Reviews for SALA Phuket Resort & Spa
Review 1:Expensive meals. Expensive spa.
Review 2:Excellent and friendly staff Very nice beach Quick and proffesional in arranging activities outside the resort (elephant riding and speed boat to phi phi) Very good spa facilities Finally, they upgraded our room for no extra charge
Review 3:It was a little more remote than I expected so there were very few restaurant options (except the two nearby hotels and an outdoor shanty restaurant). We were traveling with my daughters and although our rooms were ready at check-in time, my daughter's room was not ready until around 4 -well after check-in time.
Review 4:The staff were extremely accommodating. we had to leave before the breakfast area opened to go to a Phi Phi island tour. The staff provided a box of food and drink for us. We were swimming in the pool and when we returned to our chaise, the staff provided glasses of iced tea on the table for us. As we left the pool, the staff provided a refreshing drink. At happy hour, the staff provided free appetizers. As you checked into your room, you got to pick the scent of soap and lotion (choice of 4). The beach was beautiful and almost empty.
Review 5:It's my second stay at this hotel and I still cannot reconcile with their a la carte breakfast. It's good to prevent food wastage but when you come hungry for breakfast the waiting time may be annoying. Plus they need a bit more vegetarian options. Hope to see some change next time.
Review 6:Beautiful villas with unique design, completely secluded area. Attentive staff and good room service. Excellent toiletries. Nice restaurant area.
Review 7:No sink, microwave or decent size fridge in room which forces you to have every meal at their restaurant which is costly. They charge $10 per person to bring your meal to your villa.
Review 8:Across from the beach. Breakfast was nice.
Review 9:Restaurant staff could have been more friendly and sincere in their service. This is our 2nd visit to SALA, and i recall being very impressed with the restaurant staff the first time i came to SALA in June..Would be nice if they could make small chats like suggest whats nice on the menu.
Review 10:The villa was wonderful and as i had informed staff in advance of us celebrating our anniversary along with our young kids, they had our room well-prepared.We stayed at the SALA Villa. Our bed was decorated with rose petals and smelt lovely all the time.Staff was friendly and made my kids feel welcomed.Reception and baggage dept were very helpful and friendly.Security guard was friendly and helpful too. Our room was always clean. My kids love the villa so much they didnt want to leave. They can't stop talking about SALA Phuket and asked if we could go again:)
Review 11:Not the biggest selection at breakfast, but a la carte options compensate that.
Review 12:Best beach in Thailand, very clean and private. Almost no people. The hotel itself is perfect, very romantic, beautifully designed, smells like spa everywhere. The staff is very polite.
Review 13:Lot of ants around outside the toilet area but staff came round with a spray in 5 mins to get rid of them.
Review 14:Villa with pools was amazing, food was great and staff lovely. All good.
Review 15:If I had to be picky, I'd recommend removing a few trees from the beach front by the pool/bar so a better view. And drop the price of the spa, very expensive given you can get very similar massages for 1/4 of the price
Review 16:Loved the sercvice from arrival to departure!
Review 17:1) Villa lighting - too dark 2) Cost and quality of restaurant meals 3) We were promised complimentary shuttle to turtle village but ended up paying for private taxi 4)Could do with fresher towels
Review 18:1) Villa pool 2) outside pools 3) Villa in general 4) Breakfast 5) Hawker food stalls next to Sala Phuket
Review 19:The shuttle doesn't work very well. The beach, although beautiful, is not good for swimming. The food is pricey considering no all inclusive packages are available
Review 20:The room, the pools, the staff.
Review 21:The ocean had a heavy current ( mid October) and not for amateur swimmers. But very clean and pure water
Review 22:Perfect getaway with a lovely staff and location
Review 23:The power went down 2 times that i what i really didnt like
Review 24:The staff are to friendly and the location is very good far from the crowed area very good place to relax and enjoy
Review 25:Food below standard, went to the next door resort (Renaissance ) to have better dinner. People should now that this a sort of isolated resort from attractions. It takes one hour to go to Patong.
