Review 1：I requested for a joing room cause i have some younger kids and they wouldnt give it to me and put me in everyother room some one needs to compensate for this problem

Review 2：The A/C in the room was awfully loud.

Review 3：The location was great as was the staff and the breakfast was pretty good. The added amenities of the bar was nice but the prices were a bit high. The design and layout of the lobby was nice as well to be able to use when needed. The rooms were well laid out with comfortable places to sit and relax.

Review 10：Still understaffed! Room availability is limited due to not enough clean rooms. Stayed here a few times last year and it hasnt gotten any better. We usually check in around 3:30. Still should be more than 2 or 3 rooms available! Also, breakfast sucks! Don't expect anything special!

Review 12：I am an IT professional with security expertise. One of the 2 computers intermittently worked and neither one was set up to protect users sensitive data. Also, all common area TV's are all set on CNN - why not Fox News?

Review 14：Gave us the wrong room. Five of us had to be cramped into a single king room until the double queen room was cleaned. Didn't even offer to provide a discount, but only offered a beverage. The room we received had a broke A/C and lacking of a shower door. Once we finally we received our double queen room, the floor was wet, and a lot of our amenities were missing. No apologies were given or and complimentary services offered. Wi-Fi is slow and mediocre.

Review 16：Air conditioner was loud and hard to get the right temperature. Including breakfast in the room cost (or calling it "free") was fine as the room cost was competitive. When traveling, I like eating breakfast in a hotel as it's time-saving. But there was no non-dairy (e.g.,soy or almond) milk, cereals and fruit were limited so it got very repetitive. I would've preferred berries sometimes (instead of melon, grapes, pineapple mixture) and more dry cereal (if there was non-dairy milk). I'm sure many people like the selection of hot breakfast items (meat, pancakes, eggs).

Review 18：I liked everything ! Except there was not much parking ! But not a big deal we found a spot ! And they have a security guard in the parking lot !

Review 19：Everything was extremely clean which is very important to me ! The room was big and I slept very well that night ! Mattress was soft but firm just perfect! The bathroom smelled like Clorox which in my opinion is the only way to get things clean ! Very happy ! Have stayed in other so called nice hotels that were not even half as clean and nice as this place !

Review 20：No jacuzzi. The noise from the street made it impossible to sleep. Theparking charge was uncalled for. We were barley there for 12 hours andthey charged us for two full days of parking. We won't stay againbecause of the noise and the parking charge.

Review 22：On check out I found out that they are charging for parking. it's probably written somewhere but I didn't see it and it's kind of strange as there are thousand of free parking spaces just across the rode. Windows cannot be opened above the 3rd floor.

Review 27：I didn't like that the room didn't come equipped with a microwave. I didn't like that they made a mistake and double charged me after I paid for my stay in full during my check in. The continental breakfast wasn't all that great. A better quality of food and more options would assist in a better rating.

Review 28：I enjoyed the peace and quiet, location, located near tons of shopping, restaurants, & entertainment. The amenities were very convenient. I luv the fact that you have the option to connect video or gaming devices to their 42"HD digital flat screen, awesome 2 thumbs up on that option. Overall I enjoyed my stay very much.
