Review 1：Smoking was allowed in the hotel and the ventilation was poor. So one could smell cigarette everywhere. I would not choose it again unless the disallow smoking.

Review 3：I felt like everyone is just doing the minimum at his/her work, the fridge was not working and we told the staff several times with no response at all , the breakfast is very basic

Review 5：Low value for the money: - morning when came for breakfast we were placed at the table that was dirty, - our room was next to the street where there was a constant traffic (due to lack of air conditioning we had to leave windows opened), - smell of cigarets was present in the reception area.

Review 7：Hotel was old and so the facilities (note there is no air conditioner). We had a room for 4 people which consisted of 1 double bed and 1 very old bunk bed. The hotel was cheap compared to other hotels, however, I still expected better quality of accommodation for the price paid. Dont expect too much from breakfast.

Review 8：The hotel was in a good location, close to the city centre and harbor. It was very convenient as were traveling to the islands. Despite the hotel was very old, it was quite clean.

Review 9：Staff was horrible, one staff walked away while I was asking get a question. The whole area of the hotel smelled like cigarettes, the room wasn't very clean, carpet was pretty dirty. there were a lot of shady people at the loby. Breakfast was horrible, it was literally bread. It was honestly the worst hotel I ever stayed in Europe. $176 a night was a rip off. I wouldn't recommend this place for anyone! Stay away from it! On top of all, am actually disappointed at booking.com, I put lake Konstanz in my search and this hotel popped, and I found out the hotel is actually in Switzerland which means we paid €40 for vignettes. Very disappointing!!

Review 25：One should not stay here if one is getting down at Konstanz. Difficult to get a taxi. Going to hotel from station Konstanz charged 8 euros. Coming (the hotel arranged) from the hotel to Konstanz station charged 15 euros. This hotel close to Kruelilingan station in Switzerland. I booked this hotel as I did not get a hotel room in Konstanz hotels. There is some short cut from Konstanz station if u walk down. Difficult for tourists to walk in winter. I had talked to the hotel earlier. He could not guide me. There is a border point between Switzerland and Germany. No checking was there. But they do check sometimes - the driver of the taxi told us. One Taxi driver from Konatanz railway station refused to come on the ground that the hotel was in Switzerland!!

Review 26：Better than many four star hotels. They understand English. Good restaurant to eat. The hotel had charged me 175 CH, but was good enough to correct it to 150 on being told the booking rate. Opposite the railway station Kruelingon in Switzerland.