Review 26:Big private swimingpool, value for money, comfort villa design. Close yo airport. This my second time, I like SALA for the above and its value of money.
Review 27:They told me they didn't have any first aid back when I wanted to sterilize a cut. They magically did have the first aid bag the second day. Food is quite overpriced Spa is overpriced.
Review 28:Excellent staff. People working there are very attending, nice and welcoming. They value the customer very much, smile all the time and they are quite helpful. Design concepts of the hotel is attractive and elegant. Also physically well executed. Most of the details are thought for you and you don't need to bring many things. (from the beach equipment you will use to umbrellas for rainy days.) Awesome breakfast and good food in general including a good amount of local and European cousin. Excellent room service in terms of cleaning and resetting the room everyday. Specious room. Beautiful location. If you are looking for a calm and relaxing environment. (which we were) [A little far away from Patong beach but they have (paid) shuttle buses if you want.] Can't tell much about the sea as our stay was during the off season.
Review 29:Remote from the city and the taxi is somewhat expensive and you have to negotiate the price every time. No activities like water polo, morning exercises.
Review 30:Polite very helpful staff; namely; Ball (concierge ) Noon ( Reception) Spa (reception and staff ) All in all very satisfying :)
Review 31:service is poor comparing to other 5-star hotels. The staffs didn't seem welcome and care about their customer. Daily house keeping didn't clean the bathroom properly, didn't touch the bath tub. At check-out, we had to find ourselves seats while waiting for taxi, I understood seats were full at reception but they have guess lounge and some outdoor seating with no set up and no offer from the staffs at all. very bad experience with this hotel.
Review 32:private pool is large and clean
Review 33:They took their fees twice by mistake and i can't use that money for 15 days, and they didn't make it up for us in any way. every single time the breakfast didn't agree with what was written in the menu. Insects and lizards everywhere !. Pool's villa was so cold and they couldn't control it's tempreture and that was not professional at all !. The location. The transportation to move to another area was so expensive.
Review 34:The staff were very friendly. The service. The room service food was delicious.
Review 35:*lizards are every where *bathrooms are outdoor for all type of accommodations * i booked for a villa but once we reached the villa there was a lizard in the bedroom . so we asked them to move us to a deluxe apartment in an upper floor for the night and we liked it because there was no lizards (its manageable) but once we asked them to return the difference she said no without even thinking. but i contacted booking via e-mail. and in the next day afternoon i was informed that the difference will be given back to us.
Review 36:*everyone is smiling *the sitting areas in front of the sea *the beach is not busy at all .. u can barely find 2 or 3 people *they are always ready to help *food is freaking amazing
Review 37:Would like an improved breakfast selection for vegetarians.
Review 38:Loved the design and look of the premises that sits well in the landscape. Standard room was very comfortable and a generous size.
Review 39:The stuff from front desk barely speak English and some of the guest have the same difficulty to understand their English, beside that there's always an bad attitude and service, the room is not clean and the towels it's not clean
Review 40:Breakfast,gym and the pool side stuff
Review 41:Spa treatments were a little pricey but still an amazing experience
Review 42:It was my first time in Thailand. I loved the resort definitely couldhave stayed longer just to lay in sun and soak up the environment
Review 43:The spa!!!!! The receptionists were very nice however the lady who did my massage made me feel like she doesn't care at all. Even "street" massage I had at Patong area was better. Such a disappointment!
Review 44:The pool villa itself, the staff in general, the ambience, food at the restaurant were all amazing. Really nothing to complain about except for the bad spa experience I had with them.
