Review 1：Poor lightning in the room, no tea or coffee maker/electric kettle, mold in the corner of the shower cabin, no proper shelves in the bathroom (the one made of glass above the washbasin was awry and slippery), poor toiletries, bothering procedure on garage card validation every time one leaves the garage, no two key cards given at checking-in.

Review 2：Superb location on a walking distance from the center and old town, modern design of the room & bathroom, professional/very kind staffing at the reception desk and in the hotel restaurant, New Year decoration, top floor terrace with a breath-taking view, comfortable mattresses with a high-quality bed linen, room colors, attractive walk-in shower cabin, breakfast, solid speed of WiFi.

Review 3：There was no clean table when we came to breakfast. It was anoying to fill in an application form as we chacked in; usually these forms are prepared just to sign.

Review 14：We spent just one night coming back from our Bulgarian-Romanian tour. We've booked a standard room and checking in they offered us an upgrade to superior room (10€ more) for a very nice and spacious room with Drava River view. Very kind and helping staff. It's a real classy hotel, close to the city center. The hotel has a wonderful terrace where the restaurant is located: we chose to have dinner there (it's also where you'll have breakfast in the morning (obviously you can decide to have it in the interior room, but you'll miss the view and the romantic atmosphere)

Review 15：Not a complaint but just make sure you park in the right place because it isn't completely obvious and we got a parking ticket. Not the hotel's fault, but just a warning to others to check!

Review 21：A modern comfortable hotel with nice staff. Location is right on waterfront and as they had a festival there while we stayed it was great ( no distrurbance to sleep). We had lunch at the Roma Restaurant which was about 15 minutes away, the food was interesting and very good.

Review 24：Elevators to the rooms are located in a lower level than the reception and you have to use stairs to get there, why would someone design something like that is beyond me. It's a minor annoyance but with heavy luggage can be significant.

Biroul era dotat cu scaun ergonomic si puteai lucra ore in sir fara sa-ti dai seama. Spectaculoasa este privelistea catre munte si raul Drava. Parcarea subtereana un mare plus!

July 19th was rather rude to me and, as it turned out, a number of other people attending the dinner who complained about her in my presence! She demanded - rather than asked for! - exact change from myself and others standing alongside me at the bar; she made it seem that asking her to sell one a drink at the bar was asking her to do one a huge favour which she didn't want to do; and overall she significantly undermined the otherwise positive impression of the hotel's staff which I had got on my 6-days stay. She was rude, bad-mannered and bad tempered and appeared to be taking out her dissatisfaction at a possibly heavy workload on the customers, all of whom were extremely polite to her. (She was a tall girl with shorter brown hair).

The rooms were very spacious and breakfast out on the 5th floor terrace (mid July) was luxury. Maribor itself is a very welcoming place with delicious food and drink, very cheap if you are from the UK. I went for business conference at the university. Would definitely go back for a holiday

Review 94：Helpful and supporting staff - my stay was during a summer festival, which implied significant noise influx in my originally designated room, but once I raised the issue the staff immediately transferred me to a quiet room of a better category with no surcharge. The location is excellent and the good quality of the Internet and included parking are further plus points. The beds are very comfortable.

Review 95：The A/C can't be controlled from the room, you have to call the front desk to do it remotely. Who wants to deal with calling them at 2 am to have the temperature lowered? Also, only 1 person/device can use the Internet in the room. Had to use roaming to check my e-mails since my hubby connected 1st.
