance to the waterpark. There's also a beach and very close to the airport. They have daily activites schedules for the whole family. I had a very nice massage at the spa although very pricey. The one bedroom luxury suite is so spacious!

Review 4：Such a surprise! Booked this as an overnight hotel when we landed in Phuket. The hotel has an excellent splash park and my daughter 3 loved it! A nice breakfast and lovely lunch at the restaurant by the beach. Easy access to the beach and buggy service to all parts of hotel. The only sticky bit is by the checkin is quite late and checkout is very early!

Review 5：-really large hotel so you need the cart to get to the beach or the breakfast area -very close to the airport so the noise of the planes landing is annoying when you're hanging out on the beach

Review 22：The staff were un organised when we attempted to check in. We waited more than half an hour at the main lobby and later were being informed that we were VIPs and urshed to the club. At the club, no one attended to us and we have to wait another 20 mins.

With breakfast and snacks included in the Club lounge for villa guests, thought it was good value although it is the most expensive accommodation option in the resort. Our kids loved the water park in the resort which is free for resort guests.

I need to admit that we had very pleasant stay in this resort, we were 2 families one with older children and the other one with younger ones, e both booked 2 luxurious villas with private swimming pools .. Review 45：We were traveling with three boys , under 11years and staff so friendly and make ourselves very comfortable during heavy rain even though we are very frustrated, Valantino from the kids section really helped us keep the in-house and create fun for them also to mention Jhom at the front office is extremely firndly !!!!!!!

Review 48：Service poor, attitude of staff poor, condition of hotel poor. Room not ready until 4 after being told ok to Check in at 2pm. Room booked was family suite, room given eventually was family suite after they tried to give 2 connected hotel rooms and blamed sales team for mis-advertising. Lobby jam packed with Chinese Tour groups, absolutely chaos. The room was not clean, the floors were dirty as was the stove top. The beach restaurant smelled musty and there were damp patches under each air on unit that looked bad. The transport department run a scam, they charged us hotel rates for a trip to patong, then arrange a taxi, pay the man and pocket the difference. Found out when the driver tried to charge us 1500 after we'd already paid the transport guy 1700. The f&b staff tried hard, but seemed to be thrown to the lions by management had the attitude if you don't like it stay somewhere else. Some facilities closed off, such as mini market and the bar next door.

Review 52：Everything! Lovely looking huge infinity pool but you could only lookat it as it was full of fungus. The other pool near block 3 also hadfungus which makes this resort one without a pool. Water park too wasnothing much as it was quite small. In 2 hours, you could do the entirepark. A couple of rides though were thrilling. The location is verynice and its a huge place but there was nothing to do. The beach ispathetic. Let alone swimming, you cannot even stand at the beach formore than 2 minutes.

Thai restaurant was not good at all, ordered a soup that was too fishy to eat. Beach needs some cleaning. All in all, hotel rooms, toilets and facilities lack maintenance and cleaning. I don't think that I will think of staying here again. This cannot be a 5 star hotel, 4 star would me more than enough.

Review 60：The rooms are very basic, with very little comfort. We had to wait quite of lot of time for the staff to sort out the opening of the doors for the interconnecting rooms and for the room keys to work.

Review 62：We stayed in a penthouse 3-bedroom for two days. We arrived at 2pm on the first day but could only access the room at 4pm. The manager admitted that the hotel is lack of staff due to mis projection of visitors. The second day, we had a breakfast in hotel (Ok despite so many people on Sunday, so I accept that). We went to waterpark for 2 hours until 6pm. When we returned our room, the room is not cleaned yet. I saw two housekeepers outside my room and I told them to clean my room. They talked each other in Thai and I have no idea what they talked. Then I told them I don't need full clean up but please clean the floor and change towel and add bottled water. They said "Yes, they will do". At 7pm, we need to go out for dinner. I saw one of the housekeepers, I reminded her to clean our room. After two hours dinner at JW Marriott Hotel, we returned to our room and noticed that the room has not cleaned yet. We tried to call the reception but no one answer. Then my friend and I walked to the hotel lobby and requested to see the person in charge. But the staff told me only deputy manager is available. Then we spoke to him and explained what happened. We told him we need 3 things (1) clean the floor, (2) replace the towel, and (3) add bottled water. He politely listened to our complaint and said will send someone to our room. We then returned to our room. About 15minutes later, the deputy manager arrived our room and reviewed our room condition. He promised to follow up by that night. At the end, there was no one came to our room for anything. We gave up and went to bed at 11pm. The next day, we checked out. We will never return to this hotel again.

Review 107：The 1 bedroom suite is very spacious and with full kitchen set up. A full size fridge and all kitchen utensils are provided. Very useful especially if you have young babies. Can cook simple meals for young babies. Many play areas for young children and toddlers. Indoor playroom , outdoor playground, water park etc. There are many local restaurant just walking distance from hotel, cheap local food and massage right outside resort.

Its a fair way out of town and with only one shuttle in the afternoon and proved to be costly to leave the resort with having to hire car and driver. Food was always cold when ordered from room service. Kids club is a misnomer due to the fact parents have to stay with the kids. The club was impractical due to its size when the resort was full as the seating and nibbles ran out very quickly. I could not get a decaf coffee (I can't have normal coffee for health reasons) anywhere in the resort. I am glad I thought to bring my own from home

Review 135：Prices of food and drinks and transport were extremely high. They are more costly than comparable things in Singapore. When it rains, you are stuck in your room unless you are prepared to get wet because there are no covered walkways from building to building ie you get wet going from your room to main reception, restaurant, etc. Not handicap friendly as access to wheelchair is hardly available. Unfortunately we had first hand experience as my son was in wheelchair.

Review 137：long way from town - but we done research and booked 4 days here then moved to patong beach resort for another 4 days

Review 138：Breakfast Full Buffet everything you could possibly want, we booked 3B Penthouse with private pool and and was large full bathrooms for each room with spa baths - Club available for all day snacks light lunch and drinks at night staff with A+++ could not fault at all

Review 139：Although it was mentioned 5 stars hotel, it was barely 3-4 stars hotel. I booked 3 bedroom penthouse but it was very old, dirty and has a very small swimming pool. The receptionist wasn't friendly when I asked her to upgrade my room which took me 3 hours to move to the upgraded room and it wasn't much better. I agreed to pay almost double the price for VIP luxury pool villa but the furniture still was old. The door cant be closed. everything was bad in that hotel.... staff, cleanliness, facilities and quality of food during breakfast. hotel location is far away from area of interest which cost me at least $45 one way to any other tourist place.

Review 140：-A very small swimming pool near the rooms, bigger pool near the beach a bit far. -Location not convenience, nothing around.