Review 45:INSECTS every were because of grass and trees but not in the rooms the rooms is very clean but outdoor is full of lizards and insects
Review 46:Staff were very helpful and always smiling and the place is very good for relaxing but not so good for shopping or hanging out as the transportation to downtown is expensive but recommended for relaxing
Review 47:Cleaning to be improved Beach should be cleaned upfront of the hotel Location is not appropriate if you want to reach Phuket South, at least 2h30 to go and come back by car
Review 48:Cosy atmosphere Staff services, very available and kind Location is good if you want to stay in only Very good Spa
Review 49:I spent 3 nights in the hotel and during my stay I had spa experience for 2 nights, one being massage and the other being scrub. I would say that the spa was was not of good value of money with the experience I had. I really like the idea of the resort itself having a big private pool in the villa. However, I do not like the outdoor toilet. There were quite many mosquitos in the room. Luckily, the aroma oil in the room was effective so the mosquitos didnt come close by. Their bed was big but it was composed by two beds to make it one double so somehow there was a small gap in between. And i do not think u can swim at their beach. The waves are huge.
Review 50:The breakfast was good. Although the location of the hotel is not in phuket town, within walking distance there were a retail village and some local restaurants. So it is okay if you would just like to chill. The resort creates a relaxing environment.
Review 51:The toilet is outside which is not very convinient , its not good for a family to stay in it because toilet is seen to everybody in the room There was a lot of rain , there was many insects and there is not a variety of food choise and it wasn't very tasty and it was expensive
Review 52:The room is very nice with the pool, the swimming pool outside and the beach are very nice The complimentary movies upon request was a good idea
Review 53:I have nothing bad to say about this resort at all.
Review 54:Stayed at the SALA Pool Villa, it was absolutely beautiful. The staff were all very caring and efficient, superb service, made us feel very welcomed. The breakfast was very good, a wide range of options to choose from. Food at SALA restaurant was amazing anyway. Reasonable pricing for a very nice resort as well. I would definitely recommend this resort. And I'm definitely coming back again!
Review 55:Took half an hour to check in upon arrival. Far too long after a day's travel to get there.
Review 56:Great beach. Swimming pools lovely. Restaurant was good
Review 57:no resort can be utterly perfect, and though it's no fault of the resort, the beach is not the best, and its not possible to swim in the water.
Review 58:we arrived early in the morning at around 9am, and they managed to accommodate our request of early check in at around 9.30am. Because we were celebrating 2 special occasions: my wife's birthday as well as our first year anniversary, the staff also prepared a lovely orchid bouquet for my wife at check-in, as well as a beautiful chocolate cake in our room. We were well and truly pampered, with rose petals on the bed and in the bath on arrival. We loved out garden villa, and it is truly a work of art, architecturally, with amazing attention to detail. Gorgeous. Pool was lovely and we could spend ours in our villa without a care in the world. The whole resort is stunningly beautiful, with magazine-like photos to be taken all across the resort. The lap pool is stunning too, and the huge sofa/beds at the bar are great to laze around after swimming before sunset. Just next door there are beach shack seafood restaurants with affordable prices (but by no means cheap). There is also a free shuttle to Turtle Village shops, where there are a few restaurants and shops. the pick of the restaurants is definitely the Coffee Club. Overall, our stay here was truly one of the best holidays I've had.
Review 59:It was very far away from Phuket town and charged to drop us on which was expensive!
Review 60:Amazing Buffett breakfast! Such cases a comfy bed with the softest sheets! Loved the outdoor bathroom and great gym and spa facilities
Review 61:Breakfast was a la carte and had no vegetarian options all dishes were either with eggs or pork Also the quality of the gym and sauna were not up to this hotel level. The sauna area is very small, the lockers are jammed in front of shower and toilet. The gym has outdated equipment and on the first day the aircon wasn't working Last comment is about sink and shower clogging. We called the technician but the sink was not fixed properly so clogging continued.
