Olinda Gracehill Accommodation is located next to the popular RJ Hamer Arboretum, which offers over 300 acres of walking trails and driving tracks. It is 15 minutes’ drive from the Puffing Billy Station.

Review 5：I have stayed in many B & B's around the world and this is by far the best in the world from the warm greeting to the delicious treats and the attention to detail. From the fresh flowers to the wine and chocolates nothing was any trouble.
Review 6：I wouldn't say I don't like it but more like an area for improvement. 1 of the bathroom that was equipped with the spa bath did not have any hangers/ hooks for hanging towels/ clothing which can be a bother to leave towels on counter tops or on the bed outside. WIFI signal was a bit weak as it keeps dropping.
Review 7：The place was very well maintained and equipped. Can tell that the owners have taken great care and effort in maintaining the place. It was also well stocked for breakfast and even had a bottle of chilled wine and some port for us! The gardens were well maintained and one can smell the freshness of the air and green when you stepped out to the foyer/ lawn... they also have a small playground for the kids which is great!
Review 8：Loved this place! First of all, very generous size of welcome gift including big block of cheese, wine, fresh fruit and chocolate cookies. Secondly, very friendly oweners. They were very helpful and enjoyed conversation with them every time. Lastly but not least, beautiful and big gardens and great views in every angles. If you are looking for accommodation in mt dandenong, this is the place to stay!!! Don't go anywhere else!!

Review 10：Location is good, Betty was incredibly nice and welcoming, we stayed in the Homestead which was very spacious, comfortable, great view (and comes with a table tennis table!), TV even has Netflix, fast wifi was a big plus due to poor reception service, breakfast was amazing. No faults, everything was 10/10
Review 11：I wouldn't say I didn't like it but if I can recommend in our bedroom it would have been lovely is the tv and gas log fire heater, that's all. Overall we were extremely happy.

Review 14：The property had everything you need for either a short or longer stay. Both beds were king size and there were beautiful garden views from every room. We were greeted with a bottle of wine, an assortment of cheeses and chocolates and the fridge was stocked for snacks and breakfast. A fantastic gas log fire added to the ambience on a cold spring day.
Review 15：Kitchen provisions not the best. Would have preferred more local produce and fresh goods rather than things in packets and from supermarkets.

Review 19：The ambiance of the homestead for a winter getaway was perfect. Our host Betty obviously loves and is very passionate about her B&Bs and it shows. They are beautifully set out and maintained. Very warm and welcoming. Highly recommend a visit here.

Review 27：Better than I expected, pictures don't do this place justice. It's very specious, decorated with great taste, romantic, clean and very hospitable. The host Betty makes you feel at home, a delicious cheese platter, a bottle of wine awaits you in the room, wonderfull surprise. But the best part is the home cooked delicious breakfast. Thank you Betty I was trully impressed and will return again.
Review 28：I felt staying at a B & B for two days a hot breakfast would be served each morning. First morning there was only museli which my husband could not eat, yogurt and toast and there was only honey and jam. ( Vegemite would have been good ) 2nd morning an excellent breakfast was served. Seeing I was paying same price for day 1 and day 2 and it was a B & B I felt a hot breakfast should have been provided on both days. Otherwise a very nice place to stay.

Review 37：The size of the rooms was wonderful and each bedroom and ensuite was set out beautifully. The cheese and fruit platter, welcome bottle of wine, chocolates, biscuits, breakfast ingredients and decanter of port made for an excellent birthday surprise for my 89yr old mother. We had a wonderful relaxing stay and would return again in a heart beat.
Review 38：Coffee was poor. Very few sachets and the pod flavours were all decaf and not very nice either.

The accommodation and facilities were fantastic! very well thought out, all little details were covered. The bed was amazingly comfortable (probably the best sleep myself and my husband have had on a holiday) and the spa was a lovely bonus. The location of this accommodation is beautiful, the gardens and peace and quiet of the place was a welcome change from other places we have stayed. I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends and when visiting Melbourne would love to stay again! -

Review 87：Betty went out of her way to ensure our check-in was smooth even though we made our booking at the very last minute. The entire experience was pure delight - we drove through the compounds greeted by a colorful garden, had the most extravagant living +dining area, super comfortable bed in a very well decorated bedroom. To top that all up, there is a private jacuzzi that definitely helped soothe all aches after a long tiring day. Our next morning was greeted with a sumptuous breakfast of excellent cheese and toast. Definitely ranks at the top among all accoms we have stayed in...thanks Betty+Fred :)
