Review 1：The parking spot was an added convenience. However, when someone was parked in the spot, it was not handled quickly.

Review 15：FYI: 2 little design flaws in the master bathroom -- beautiful, but no soap dish or shelf in the shower so had to place the soap on the shower floor & the toilet paper holder is in an awkward position on the wall to the left of the toilet. Otherwise, apartment 702 is PERFECT!!
Review 16：The condo building had great amenities, beautiful views, & excellent location -- extremely happy with the accommodations! The snack basket, also, is a wonderful idea for travelers like us coming in from a long trip -- very much appreciated!!
Review 17：There was a nearby fire station, so,it was noisy at night. There was a big spot in the carpet when i checked in. Also, The baby crib they provided the first night smelled bad, but they replaced it the next day. A/C was not working well. The grill and patio area was closed for cinstruction. The cieling was not painted, so it was no as in the pictures.
Review 18：The locatin is good only if you have bussiness in downtown area or planing to attend a baseball game.the view is good as well. I got some help from Mekho at the building reception when i arrived, although it was not her responsibilty.
Review 19：Terrible check in process. Arrived at 2:30 and was told I had to wait until 3:00 I checked my reservation confirmation the next day and it said checkin was 12:00

Review 21：We were there 5 days and there is no turn down service even though you pay a cleaning fee on top of the rental fee which is misleading. We were told to park in the wrong spot ($20/night) and came really close to being towed. We luckily didn't and had to figure things out with building staff instead of getting help from Stay Alfred. Hide-a-bed was not comfortable at all.

Review 25：location is close to a fire department, and the firetruck was called upon several times. It can be heard, but neighbors can not. It is a very convenient place to stay. I recommend it for anyone wanting a break from the same old hotel room experience.