Review 62:Nice location Well trained staff Efficient room service Good wifi Beautiful unique rooms
Review 63:Doesnt like the curtain shower at the shower area ... It looks dirty Aircon was not working so well
Review 64:The pool is pretty cool ! Have a various type to play around with some drink served
Review 65:- lots of mosquitoes - unfriendly staff at breakfast - location (far from town) - the sliding door between the bedroom and bathroom is very heavy - wifi is weak and slow
Review 66:- the villa and its swimming pool are very spacious - private beach (although the waves were too strong and we couldn't go into the sea) - breakfast buffet (main courses were freshly made as we had to order from the menu. Appetizers, breads, cereals, fruits, fruit juices are available at the buffet)
Review 67:there are no trash bin anywhere when needed. I asked the staff they said trash bins look ugly that's why! I would suggest to make a nice design for trash bins related to the resort theme where they would add value like an ornament or vase!
Review 68:Peace. Serenity. Beach. Facilities. Architectural design.
Review 69:Theres nothing not to like!We love everything:)
Review 70:Staff- We felt that the staff was attentive and thoughtful.Friendly and sincere in their service. Villa- Love the design, details and space!
Review 71:some types of food wasn't identified as Halal (for Muslims).
Review 72:It's really relaxing, the resort design is outstanding modern with a touch of history with amazing smile on the staff with great service.
Review 73:The crazy amount of mosquitoes, lost count of the bites after just a day. Bring a lot of protection, spray does not work against them.
Review 74:Excellent Resort and Staff
Review 75:Nothing:) even lizards seem cute as time goes by.
Review 76:All were perfect!! Kind lovely staffs, great services, beautiful equipments, the lovely house, good view, tasty breakfasts and room services!
Review 77:the breakfast is a bit poor , not so many options. And the restaurant prices a bit expensive .
Review 78:the ambiance of the hotel is very nice , very green , very quiet , very relaxing . The villa with private pool is perfect for 2 persons , very quiet, clean and the pool is big enough. The staff are very friendly. The hotel is organizing daily activities outdoor and indoors .
Review 79:Spa is slightly overpriced but worth it. No waxing available but Renaissance Resort is next door to SALA and offers this treatment. Breakfast buffet could do with an upgrade.
Review 80:We stayed the the SALA pool villa for 5 days. Everything from arrival through to departure was perfect. Loved the privacy of the villa. The bar is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful sunset. Chai, Too and Poo will keep you entertained. Near by is the Turtle village for those who love to shop. Staff are wonderful!
Review 81:The breakfast wasn't on the level of a five stars resort. There is in my opinion not enough choice but the quality is OK. The villa is amazing, the only annoying thing is the AC. It's loud and blowing directly over the bed.
Review 82:The Sala pool villa offers all the comfort and privacy we were looking for. The staff of the resort are very helpful and willing to do anything to ease your stay and make you feel comfortable.
Review 83:Room was very nice but a little cramped. Not much space to spread out.
Review 84:My wife and I loved our short stay at SALA. A hotel like this in the states would be 5x the cost. Everything was wonderful. A great place to relax in a romantic setting
Review 85:Stairways to balcony room is 1 long flight with no landing. It is too steep and danger for elderly.
Review 86:Hotel design respect to existing nature. Big pine trees line up on the beach front were kept as is. They acted as natural boundaries and can reduce damages from a big wave, if history repeats. All villas and buildings were set below the height of these trees and far back from the beach. The prime area on the beach front, the only place in the entire property that has sea view, is setted for all guests common area such as restaurant and pool. Pathway from drop off to open air lobby is serene and peaceful with crisp reflecting pool. Room setting are personalized for each guest with selections of pillow, soap bar and lotion at your choices.
Review 87:We had a problem at breakfast on two of the days in that it did not arrive for a very long time - the order had been lost and on one occasion given to another table.
Review 88:The rooms are huge, beautifully decorated and very clean. The pools are lovely and it is right on the beach. Food is also very good and staff very friendly. It is excellent value for money.
Review 89:There is nothing to dislike first of all. The only thing I would say isthere are alot of insects and reptiles in the area that apart of thenatural habitat. You have to get used to them during your stay. Keepyour doors and windows closed and your room air conditioned.
