Review 1：scary people walking up and down the street and on bikes . i just keep thinking homeless people or drug dealers are across the street.
Review 2：fresh paint and clean - better place than what we saw at the rogue valley inn.
Review 3：there is a bible in the nightstand, and considering the atrocities it teaches, I don't like having that kind of dogma pushed on me. Also, housekeeping uses an overly strong spray, and they use too much of it at that. I always have to leave the window and door open to air out the room.

Review 5：Could hear when big trucks rolled by outside and a car alarm that was going off in the night. Although if we'd turned on the A/C / heater, it probably would have muffled that (so I suggest doing so).

Review 7：I don't like the strong air freshener they spray in the room. I have to keep the window and door open to air it out. And why is there a christian bible in the nightstand? It's an awful mythology. Lose the stupid bible.
Review 8：Jonathan at the front is extremely personable and enjoyable. The room has a mini fridge and microwave. It's a nice combo of upscale motel room at cheap motel room prices.

Review 11：My only complaint is whatever fragrance housekeeping sprayed in the room is very powerful. I had to sit with the window and front door open for about an hour to air it out.
Review 12：Jonathan at the front desk is the star feature of this property. He's so pleasant, so friendly, and so accommodating. He really made my stay. What makes this property a home-run is there is a fridge and microwave in the room, and wifi that actually works.

Review 14：Since I travel alone and do it on a shoestring I value a staff that makes me feel welcome, comfortable and safe. I don't always get that staying in more economical independent lodgings. In this case, the young man at the counter was excellent - friendly, helpful, kind and personable. He is the reason I will return next time I stay in Medford.

The location is close to everything. We just walked to a nice Korean restaurant for Father's Day dinner.

The front desk guy gave me a different room - which was not "setup" meaning it was under "renovation"!!! The third room worked, finally after 20mins of back and forth in the middle of the night.

Review 29：The staff was prompt, the room was quiet, clean, and comfortable, amenities were just what a business traveller needs, breakfast was basic but fresh. And all for a very reasonable price. I'd stay again.
Review 30：I booked a night at the Tiki Lodge before heading into Ashland for a week. I just wanted somewhere inexpensive with a decent bed where I could crash for the night. I was not expecting the sweetness of the owner or the spacious, clean, and very pleasant room. It was truly a step up from most motels I've stayed in. Breakfast had a little of everything. Thank you so much!
Review 31：It felt like we were in a cheap hotel...which I guess we were. There was mildew staining in the bathroom, carpet seemed old and worn and there were no baseboards in the room. The door to the bathroom was stuck and really hard to open. The place was definitely clean, but because of those things it made it feel less clean. I wouldn't stay here again, there's better places nearby.
