Review 1：The room was horrible nothing worked the beds were broken the carpetsmelled like mildew, and also the sheets were dirty. It was to late toget our funds back that was very upsetting. Last but not least we had togo to Walmart and buy blankets to sleep on and soap to clean with , thisstay was so horrible I will never forget it. One more thing, we had tobut disinfectant spray to spray the room.

Review 16：This was by far the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. They really need to be inspected. When we first walked in its very old and dated, there were dead bugs everywhere. Nothing in the room looked like it had been cleaned! I couldn't even sleep in there. It was most definitely not worth the money we spent to stay there. I advise no one to stay at this run down place. It made me think of what a rent the room by the hour hotel would be.
Review 17：The only good thing I can say about this apartment is the location. It's right next to the beach. But I still advise not to stay at this place.
Review 18：The night desk clerk was rude when we asked for towels. She told us to bring our dirty ones down and she'd give us more, but she was very distracted and seemed irritated.

Review 20：I have a list: 1. The staff looked like they were fresh out of a dope house. 2.There was a ring in the bath tub, and there was no cold water, it was either hot or scalding hot. 3. The room smelled like cigarette smoke. 4. Walls are super paper thin. 5.The phone had 2 buttons on it, all the others were missing. 6. The door had a Crack in it so big I could see outside. 7. AC took 5 hours to cool the entire room. 8. Brillo pad stuck in the toilet, hmm wonder why? 9. Drawers were missing from the furniture, not to mention the microwave looked like it recently experienced an explosion. 10. The bed linen was not very clean either.

Review 23：The smell of cigarette smoke in a "non" smoking room. The smoke lingered in from neighboring rooms and from smokers outside my door. The shower didn't have hot water.

Review 26：The beds had dirty ,stiff wash cloths in them when we turned the covers back. The sheets were stained with huge dark spots. Pool was dirty , although they did get the dead bugs out when we mentioned it. The second room we were moved to had lots of mold and mildew in the shower .
Review 27：First we couldn't even open the door and when we finally did it was because the latch was coming unscrewed so it would get stuck so to open the door we had to pull up to the handle. Then one of the beds were tilted (not a little a lot to where your feet were above your head) because it wobbled the roll away bed wouldnt flatten and open all the way and even if it had it was completely torn. There was a dead roach in the bathroom and a live earwig in the tub. It was all around the most DISGUSTING hotel i've ever been in I paid $100 for that room hell no!!

Review 29：This room was horrible it looked nice in the pictures which is all we had to go by ambit when we got there it was horrible I wouldn't even take a shower the bed was uncomfortable there were no nobs on the bathtub, the air conditioner did not properly work, I asked to view the room before check in and when I discovered these things I told them I did not want to stay and they said I would have to pay for 1 night whether I stayed or not:-/ very disappointed,
Review 30：it was so bad, I was really scared to leave my credit card info for payment (my husband did before I realized how bad it was). The manager was very unpleasant. Rooms were not clean and did not get cleaned during stay. Had to ask for more towels. We booked a non-smoking room but the room reeked. The bed had boards sticking out from underneath to hold up but it was still leaning badly to one side. The door had been previously and obviously broken into so it was an ordeal every time we tried to use key and open it.

Review 35：The check-in experience was definitely 'no stars'. It was a dump, the woman behind the counter was slovenly. The Lobby was in the laundry room. The facilities were worn. The building is right across the street from the beach and it faces the empty, overgrown lot across the street.

Review 82：The fact when we woke the next morning the manager tried charging me $16 more, & when i tried to get the room another nite he was going to charge me $149.00 when the sign out front said $45 a nite for single. We had crackheads in the next room to us, partying all nite long, our door was missing a lock & had a huge dent in it from what looked liked a battering ram was used on it. This place is a joke and i wouldnt suggest sending anyone there. If yall would investigate this place it wouldn't hurt my feelings at all. Im not sure im even going to use booking.com again because of this.

There was a bug in the bathtub, my remote control had to be completely replaced, there was no phone in the room and the lady at the front desk was very curt. I had to bring my dirty towels up to the front desk (which was in the laundry room) to get more towels and I had to ASK for more supplies for the room. The door to the room was extremely difficult to open as well. The furniture and walls were in disrepair and there was no ironing board or iron in the room. I was very disappointed with this hotel and I will NEVER stay there again!

Review 104：The first room they put us in the dresser would not open, therefrigerator was leaking, and there was no iron or ironing board, and nohair dryer in any of there room. We got a spa room. So they moved us toanother room just as bad. We got a room with a spa and guess what it wasjust as bad and the handle was missing on the spa. Oh and the plug insdidn't work. So we were very unhappy. We will never stay thereagain. Oh one more thing they didn't even have house keeping. If youneeded something you had to go to the office yourself to get it. Therewas no sign on the door that tell you the check out time. Theydidn't have any do not disturb signs. It was a nightmare.

So I checked in and went to the room with my wife. It swelled awful. We turned the light on and roaches ran behind the mirror around the sink. I opened the microwave and it had mold in it. There were two lumpy pillows on a king size bed. So we loaded our stuff up and left. We gave them $72.00 to walk into a room and basically turn around and leave. It was terrible if I were booking.com I would not have this place on my website.