Review 90:The location is great for couples and it offers complete privacy inthe pool villas. The food is fantastic, best we had at any of ourhotel choices in Thailand And it rivals some good restaurants I knowin the us. The staff gets it!! They cater to your every need andeveryone is sooooo nice!! I highly recommend th is place to any couplevisiting Phuket.
Review 91:The breakfast ! Poor buffet . A la carte was available but options were limited. There were no elevators and ground floor rooms were with private pools and of course more expensive. Steps were a killer for us.
Review 92:The helpfulness of the staff. Also the availability of local street food just outside the hotel.
Review 93:I base my hotel stays on other reviews, so I will mention one important thing for this hotel to others looking to book. This hotel does really well if you are in a pool villa. I would not have liked living in one of the rooms/apartments as this hotels strength is that it reflects a small village with narrow roads and trees and staying in the rooms on the side of the hotel ground would have made me feel like living in the "projects". Another small issue is the birds stealing food of your plate!!! Right in front of you or whilst you are eating it!
Review 94:I had a great time at the hotel. The staff was excellent and they remembered my birthday and gave me a nice birthday cake. The food was great and it was prepared in no time! The wifi in the villa was super and I could use Skype with no interruptions or distorted picture. Overall the experience was great and I would return.
Review 95:Everything about SALA was incredible, I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday. The villas with private pools are the perfect escape and the private access to Mai Khao beach is a breath taking place to watch the sunset.
Review 96:Restaurant was a little bit pricey compared to other 5* hotels we stayed in. In room dining after 11pm is a bit limited.
Review 97:Lovely rooms and such helpful staff.
Review 98:Bathroom is on the terrace and has no AC therefore it is quite hot especially when you enter from the AC bedroom. Overall it was great experience and we liked the concept of the rooms.
Review 99:Beautiful rooms, nice, clean design. Great swimming pool and fantastic long and completely empty beach. We had a wonderful stay.
Review 100:Wifi was patchy outside your villa and staff strictly enforce 3pm check ins
Review 101:Located on a quiet, clean and pristine beach, we loved the pools and gardens, excellent restaurant cuisine and nice touches like fresh fruit in the villas
Review 102:Food and drinks are really expensive. You'd better take advantage of the daily happy hour.
Review 103:As soon as you walk in you immediately feel relaxed. We were very lucky to get a complimentary upgrade to an amazing pool villa. The staff is really nice and friendly. Very good food. The best part: sunsets with a cocktail durging happy hour from the pool Bar can't get any better. There are local restaurants next to the hotel -good food at good prices.
Review 104:The room in general was not great. It was very small... it seems advertising was intentionally misleading... I selected the room because I thought size was 157 m2... but it was less than 40 m2... I think the whole property including the pool was 157 m2, which is misleading and I consider that as non honest advertising
Review 105:Friendly, polite, helping and smiling staff.... All Staff cross the board... Food was so amazing... we told Chef David his food is great the only disadvantage that we gained.. weight from over eating Beaches r nice and the set up around swimming pools were very nice and staff provided extra care and concern... In General the whole environment was so comfortable and implant happiness in our souls
Review 106:We are not one of these couples who complain about pointless and trivial things such as wi-fi signal, shopping options and the lack of mod cons (these are things which one should get away from on holiday; and so the only complaint that I have would be the stupidity of modern society; humanity survived before smart phones or lap tops were invented) :-) One thing I would say though: the resort could be made more environmentally friendly (eg: use glass bottles instead of plastic, think of ways to consume less energy - (solar panels? Thailand gets plenty of sun) we don't need air-con during the day if we're out, on day trips etcetera). These are minor things, but they might be important in the not too distant future... Restaurant was rather expensive.
