Review 1：No bar by the pool

Review 2：Really nice room. The pool was great for chill out with friends. Staff and service was also friendly and helpful. The food at this hotel was amazing!

Review 3：I booked for a smoking room 5days in advance. The staff should have made arrangements based on my request. That was not done The aircon was not working. I had to change rooms 3times and even hen the last room was not cool enough

Review 5：I was very angry when checked out they handed me a bill with VAT tax and Service charges. I showed them my booking where the room charges were bocken down to room price plus Service charge, plus VAT. I told them "you cannot charge VAT and Service charge on top of the VAT and service charge. That is more than double charging and makes no sense". Even I could argue w them in Vietnamese but they didnt listen. I had to leave for airport so I paid but was VERY ANGRY. Booking.com, please explain this!

Review 8：The day spa was very disappointing no atmosphere and very mouldy smell in room and as this is on the 6th floor near the pool were people smoking, this also made the floor smell of smoke. Not a 5 star hotel needing a upgrade

Review 11：On our return trip, booked independently, the room was smaller (that's OK) but the air conditioning was terrible. With a 5 am start we were calling the front desk at 1 am to try and fix so we could sleep. They came fairly quickly - said would be fine in 20 minutes - but it was not fine and had a terrible sleep (What was left of it) a little disappointing. Service is always excellent.

Review 13：The staff were very helpful and the location is convenient, being about 10 minutes to the airport and only 10 minutes to the city centre and famous markets. Rooms were very clean and beds were comfortable. Great buffet breakfast and lovely outdoor area with pool.

Review 14：Carpets in hotel room and cushions on patio at Cay Da Cafe needed a good vacuum/wash. For an International Hotel, it was disappointing to discover the Executive Lounge, Cantonese and Japanese Restaurant all closed for the Tet holiday.

Review 16：I stayed two nights. Second day there was an organisation and we could not use pool for whole day. And it was kind of a party, we could not stay in the room because of noise, we had to go out. If i had not paid it advance, i would change the hotel.

Overall didnt think much of the service and had a cheek to try charge for coffee taken in the room when we made a point with each other to not use coffee satchet's, as they were charging. Must be a nice wee earner for them! Garbage wouldn't be using them again for a stop over. All for about £87.

Take a regular cab instead - and pay less than half.

When we stayed at the hotel after 11 days on the way back, we still come back, even the stones and sea shells Breakfast is delicious, kitchen European, Asian.
