Review 1：The only thing we didn't like was that our room wasn't cleaned and our bed wasn't made up. We were there for 3 days and I always like to come to a clean room and bed made up.Thats the way they do it in Texas.

Review 2：Everything and everybody were very nice and friendly. Picked the hotel out of the internet did a good job.Really liked it. Breakfast was good. Really enjoyed the hot coffee. Plan to go back in summer for a weeks stay. Trying to decide where to stay.

Review 3：The fridge and microwave did not work. All of our dairy drinks spoiled overnight. Our leftovers from dinner also spoiled but that's O.K. because the microwave didn't work anyway. It's 3 days later and management has still not called to rectify all this.

Review 4：The location was good - right next to the freeway. The desk staff was nice.

Review 5：Wouldn't let us use our room for about 30 minutes to open Christmas gifts with our Daughter and Son-in-law. Had to be only people paying in the room. Didn't think it would hurt for a short time - we would have hauled our own garbage away.

Review 10：The room I had was a non-smoking room and it was the most disgusting old nasty stale smelly room I have ever had to try to sleep in. You would think that a non-smoking room would at least smell clean and fresh. That truly is the only negative thing about the place, so if you like that smell then go for it.

Review 11：They had the park and fly option, they were courteous and timely in getting me to the airport, although a little slow to pick me up but was treated with respect.

Review 13：I liked that the greetings was very polite, they had complimentary cookies,fruit, and an hour late checkout. Checkout is orginally at 12 but they gave us a complimentary checkout at 1 pm. I love the showers they were powerful and the had secret sprayers ro get those hard areas. Not only did they provide soap, but they provided tooth brush, tooth paste, and even mouth wash just in case you forgot to bring yours. The breakfast was good there was no meat, but it was complimentary. The courtyard had fresh cut grass so my daughter loved it and lastly, the cable was great they had plenty of channels.

Review 14：Would have liked breakfast meat and potatoes scrambled eggs. The coffee , juices and other breakfast items with the fresh fruit was good.

Review 21：The beds were memory foam and very comfortable. Check out time is noon which made it a lot better. Tv was big and had good direct tv channels. Good location right off the freeway. Breakfast was also a plus with waffle maker, cereal, muffins, juice, and milk. Second time ive stayed here and i was pleased both times.

Review 23：I stayed at the Ontario Airport Inn while taking the California Bar Exam and was very impressed by both the proximity of the hotel to the Ontario Convention Center and the complimentary shuttle to the Convention Center. It was very convenient. Also, the fridge and microwave in my room was really convenient.

Review 24：Everything was perfect. The only thing I didn't like is that I hadto go back home after my stay. I could've happily remained there anextra week!!

Review 25：I chose this place because of the close proximity to the conventioncenter. The staff is wonderful, the room is huge and clean. The showeris amazing! Has jets of water coming out the wall at waist level. Myfriend who also was in Ontario for the Bar Exam was staying at theDoubletree a few blocks away. His room costs over $100 and wasn'thalf as good as mine at the Ontario Airport Inn. His room was smaller,less amenities, and the decor was dated. Ontario Airport Inn is the bestmotel in the area hands down!! I am totally impressed!!

Review 26：First and foremost, I was met by "Bosch" the shuttle driver from the hotel. He set the tone for a great visit. Next, the counter person(s) were great! When I checked in and when I checked out, I received the same generous and professional help from each person who helped me. Lastly, the room was more than comfortable. I was tired but I felt "right at home." :)

Review 27：You may want to let house cleaners know they use way to much Fabuloso. The front desk area was just a bit much with the smell..

So, we are OK with this.

Review 32：very friendly and professional front desk clerk, resourceful, and offered cookies for check-in guests. Breakfast overall was good, good choices, including fresh fruits and hard-boiled egg. Room was spacious and had a medium sized refrigerator and microwave.

Review 33：Our room was kind of smoky. There was no way to open the window, so as to let in fresh air. We wouldn't leave the door open, because of the smokers down in the bbq area.

Review 35：The property was very nice, clean and comfortable. Even better than any of those things however is the staff! Very friendly and helpful. Big, courteous smiles. I dropped a bunch of my cash when it fell from my open pursee but I didn't even notice. Then a maintenance man approached me as I walked into my room and asked if I had lost something (as he held the bunch of money out) and repeated "Did you lose this?" I realized it was ny money. I found it so commendable that a complete stranger would be so honest and helpful...a rare quality to find in today's day and age.

Review 36：The Ontario Airport Inn was comfortable, clean, reasonably priced, pet-friendly, and conveniently located right off the freeway near the Ontario Airport. Very nice! I would stay there again.