Review 107:We stayed for 2 nights in the pool villa and we loved our stay so much that we didn't want to go home. We particularly liked the close proximity to the very natural and relatively unspoilt beach. I hope the beach remains this way. The privacy of the villa and the relaxed feel of the green and forested environment around the resort was also another plus. Overall, although the restaurant was rather pricey, the Italian chef (Davide?) was a refreshing dose of normal friendliness and these kind of things added a better ambiance to the resort's dining area. Much more laid back and less stuffy. The service was superb - although we ARE capable of pouring a glass of water into a cup thank you very much. Nevertheless, we can't fault the service - but this is only a small part of our wonderful experience. For cheaper dining options, we recommend the local food stalls literally just steps away from the actual resort. Overall - an ideal get away for a long weekend break / short week. Bean bags to sit on at the lawn area (while listening to the sound of the sea) were so comfortable I actually couldn't get up. Superb.
Review 108:Had a problem with mosquito and lizard. swimming pool was cold No privacy in Bathroom 100% privacy in villa and swimming pool
Review 109:Location,staff,food and villa were all great Halal food was a plus Breakfast was marvellous Very quite place for honeymoon Size of the swimming pool was good for 2
Review 110:Prices for food and drinks are extraordinary high, we only had dinner once but the quality was great. Only 50 meters away from the hotel there are some smaller restaurants with cheaper food.
Review 111:Very stylish place with a "less - is - more"-architecture which is not typically thai-style but nice. The pool-villas are great - we enjoyed every minute there.
Review 112:Shampoo, conditioner in shower....it was watered down. No mirror in bedroom. Private pool too chilly. Music in bar area sounded like broken record.
Review 113:Excellent breakfast. Beautiful pool area by beach. Loved beach massage.
Review 114:Nothing
Review 115:We loved the privacy of our pool villa and the concept of outdoor living. The food was top class and not overpriced. The breakfast was really good too. Loved the different dining options. The beach and pool were gorgeous. This was a perfect luxury beach stay for us.
Review 116:There were some little pet peeves that I don't understand why the resort does what it does. Some examples are their bottled water. Every day they will replenish your room with bottle water. There is bottled water available in the Gym and Spa for you to take but if you want to have a bottled water by the poolside or bar then they charge you for the bottle plus 10% service and 7% VAT. It seems that small items like this we were getting gauged. Another example, if you order a coconut the cost was $280 BHT plus the service fee and Vat tax yet take ten steps off the property and you can get the same coconut from a vender for $40 BHT everything included. This is were I think Sala misses its mark. The rooms and the rest of the resort is pricey enough that you should not gauge your guests for the small items. Also, when we booked our tours I felt that the staff really had no idea what was involved with the tour. Example, we went to a Show that stated it started at 9:30 but when we got there, there were actually two shows. One at 7:30 and another at 9:30. We paid extra for the Buffet dinner which we did not have to do since we were able to get into the 7:30 showing immediately. Had the resort knew this and told us we could have saved money by opting out of the dinner portion of the show. As well, when we book other tours they never fully explained that there would be extra costs for other activities for us. We were under the impression it was all inclusive unless otherwise stated. Again these are minor issues and should not discourage anyone to got to this fabulous resort.
Review 117:Almost everything I liked about Sala. It is probably the most relaxing resort I have ever been to and the food was outstanding. Their Breakfast was the best I have ever had at any hotel or resort. Very relaxed and chilled atmosphere with an incredible beach. Will be coming back.
Review 118:Rent a car if you want to reach anything apart from hotel itself. Facilities need renovation (maybe not urgently, but they definitely do). Bathroom outside (the surprise I promised) is fun... before mosquitoes start to hunt you down. Sometimes you need privacy to wash your… hands. Gym is nice, though slightly small and therefore was crowded.
Review 119:Great beach, the best in Phuket. Close to the airport .Great restaurant. One of the best - and I know what I am talking about. Nice private pool in your villa.
Review 120:No facilities like Marriott on the beach. No lifeguard on the beach.if Marriott can have it-you can too. Poor quality of wi-fi. No transfer service between Marriott or Renaissance. Turn down service very poor. Too many mosquitoes in the room.
