Review 2：One of the staff members at the front desk, Jonathan was extremely helpful. He helped us for over 2 hours to try and find a rental place for a car, and he was very kind to show us directions to the nearest grocery store. While we walked to the grocery store he watched our luggage for us. The breakfast was decent for the price, and the place was clean. We had a lovely stay!

Review 3：It appeared. To me to have shuttle service which it did not which cost me an extra $80 to get from and to the airport. It says "shuttle for a FEE" when indeed there was no shuttle - they call a taxi. Other hotels say "shuttle is FREE". I think their advertising is wrong.

Review 5：Pulled up their network to log onto their network. My tablet automatically logged in without adding a password, etc. A security error message appeared. Shut down my tablet immediately. Not resolved. Bathroom floor was not completely, nor was the toilet handle.

Review 6：It was quiet & the bed was comfortable. Close to my friends who live in Manhattan Beach.

Review 7：TV did not work well, controller seemed broken, no channel and information guide available on screen. The auto light for the sink area was annoying. Wished there had been a bistro table on the tiny patio, or a small table for two to eat at.Having breakfast available and coffee was a good start to the day, and the staff was good and attentive, but a glutinon free bread or English muffin would have been nice.

Review 20：Good value for money, we stayed 1 saturday night beg of may, the staff was very nice, the bed was good, not noisy! 10 min walk from the beach. The bathroom was a litlle old but acceptable! I will recommend and come back for sure, as the price is ok!

Review 24：It is difficult to find something wrong with this hotel, but there a couple of minor cons. When I stayed, the fridge did not fully work and the ice machine broke down,which made it difficult to have a cold drink. Othee than that, the room and amenities were very satisfactory to me and my accompanying friends.

Review 30：The hotel was a bit overpriced for what you get... apparently the hotel was beginning renovations. Our room was evidence of the need for such. Our toilet didn't flush completely during our stay. We called the front desk and maintenance responded quickly. Maintenance thought it just needed plunging, but that turned out to be wrong. The problem was that the tank wasn't filling up enough to create enough pressure for a complete flush. Also, the legs on the desk in our room were in disrepair.

Check-in and Check-out very easy and fast. Very good parking area ( indoor and outdoor ). Good breakfast ( more that the traditional “continental”). Hotel location is very good, close at market and few restaurants (at walk distance).
