Review 1：That there were people with young children above me making noise and running and banging stuff all night and that after calling in waiting a hour and a half I had to go to the front desk myself to get extra towels because our room only had towels for one oerson

Toilet was plugged requested a plunger but again didn't get it till 2 hours later me and my spouse had to use the main lobby restroom and we personally asked one of the staff for a plunger but our request got ignored!! Sheets has stains on them .. Furniture was dusty .. Floor was dirty plus the trash cans were filled with trash !! Very upset...

We have stayed at the 4 points down the street for many years because we attend many festivals yearly in this area, but decided to change it up this time. And I am so glad we did! We literally paid half the price for a room and hotel that's nicer than the 4 points , and the free breakfast is a plus :) definitely will be staying here again

Review 16：First room assignment was a mess. Jacuzzi did not work. I booked this place because they advertised Jacuzzi. Party in room next door to me. Staff could not do anything to help. At 1:30 pm I went to sleep in the lobby cause my room was too loud.

Review 17：1) we received coupons for the bar upon check in that were not usable. 2) there was no fridge in the room which was advertised 3) there was a really loud party next door to us that went all night and repeated calls to the front desk did not get handled 4) the "breakfast" that was advertised consisted of coffee and mini doughnuts. Not even close to a contention all breakfast! 5) all door in hotel and in room including the shower door slammed every time they were closed. VERY DISSAPOINTED IN THIS HOTEL!

Review 19：My room was missing essentials like ice bucket, and towels. I had to ask everyday for the materials, as if the cleaning staff would remove the items after they cleaned and forget to replace them. But not a problem at all. One phone call and they were brought to my room swiftly. Also, I wish there would have been a microwave in the rooms.

Review 20：I love the openness of the sweet. It was very roomy and comfortable as though I was in my own home. Loved the spacious shower! Loved the comfortable bed and full body closet mirror.

Review 21：The room had no towels, hair dryer, coffee maker, shampoo, or iron until I asked for them. Which took 2 hrs to get it all. The contiential breakfast was pretty bad too.

Review 22：Made my reservation thru Booking in July for October for a double. Called when I was on my way. By the time I got there they'd given my room away.

Review 23：Someone left poop at the back entrance, it took them too long to get it up and my husband stepped in it. The elevators didn't work, with my bad knees, we had to be on upper floor.

Review 24：The location was good. The decor was beautiful, we had a great view. Very clean. Had nice places to hang out.

Review 25：The room wasn't ready and had to ask more than once to get it ready. Didn't have a fridge but our friend's room did, we asked for one and we had to ask the staff more than once to get one sent up. The breakfast was only cereal and they didn't even have spoons in the entire hotel. They also didn't keep band-aids stocked at all in their first-aid kit. There was a group of 6 of us split between three rooms and in every single one of our rooms, the AC unit was leaking water all over the floor. The pool wasn't maintained at all. We spent quite a bit of time around the pool and not once did we see a staff member. The hot tub was cold and filthy.

Review 26：Everything was horrible noting worked in hotel room. Everything was dirty even the pool I asked to clean they did a poor job on it and the TV did not work called 5 times until then went downstairs personal asked cuz I literally waited 1 hour. Never staying here. Look better the décor is nice in pictures but in reality its a mess in room dirty as rooms. Warning you don't stay here I rather pay little more next time and a better hotel. not this one never again

Review 31：A lot. The shuttle service was horrible. We flew in from the east coast and were very tired. We called for a pick up about 10:00 pm west coast time. 1:00 a.m. East coast time. Took them over a half hour to pick us up. Hotel is less than five minutes from airport. Had to call them twice to see if they were coming. Hotel looked like it was being renovated but poor paint job and paint peeling in places. Breakfast was cereal or oatmeal. Sparse selection. Not good quality for the cost of the room!

Review 37：Staff was not very helpful, except one young lady. Air conditioner leaked ALL over the floor and under the bed every single night. Called to tell someone and they said "oh its normal, just put a towel down." The chairs in the room were disguistung, they looked like someone had spilled soda all over them. We put a do not disturb sign on the door and yet every morning the staff banged on the door asking if we need room service, none of them spoke any English and it was hard to get them to understand what we were saying. The WiFi did not work for me, though it did for my boyfriend. The toilet made noises 24/7 could not get it to stop. Also the drapes are supposed to be blackout but were either broken or warped as we could not get them to stay in place.

