Review 10：The noisy rooms; the dirty and torn carpets; the dirty bedspreads; the stained chairs; the dirty walls that are badly in need in cleaning and painting; the gray and harsh towels; the dim and dirty halls; did not give me the jr. suite I reserved through booking.com (claimed they were not notified of this request); while some staff were very friendly, the bookkeeper/manager (I am not sure what her title is) was particularly unfriendly and not at all helpful when she should have been..
Review 11：Location to city attractions; not too far from airport; had hot water; there was heat during limited hours.
Review 12：Front rooms can be noisy (traffic) but you are given the option of a quieter back room (but views not as good). Fair walk to city centre (but manageable).
Review 13：Staff are very helpful (English spoken). Central heating so warm at night. Taxi to airport (about 20 mins) arranged (S70).
Review 14：No WiFi in the rooms, grey water out from the sink. My booking was not in their system, staff unfriendly. admin people without Internet connection to double check if my booking was there. The worst accommodation ever.
