Review 1：Is out dated and no housekeeping everyday .I call to get towels and they told me to take the dirty ones somewhere before I get clean ones

Review 5：This place was very misleading!! It has 4 buildings you can stay in, however!, only 2 (C and D) buildings are ocean front. The other 2 buildings (A and B) are run down, smell like musty mold, have paper thin walls, and a door that holds out nothing but light! I was so very disappointed with the quality of the room they put us in, I will never go back or recommend this place to anyone. Total vacation ruiner!

Review 20：The room was comfortable and well equipped especially the kitchen area. Very clean and we appreciated the ceiling fan, something not often seen in room rentals.

Review 21：Not much point in providing a microwave and fridge without plates and some cutlery. Similarly providing an on site laundry without an iron and ironing board in the room. I thought it was outrageous to charge $2 for printing 4 pages of an e mail in the tiny 'business' centre.The on site restaurant Gregorys was not open during the day and had no price list displayed. Because of not knowing the price range or the type of thing they served I did not go in any evening. I was surprised to be moved on Sunday morning as their week goes from Sunday to Sunday but as of lunch time Monday my room was still vacant. 11am is too early for check out-it should be 12 and a 5pm check in is ridiculous.

Review 22：I thought the staff were excellent and very helpful. It was nice to be able to watch the sunrise from the beach-there is direct access. Overall while somewhat limited facilities it is a nice place to stay.

Review 30：The location was perfect. Our room looked like we were the first ones to ever stay in it. It didn't look so great from the outside but our room was lovely. Lovely pools and so close to the beach. Would definitely stay here again

Review 31：Not getting to stay longer. The sales office was closed as they were on vacation until November 4th.

Review 32：The check-in staff was very helpful getting us in early into our room as my brother had become ill. Asking if there was anything else and not to hesitate to contact them was very comforting.

Review 35：The mini-fridge and microwave were in a closet. A very large closet, but a closet none the less. The room was clean and well cared for but could use an updating. A 2nd sink instead of such a huge closet would be a good trade-off.

Review 36：The staff was attentive and caring. They responded quickly when I called with a maintenance issue. The beach location was very nice. Two of their bldgs are directly beach-side. Mine was not, but access is easy and the two pools were very nice.

Review 37：From check in to check out our experience was flawless. At check in the lobby was clean and fresh smelling, The young man who handled our check in was pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The young lady at check out the following morning was friendly and efficient, She also gave us a recommendation for a breakfast spot (Simply Delicious) located in a great little beach cottage that was great. All told a wonderful weekend getaway that was truly appreciated.

Review 38：Older property, had a slight smell to the building, had traditional old style room keys.

Review 40：They had tacky signs on the door that said do not check in early or even try to, walked to 3 different ice machines and none of them worked on the property, the pool area definitely needed to be updated there was bad scum lines on the tile in the pool and spa, the rooms had a stench to them, there was no comforters on the beds just a very thin flat blanket, and the building looked abandon from the street when we pulled up not inviting at all.

Review 48：A little old but kept up and pool was awesome. Also there was a $50 security hold which I was a little uncomfortable about. I was afraid I would have to fight to get it back however it was returned within two days.

Review 52：Our room was very dated and our DVD player didn't work after I already rented a movie. Also our toilet overflowed in the evening and they never sent anyone until we called and then they sent one the next afternoon! Also the door had no seals so any creature could easily get inside. I went to the bathroom around five in the morning. I felt something on my back when I sat down on the toilet so I shook got up and turned on the lights and it was a huge cock roach! I was mortified! I couldn't sleep all night.

Review 53：The location was perfect. Just a short walk to the beach. No large crowds either.

Review 55：Gate code did not work when we returned from dinner. Later I used the gate on the south side of resort. Surprised was all the security features with gate and night security officer but beach access was totally open to the beach without a security gate.

Review 56：Resort overall was great. Clean room, and bathroom was very well appointed with plenty of fluffy towels.towels. The sitting area/bedroom has a pull out sofa bed, and a Queen bed. Flat screen TV with cable. The pool and deck were very nice. Also enjoyed the beach access..

Review 63：The room was small and their interpretation of a queen bed is actually a double. The mattress was comfortable but on a rickety frame, so if you move the whole bed wobbles. The floors were creaky (we were on the second floor) so it was tough for our kids not to make a lot of noise.

In the room, is a book of rules. the room was a basic Motel 6 style- old rug on floor, window AC, only window is on the walkway where other people walk by. Bare bones room. it is clean. In fact, it smells like lysol. Pool crowded. If you are used to low cost bare bones hotels, this one could be fine. The beach is great.

Review 69：The room is newly renovated with new carpet, bathroom, and TV. Also, had a dvd player in the room. It was a great deal for a last minute trip on July 4th weekend.

Dirty wet carpet (with a crawling-nine month old baby, you can imagine), kitchen poorly furnished (ex: microwave but no container to reheat the food, no forks or spoon), . Awful, we moved to another hotel the day after. Staff didn't charge us for the cancellation, thanks.

Review 83：In this technology era, we were surprised that there weren't enough outlets for our "stuff". I use a Cpap and needed to unplug the alarm clock so I could have a bedside outlet. There was only one free outlet for two plugs. But there were three of us each with a phone, plus a laptop and a tablet. I was so disappointed to have to share charging privileges. Since we were only in the room to sleep and for short intervals that posed a big problem.

