Review 1：When we arrived in the hotel there was 2 different client at the hotel and received a bad attention, one female deserve it because she already has a bad record in the hotel, the other was a men and unfortunately he wasn't the one who did the reservation and the miss from the reception doesn't accept him to proceed with the check inn. I was so afraid to have a bad experience like them, but there was an other miss who attended us. The room was clean but the bed was too soft, I couldn't sleep well, the bathroom has some pieces broken and it has a bad smell like sewer system, and at the moment that my husband take his shower he noticed that there was no shampoo just soap. Thank you and blessings.

We thought the room we booked through Booking.com had a fridge & microwave, but we were unable to upgrade when we realised it had not, due to it being booked through a third party!

Review 122：I rent two rooms 319 and 401 on 319 I had a charge of $17.00 for a movie that it was rent wich is impossible because the only channel that was play in the room was disney channel. I'm really disappointed with this charge and yes I would stay again with my new job I will be traveling a lot to Laredo.

When traveling those necessities are often things that people overlook or just don't have time to pack. They would be a good supply and demand product to have for sale from a business standpoint.

Review 129：Parking was almost impossible while we were there. The parking lot was already almost full to capacity but what made things worse was that the big 18 wheeler trucks had parked at what I guess would be considered the back but due to the congested parking, them taking about 5 spaces each made it almost impossible to find a parking space. We had to drive around several times to find a spaceand we still ended up behind the big trucks. I was so annoyed. Especially since it was raining that night and we got all wet :(
Review 130：First impression of room was great. We noticed the small details put into preparing the room. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The staff was excellent. Reception and cleaning staff were very friendly but every staff member we saw smiled and said hello. It made us feel very welcome. I asked for an extra pillow and one was immediately delivered. We complained about the parking situation and the young lady at the reception desk listened, apologized and said she would bring it to her supervisor's attention.