Review 38：Good location, near a lot of food and stores. Had cable, and free WiFi however I was not able to connect and use the WiFi.free late checkout

Review 39：1) I arrived after dark. There was no outside lighting - even the sign was dark. It was difficult to find. Had I not have been using GPS I would never have known 'I had arrived.' 2) I had requested a ground floor room, was given one on the third floor. 3) The following morning, the elevator was out of service and remained so through check out time.

Review 41：We did not like the lack of attention to details and inefficiency of the staff. Upon checking in, the staff was not able to answer details about room amenities we relied upon being available when booking, the room floor and furniture were dirty, there were no clocks in the rooms, wifi was unreliable, and housekeeping was unable to clean after the first night due to a key card failure. However, when the issues were resolved, housekeeping did a fantastic job and we enjoyed a comfortable remainder of our stay.

Review 42：We liked the space, layout, and temperature of the rooms; warm oatmeal each morning; 24-hour access to the gym; and also the fact that our issues with housekeeping were resolved within 24 hours.

Review 43：Jacuzzi broken. Staff very slow to respond to requests. Had to ask for refrigerator and took over an hour to get it. Water on floor near bed. Iron did not work properly. Front desk was slow or did not even answer phone.

We need to use the stairs to go to our room eachtime! The room attendant was also rude and she didn't do her jobright. Lack of amenities such as towels, shampoos, soaps, hair dryer,iron and a board, she didn't replaced and left us any towels, soaps,and shampoos after she got done cleaning our room!

Great staff told me that they would give me an equivalent room plus comp me another so that we all had our own beds. Turned out great, really appreciated the help.

Review 86：It seems every time I stay I always have to ask for towels. My last stay there was only one wash cloth and a floor towel. This is not my idea of an ideal situation, I'm also not sure why towels are not provided I will try one more time and if no towels are provided I will switch all my future reservations elsewhere.

Review 87：Very noisy neighbors (across the hall) allowed to party most of the night (until 2:30 a.m.), and allowed to remain in the hotel. With a 6 a.m. flight, I didn't get much sleep.

This, by far, was the most disrupted night of "sleep" I have ever experienced. With a 6 am flight, it did not provide me w/the rest I needed. Unfortunately, I will not stay on this property again.

Review 100：The room was dirty. The first thing I check was the bed for cleanness. There was hairs in the sheets and under the pillows and on the floors, bathroom and the counter top of sink. It was late and I was tired and all I wanted was to get rest for exam the next day, but all I can do was toss and turn. I advised the front desk and all the said was I'm sorry I will make sure the housekeeping cleans it good next time. No refund.

Review 113：Although walking through the hallways i was a bit leary on the looks. It seemed dingy and outdated. I was a little worried what my room would look like. My room ended up being nicely decorated (king room) but the Direct TV remote didnt work. The mini fridge didnt work well at all. I had to put ice in the sink to keep my drinks cold. I think the biggest issue was all the room doors slammed so hard it was very annoying. That definately needs to be looked into. Hotel towels need to be larger in size. I felt I was using a child size towel. Also the second day there the elevator broke and I had to use the stairs to the 3rd floor which I didnt mind but I would be concerned if a guest was not capable of utilizing stairs related to health or physical reasons.

Review 115：Staff was rude! Had to ask 3 times for towels because there were none in our room. Housekeeping was rude! TV wasn't working. Half of the electrical outlets didn't work in our room. Review 117：We stayed for 3 days and each day of our stay we had to continually ask for more than one towel! We had a double queen room and still only received ONE towel. Not even a set of towels ie bath, hand and washcloth. There were burned out light bulbs, plaster missing from the walls, one trash can in the bathroom nowhere else we had knobs missing from drawers, no towel rack just holes where it should have been, the air conditioning is from the 70s and broke down so we had to move to another room. The list goes on. Dont even get me started on the lack of a 'continental' breakfast! I don't think mini muffins count! For the price we paid, Motel 6 would have been better!

Review 124：Did not like the fact that the air conditioner was not working properly and was leaking. The room was hot and stuffy . The refrigerator was not working and I had to throw away perishable foods that I brought with me for my meal. I was disappointed with the "breakfast" which was at best a substandard continental meal. Although the price for the room was decent, I still overpaid considering the food I had to throw away and the hot, humid condition of the room.

Review 125：I did like the location and for the most part the room was clean.

Review 126：No towels, loud AC (some of our friends rooms did not have air), no real breakfast, light bulbs burned out in key places, no remote controls for one of the two tvs, and the remotes that were there did not work, broken closet, stained (and I mean really bad, couch), mold in the shower, broken toilet paper holder. This was a poorly maintained hotel. Stay somewhere else.