Review 85：Confusion about the room. My room was described as a one bedroom, with a queen size sofa bed and kitchen for $119 plus tax. But, when we got there it was a room with tow beds, mini refrigerator and no sofa bed. We have to pay $30 more to move to the room that I was expectiing. But, we were lucky that the staff was able to accommodate us.

Review 87：Pool was croweded at 10PM and water was cool almost cold. Hot Tub was uncomfortably hot, burned my feet. I slept in the pull out bed and not certain if it was the mattress (which was horrible) or the linens, but had bug bites up and down my leg when I woke up the next morning.

Review 88：Everything was excellent - room was exceptionally clean and stocked. View was PERFECT! Location was excellent! Amenities seemed sufficient. Had a pleasant stay - would have liked a late checkout. It didn't seem that anyone else was coming in the room and I couldn't check in until 5PM the day before.

Review 91：I was surprised at the maid service. I understand now how it works but didn't know this at first. The staff doesn't clean your room or pick up garbage until you leave I think? We were there for 5 nights and they never came in to vacuum or dispose of garbage. It was not a huge issue just would have liked to understand this at the onset. There is a towel exchange -because of the humidity it is very hard to get them to dry - so you can get fresh towels whenever you need them. That was nice and not a real inconvenience. I understand that this is how they keep their prices low. It worked out fine for our family. It is helpful though to know what to expect.

Review 92：I really liked being on the beach as well as having 2 heated pools. In my family I prefer the beach but my kids like the pool better. It was really nice to have them heated because at night the water felt good. I also liked that there were grills and a kitchen at out disposal although we didn't use them. We enjoyed our stay there at Ocean landings.

Review 98：The room was very small and filthy. The other guests were ghetto andloud. The hallways smell like marijuana. The pool was filthy and thetowel service was bad. The place is very outdated. I will never comeback or recomend it to anyone. Not even my worst enemy.

Review 99：Room wasn't ready at check in. Was ready an hour later and I ask if I will have a credit for the hour lost and wasn't possible. I don't think is fair to charge the whole amount went wasn't deliver in time. Staff isn't communicative, just leaving the I have to call back to tell them my code wasn't working and answer was they change codes every Saturday. They could tell me before leaving the office.

Review 100：The location, my room was near the escalators and I have a quick acces to my vehicle. Clean carpet, clean fresh smell on the non smoking.

Review 103：Bait and switch. The " kitchenette was a dorm refrigerator with a microwave on top. No countertop to prepare food and no separate sink. The windows do not have black our curtains. While you have direct beach access, some rooms are about a one city block walk. You can go to the beach at night but there is no restaurant or bar there for added safety. Room was mildewy smelling which was fixed with Lysol. I let bookings.com know I asked for bldg c or d room and did not get what I requested. The hotel called me two days later and offered to provide me with a new room that was not on the beach, I did not want to pack everything up and move Again during my vacation. I only expected a room like the nor pictured on bookings website.

Review 104：The bathroom was newly tiled and clean. This hotel is quieter than international palms; however you can stand on the rooftop of the Palms restaurant and enjoy the beach at night.

Review 115：Water line broke the night I checked in and staff had no back-up plan. I had to melt ice to have water to drink, brush my teeth and wash my face. Management offered no comp nor even an apology, only 'it was an accident and beyond our control'.

Review 117：Staff was courteous and professional. Rooms were spacious. Very clean rooms, pool, Jacuzzi and cooking areas (barbecue grills and stoves available in community area for everyone). Loved that the beach was in very small walking distance from the hotel. Excellent, "must do," restaurant on location-Gregory's!!! Will definitely be returning with our 8- and 6- year old, who cannot stop talking about our perfect beach vacation.

Review 118：Someone (not sure whether it was booking.com or the hotel directly) amended my reservation when I called a week prior to my stay, but then when I checked in, that amendment wasn't found. Booking.com and the hotel worked it out. I was not charged extra and was allowed to stay that second day, but there were about 10 nerve-racking minutes when I wasn't sure if I'd be charged for a third, non-existent day. It all worked out, but I was nervous!

Review 135：After a long day of driving and walking down the hallway with several bags at 10p, it was frustrating to have to call down for a new key as mine did not work (not electronic, an actual key so how does front desk screw that up??). The hotel was going through renovations so my room was great but the rest was run down and noise from renovations started early. Appears to be half retirement community condos or timeshares and half hotel. That means plenty senior citizens by the pool and few younger people with which I would want to socialize. Definitely not a place I would take children.

Review 136：The bed was comfortable, the kitchen nice, and the room was a good size with a comfy sofa. The location was great, walk right onto the beach and away from much of the Cocoa Beach craziness but close enough to get there quickly if that's your thing. Have a feeling the value was only because they discounted during renovations. After renovations are complete, it'll probably price out higher than I would pay.

Review 137：Place was low quality. Felt like i stayed at a motel. The people were rude. The room had no water for a day. Apparently a pipe had burst but they did not tell anyone what happened or try to compensate for anything. When I went to ask about it in the lobby they gave someone in front of me 50 percent off their room and did nothing for me. Their housekeeping service was obnoxious. We would tell her to come back because we were still sleeping and going to breakfast soon and she just waited outside our room and kept knocking every 5 to 10 minutes. The room also looked amazing online and was not what we were expecting when we got there. There was no kitchen. Just a mini fridge and a coffee maker. Absolutely terrible. Never coming back here again.
