Review 1：I drove up from LA and was able to check in early which was great since I needed a nap after that drive. The room looked like the pictures (and I've been in rooms that didn't resemble the pictures at all before) and the bed was very comfortable. The view was amazing, the location was convenient, and everyone was really nice and helpful.

Review 2：The breakfast and checkout staff were mean and rude. I got repremandended like a child for trying to take my breakfast to my room. RUDE AM STAFF!!!

Review 4：The room smell like smoke, its not a nice place if ur looking for a mini vacation for the prices. ONLY worth coming for the spa tub. I would come back jst for that.

Review 5：The best part was the big spa bath with lights. The jettes were hard to get working. Good size bathroom area and clean. Pool looked ok but rain prevented us from going in.

Review 6：I didn't like all the little kids running around in the middle of the night yelling. And I didn't like how our door wouldnt close shut because there's a wide space between the door.

Review 8：Price included breakfast buffet was awful. Not enough food was prepared. Went in to the buffet half hour before closure; no food. Asked for food and told it was too late to prepare additional food. Didn't go back for second try on following days. No coffee offered with in room coffee maker. Internet price was same price as posted price on billboard...No savings. Would not go back to this hotel.

Review 13：Room is very nice. Great to have both a refrigerator and microwave in the room!!! Pillows are not ideal (foam) and we decided to pass on breakfast. The lobby needs updating. Was not a noisy hotel so that was nice. I would go back though bc if is a good value and the room is nice, comfortable and clean.

Review 20：The hotel staff were great but the continental breakfast staff were too overbearing. They seemed to be guards overlooking your meals and almost counting the plates.

Review 21：The staff is not as professional as I am use to ... lost my reservation and tried to over charge me. The exterminator was there treating another room or bed bugs. That's a plus - I think. Do not confuse with Country Inn & Suites across town. I did. My bad.

Review 22：The refrigerator was making a clicking noise so I called the office to complain and the person told me that all of the refrigerators make that noise and there was nothing he could do. So I asked to be moved to another room and he puts me in a room that was supposed to be non-smoking but the room stunk really bad from smoke and the bed spread had a burn hole in it. But at least the refrigerator wasn't making noise. I guess his statement about they all make that noise was a lie.

Review 23：Its tough to book online because you never know what you are getting. I stated that I definitely wanted a non-smoking room in my pre booking comments section. When I arrived the office area didn't look to clean. I stated again to the woman who took my information that make sure that I don't get a smoking room, she agreed. We go to the room open the door and it reeks of smoke. We go back to the office to see why and she gave us another room that was ok. It started about 2am when we we awaken by strong smell of cigarette smoke which continued until about 5am. We didn't know where it was coming from, but could not sleep with that strong smoke smell. Maybe it was from the front door that had a space in it, or maybe it was being sucked in by the air conditioner but it was horrible. But for the higher price that we paid it wasn't worth it for any price. I would not recommend this motel to anyone.

Review 24：The room was clean but the outside surrondings were very questionable. You had to walk over gravel/mud at a few locations to get to your room.

Review 25：You get a ticket per person and have to finish eating by 9, or food was gone. two stories no elevator. Room was in the middle a little far to take luggage by hand. (No carts).

I got stuck with a cheap room! Not a good experience, and not sure I will stay at this place or use booking again!
