Review 1：The worst receptionist ever, rude and unwilling to help, older lady that insisted that this is not a hotel but a HOSTEL. This fact wasn't presented to me on booking so I blame booking.com as well. Location is good but hostel Uni is a part of a HOTEL Orel and you feel like a second class citizen because you have to pass through hotel that looks much better to enter smelly part of the hostel, outdated and shabby. This wouldn't be a problem if I wanted to go to a hostel, but I was specifically looking for a hotel.

Review 3：There is no wi-fi in rooms. You need go down to hall or at least on corridor.

Review 4：Location is wonderful. There is in centrum of old town. around 10-15 min to railway by walk. Staff also nice and friendly.

Review 5：Room picture and the actual room were two completely different things. Our room was dark and quite battered, long and narrow, not possible to put together two beds. And pretty small. I would expect more for this price.

Review 7：Wiifi not available except in lobby area. Only one power outlet in the room. TV only gets one channel - a bad one. Big complex: mix of apartment dwellers (I think they were), hostel, hotel, etc. Staff totally indifferent.

Review 9：The biggest disappointment was the unwillingness of the lady at the reception last day of my stay. I asked her if she could split the receipt into two coppies - for my wife (private trip) and for me (bussines trip). She was quite unpleasant person to me. She told us it is not possible (probably she could not do it and did not want to admit it).

Review 10：I would call this accomodation a student dormitory rather than a hotel. Wifi is available only in the piblic area.

Review 13：The Hotel is directly at the pedestrian zone in the Center of the town and all you gotta do to go out is just go downstairs and youre already in the middle of the caffees and restaurants but its quiet at night cause of the curefew of those. The beds are quite comofortable and the room looks really nice and is cleaned neatly

Review 17：The hotel is called Hotel Uni, but there was a sign saying The hotel Orel. As a result, we could not find it at first. WiFi through cable in all rooms, only.

Review 24：We got room on top floor. It was so hot we had to open the doors on hallway and still did't help. It was like 30degrees at night and there was no clima. With all luggage we had to walk approx. 5min to get to our room- the corridor was like a labitynt! it was a nightmare! on the way we had to wakl down and up like 5 times! Furniture in room probably still rimember Tito. We left the hotel more tired than the day before when we get there.

Review 32：Parking in the city and getting with a car to the hotel is complicated (one-way and blocked streets), we had to go on foot to the hotel and ask directions how to get with a car to the hotel, there are automatic gates (posts from ground) they had to open. We stayd at the youth hostel rooms, rooms were out-dated, but ok. WiFi only in lobby.

Review 39：The location of this place is spot-on. It's smack next to main square of the city. The room itself is a good size for one person. The bathroom is fine as well- I was pleasantly surprised there were toiletries at all! (shower gel and soap). The room is very clean. The facility itself was also very quiet- not sure how it would be during high season but I slept well. The bed was better than I expected as well. At check-in, you also get three pages of info on local restaurants, bars, fitness centers, etc.

Review 40：.The smell and the sounds from the courtyard the room was facing. No heating. Very basic bathroom, old furniture, dirty carpets in room. But the biggest nightmare was that the access to the parking which is via pedestrian zone. You can access it by calling hotel via interphone who controlls the immersion bollard (but it is owned by municipality). When we left the immerssion bollard badly damaged our car and we had to deal with the police, repair the car and had to stay in the city one more night... Hotel was not helpful at all, except it called the police. Later we learned that this is happening frequently. So be aware!

Review 42：Breakfast is unreasonably expensive, and this is the weakest point. Windows' glasses were so dirty that I could hardly look through. Poor room lightning. TV very old, small and almost unusable. Internet via cable (available in each room) is useless... how to use it with any post-modern device?!?

Review 43：Given its price, one can hardly ask anything more. Everything was very clean, the room was even provided of hair-dryer and minibar. Wonderful position in the city. There is a huge shopping mall near there. Staff gave me (for free) a safe room where I could park my bike in the night. Very hot shower!