Review 121:well, if only we had a bigger budget to pay for a garden or pool villa this trip. the balcony room w facing each other, so taking a shower and using the bathroom ment drawing the floor to ceiling (high) curtains each day/night, effectively eliminating any view. that being said, the sala facilities and comfort is still better than some of the pool villas we had in say six senses and evason
Review 122:1. staff were very attentive and helpful 2. breakfast include large buffet spread, made to order main course and drinks. lunch, dinner, pool menu and room service had an even larger selection. so spoilt that we only ate 2 meals outside and decided it is not worth the trouble going anywhere else
Review 123:not much to do around but you don't need anything else when you are in this hotel.
Review 124:This is simply heaven on earth. The best hotel experience in my life.
Review 125:Hotel is up at the northest beach of phuket. You have to spend a lot on taxi to go to Patong or other busy parts. Restaurant is very very good but it is fittingly expensive. There are no medium range options within the facility itself except some street vendors outside the hotel by the beach.
Review 126:Design and architecture: rooms, restaurant, pools, spa, lobby, cool and comfortable. Restaurant was of superior quality, more than we would expect at a resort. Staff very welcoming and warm, very polite, great service overall. Beach empty of sunbeds and almost empty of people even. You can get reasonably priced massage by the sea from external company (non- affliated with the hotel) near the hotel
Review 127:Curtains needed a good clean and to be shortened at least 35cm hanging over the floor was a hazard. Pool had green algae. Floors needed a good steam. Shower floor needed a non-slip paint. Doona on bed, no top sheet in hot climate, unhealthy. Mosquito problem.
Review 128:Staff, were wonderful a pleasure to deal with although language was a barrier at times, they tried very hard to please.
Review 129:While the rooms were beautiful, the bathroom/balcony floor seemed dirty. The sink was clogged, therefore, the water went down slowly. There was nothing wrong with room.
Review 130:Beautiful room! The service was amazing! All the people that work were extremely friendly. We had a 21 month old child and the staff at the hotel were great with him.
Review 131:Booked the sala pool villa, was probably not available, got downgraded to garden pool villa. Should have apologized and upgraded my room, instead of pretending it was a sala pool villa and even charge me for it. Spa is way too expensive for its quality and masseuse attitude was unfriendly. Tried to get us out as fast as possible
Review 132:I liked the place it's so quite and the staff were bery nice on reception and restaurant, the beach and pool were very nice the design of rooms is very unique in general it's the place of relax and have your good mind
Review 133:All doors are hard to close properly, bathroom door especially. There was gap in between slide doors behind the bed. Should fix it coz feel uncomfortable.
Review 134:Everything is perfect !
Review 135:Insects( although you have to accept that you would find some insects in such a location thats perfectly Normal) A bit pricy for the dinners
Review 136:The location, the staff, the secluded long beach, the private pool villa was great, the dinners where delicious, the stay was very relaxing. A very intimate and calm place.
Review 137:The waiters were good but the food they brought out was not. One dish was supposed to come with 3 dips but 1 was omitted as they had run out but nobody told us, they just hoped we wouldn't notice. Another dish came out with almost no filling whatsoever when we opened the pastry to look.
Review 138:The pools are fantastic and the wait staff try very hard.
Review 139:So Great! Best Choice! We are very much impressive for our vacation at Sala Phuket. Here is very much excellent in term of privacy and courteous staff. The room is very good, very comfortable and very private. The beach is very beautiful with the blus sky but the wave is so strong during the time we stayed there. If we have a chance to go to Phuket again, Sala Phuket will be the first choice for our destination!
Review 140:The sun loungers need upgrading
Review 141:So peaceful and relaxing and the staff always on hand to give guests a great time. And the food and villas are amazing
Review 142:A bit pricy overall.
Review 143:Amazing staff. And location was superb.
Review 144:Check-in time is quite late (4pm)
Review 145:- Nice location with luxurious amenities - Excellent service - Very good foods