Review 37：The pillows were very cheap and lumpy considering the bed was had memory foam mattresses toppers. That was my only complaint.

I left a tip for housekeeping and they didn't take it so either they wanted to make sure they were honest about finding money left behind, or they aren't allowed to take tips. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen area was clean but can be cramped at times as with all continental breakfasts. Overall it was nice for a motel.

Review 39：The air conditioning blew directly on the bed and I could not seem to get it a comfortable temperature so I turned it off. Then it was fine and I could sleep.

Review 40：Seemed newly remodeled. Was very pleasant. Had to leave at 5:00am on their shuttle, but breakfast was out early so I was able to have coffee and a muffin!

The room d more amenities than the Palm Springs Hilton we had just stayed in for our 5 day conference (at 1/3 the price Mind you ) breakfast (ready at 5 am ) had fresh fruit and eggs too. Not posh but very serviceable. We'd stay there again.

Review 56：The Hotel was good, it have plants right in front of reception. It was by the freeway which makes easier to get to everywhere. It was the best hotel for this category that I ever been. Very clean, safe, I didn't worry about parking lot because it was safe. Very good, I'm very satisfied. Probably will return again.

Review 61：Friendly staff, shuttle from airport is a plus. Clean. Beds are comfortable (memory foam). Good price for your money. Of course all hotel carpets could be replaced. I got complimentary cookies upon arrival, never had that before. If you forget any toiletry items they provide it for you.

Review 62：The only thing I can think of to say that I wish was different was the firmness of the mattress I slept on. It actually bothered my back somewhat because it was a little hard but that's the only thing I would have changed about my stay here.

Review 63：I had to stay here because we had a flood in our home and they made a difficult time for me so much easier! When I checked in, the nice lady at the front desk was extremely friendly and welcoming. She gave me fresh baked cookies and helped me feel better about my situation from the start. I was also impressed by the ladies that cleaned my room and the security gates for the customer parking. The four nights I came back from work, everything was in its' place fresh and clean and I felt safe. They also offer a wonderfully delicious breakfast every morning!

Review 66：The large windows on the wall of the entry door were nice but a little scary from a security/privacy perspective. Almost every room I walked by I could see inside the rooms as I passed. The curtains were large with the intent of providing privacy but I had to put things against them to close up the gaps that were left. I walked outside a few times to make sure that the gaps in the curtains were closed.

Review 67：The size of the room large with decent with room to work,It had a table and a desk. There was a coffee maker and a refrigerator with a freezer in the room. Clean bathroom, Nice TV, Iron and ironing board, hair dryer and large dressers for clothes.

Review 68：They thought of what I as a traveler might need and offered it, at a very good price ... even bottled water in the fridge, a toothbrush, shaving cream, comb etc. Tea and coffee in the room but also tea coffee and fresh fruit in the lobby 24/7.

Review 69：Road noise in room at night was very loud and meant we got little sleep, (we weren't even the highway side, our room was overlooking the pool.) We found rubbish under the beds and stains on the floor and chair. The bathroom could have done with some refurbishment and the bathroom fan was covered in thick dust. There was no plug in the sink which made it tricky with contact lenses. I was very disappointed especially as we paid nearly $100. I was expecting a nice room.

Shuttle service on-demand to the convention center. Breakfast in the morning with eggs and waffle irons. Fruit baskets are always full for your convenience. Pool and BBQ area kept clean and accessible. Staff actually looked up every time you entered and genuinely wanted to help.

Review 77：Breakfast area a little small. Tends to get congested real fast. Someone needs to monitor and wipe tables down when they come available. Other than that I was totally satisfied.

Review 80：We were greeted by friendly staff who offered us fresh baked cookies and was pleasant and friendly. There were bananas and apples for guests to have at the front door as well as coffee and tea anytime. The room was large and well equipped with all kinds of extras, like razors, combs, toothpaste. The large flat screen TV had all kinds of features. The tub/shower had a mirror and had great jets in the middle as well as the overhead shower. It was in a perfect location for people who are out and about exploring for the day. Very pleased. And would stay there again for sure!!

Review 81：Terrible heavy uncomfortable desk chair - and wrong height for the desk. Crickets in the room twice out of 8 days. Housekeeping forgets to clean/replenish coffeemaker/supplies. Furniture is dated and worn - I didn't really care, but can see why other people say that. WEIRD alarm clock that emitted a static buzz suddenly, several times hours apart, despite being off, until I unplugged it. People smoking in common areas...like the walkway outside of NON-smoking rooms. <hack!>
