Review 1：Could have used a more comfortable sofa and a TV in the bedroom, but basically it was all good.

The property setup - balconies or patios with chairs, sun deck, grounds, large covered grilling area with tables, tiki bar type table by beach, room set up & &amenities, full kitchen (pots, pans, silverware, serving utensils, glasses, cups, plates, bowls, dish detergent, coffee maker with coffee & filters, stove, full refrigerator), full bath, living room & bedroom & walk in closet! Onsite laundry washers & dryers.
Review 9：The bathroom over-all is small-ish but adequate. The commode is dinky, however. Not designed with dudes in mind. Parking could be a problem when the place is at capacity.
Review 10：This place has a lot of charm. I like these out-of-the-way spots like the South Beach Inn. Their beach location is ideal, not too close to the uber-commercial parts of Cocoa Beach a bit to the north. Really loved the full kitchen and large closet! It was my first visit and will not be my last.

Review 21：Firstly the location, it was wonderful, right on the beach and about 3 miles from the main restaurants and bars of Cocoa Beach. We arrived about 9pm and were met by the extremely friendly owner, there had been a problem with charging our UK credit card, but she took it all in her stride and made our check-in stress free. Our room was on the second floor and we could see the sea from the communal balcony. The rooms have character, they are not particularly modern, but that added to the charm and to be honest I have never been in a cleaner hotel room. It was spotless! Ben was comfortable, shower was excellent. And location, wow, on our last morning we got up in time for the sunrise and just stood on the beach, a truly memorable stay. Would highly recommend staying here.

Review 32：We just came back from this little motel on the beach...location is perfect , the managers super sweet, the other people staying there all nice , right on the beach, quiet , far from all the brouhaha of downtown Cocoa Beach , the rooms are not the Hyatt but were just what we were looking for, that old cozy feeling from the 60 ' s , layback , clean ....I would go back anytime ...the ocean great for kids and surfing and there is also lifeguards right in front of the motel ...we were in room 8 , second one next to beach , strongly recommend this lovely motel.

The brightly colored exterior against the background of the beautiful blue ocean was so welcoming, and I immediately felt right at home. I didn't have my dog with me, but I really like the fact that the place was pet friendly. And although many people had dogs with them, there was absolutely no problems whatsoever with any of them. They were all relatively quiet, they were never running around, and people obviously cleaned up after them. Overall I had a wonderful time at South Beach Inn, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a clean pet friendly place, on the ocean for a great value!
