Review 1：The breakfast buffet could be better. People were smoking at the swimming pool. Some children were jumping into the swimming pool and splashing water on people around.

Review 2：The room and the hotel are amazing. We enjoyed the little gifts (fruits, chocolates, recipes). The free shuttle boat to the center of the city was great.

Review 3：Economic development is gradually killing the Can Tho floating market - not Victoria Hotel's fault, obviously - so this should not be the main reason for the trip (at least in winter).

Review 4：The "resort" in the name is well earned. The garden is beautiful, the property has character, the pool is inviting and the breakfast excellent (choice and quality). Service was pleasant and competent throughout. A pedestrian bridge should open in January 2016 providing easy riverside access to the Can To Promenade. The free shuttle boat to the Promenade Pier is also very enjoyable.

Review 6：The staff were wonderful. The hotel was lovely. The tours whilst a bit expensive are very well run and if money isn't an issue I would definitely recommend using their tours. Good sized pool too.

The lush gardens, the peacefulness of the hotel, the friendliness and professional services of the staff at all levels, the spa, the welcome massage, the coach service from Ho Chi Minh City to Can Tho, the boat shuttle to Can Tho, the tours, the list is endless. This is definitely a great hotel to stay at.

We enjoyed the free shuttle service boat ride into town . The Hotel ensured our ongoing plans to Chau Doc went smoothly. They arranged transportation for us and even packed fruit and water for our trip. The pool is really lovely at this hotel and the breakfasts are delicious, with a great choice of cereals, fruits, yoghurts and pastries as well as egg station. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel . The staff are really lovely and the grounds with their extensive gardens are beautiful. Wish we could have stayed longer.

The staff were lovely especially Thu at the reception desk who helped us book bus tickets and Minh who is very friendly and knows a lot about football. I can't really understand why this hotel isn't five stars - it's nicer than many five star hotels ive stayed in elsewhere.

Review 65：The boat transfer to downtown Can Tho is really fancy, and the building is gorgeous. Travelling with a kid, we were very happy about the pool, so she could have some of her kind of fun. The garden is beautiful as well, and so is the view on the river.

The staff are the most welcoming, friendly and helpful that we have experienced and always with a smile on their faces. The hotel itself is spotless with spacious and luxurious rooms. The pool area is beautiful and really an oasis or relaxation. The Lady Hau Sunrise breakfast cruise was amazing. Even the location of the hotel on the river is very special. The hotel provide a water taxi to the quayside if you wish to go to the town which is complimentary. The restaurant is top class not only with a wonderful breakfast array but also the evening meals that we took during our stay were amazing, the flavours, presentation and service was outstanding .. would bear any michelin star restaurant.

Review 73：The French Colonial atmosphere of a bygone era exists authenticaly today at the Victoria Hotel, Cantho. I have enjoyed many stays while on business in Cantho for over 10 years now, and I continue to be both greatly pleased and relaxed by every visit.

Review 74：I have known vct since 15 years and return there whenever it´spossible.For vn and ct, it offers cleanliness, etc.. that a personliving outside the country would expect.I Also know the v chain I.e vha, v cd, v pt. There is no ( bad ) surprise with this chain.The v chainis no more under foreigner hands but vn hands, Thien Minh Cie.Let´s seehow it goes further. I already did notice some small changes. Such as,before, when guests arrived at the gate, the bodyguards will immediatelyinform the reception.By the time we arrive at the hotel, people arewaiting for you with fresh towels and refreshments. Now..., They askedyou to sit and after 5 min,towels and refreshments are brought.We alsonoticed the variety offered at the breakfast buffet.I Had theopportunity to talk to the hotel manager. No offense taken but probablyshe is too "young" = lack of experience to really see allthese small carings.She did not really listen to customers.The v cdmanager is still the same since xx years.This gentleman comes from theold school. Probably there is a lot to learn from him.
