Review 1：For those of us with respiratory problems, there is heavy incense in the office...hit your inhaler before going in or you could suffer an asthma attack or respiratory distress. You have to ask for housekeeping if you are on extended stay. A little fresh fruit in the continental breakfast offering would have made a world of difference in my opinion.
Review 2：The location was perfect for my visit purpose. The price was well within reason. The bed is extremely comfortable. If you break a rule they are lightening fast to let you know. They are vigilant about security on the property. They seem to genuinely want you to have a pleasant stay. I enjoyed my room and will most likely book with them on my next visit to Medford. I've been to Medford twice so far, and this is the place I stayed both times.
Review 3：Wifi was awful. Room was not clean; there were hairs in the tub from the previous guest. No sound barrier between rooms. Front desk clerk didn't tell us anything about the continental breakfast, check out time, etc.

Review 5：The bathroom is very small. No enough space put toothbrush and toothpaste on the vanity cabinet. The toilet bowl is not installed properly. When you sit on it and stand up thereafter, it shakes and makes some noise.

Review 10：Room was dirty. Comforters had scary mystery stains and blood on the bed ruffle. Surfaces like the ac were dirty and looked like it hadn't been cleaned for years. The bathroom was nice and clean thankfully. The breakfast danishes were stale and the orange juice was watered down.

Review 18：I needed an economical place, but I don't want to compromise on cleanliness and safety. The Budget Inn was very comfortable and met these requirements well. Very nice staff. Their property is the overnight roosting ground for a huge number of birds. It made for a delightful show of birds arriving at sunset - flocking and swarming in the trees. The staff warned me about not parking under the two trees and I enjoyed the bird show very much.
Review 19：very cheap hotel with low level interior, it does the very basic of allowing an overnight stay but not much else. We would not come back to this place as it is not suitable for small children; the carpets are dirty and filthy. Breakfast was a joke

Review 24：Room was surprisingly comfortable and updated. Rooms are much nicer than the exterior of the building would suggest. I was also pleasantly surprised to see they provided a free granola bar (next to the coffee maker in the room), and Tom's toothpaste (in the bathroom).
Review 25：Cleaning came in and went thru our piles if stuff looking for the towels when they were in the shower...did replenish the coffee cups or the coffee for our second night...had to go to the office and get is...Staff was ok just a little hard to under stand the night crew..

It'snear all the other hotels in that price range, not bad, Medford isrelatively small so it's not a big deal.The costco gas station is about 12 min. away north, easy ride if you are going northbound, but a half hour out of the way if you are southbound - which I was.
Review 28：The price was perfect for just passing through, and the staff waswelcoming and friendly.I've paid 3x for a lower quality room, so I was happy to stay here. I had a King room, the bed was comfy. The TV was large, and there was a sofa. There was a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker in the room. A nice touch was 3 Bare Naked bars, which is something I grab for breakfast anyway. The room wasn't perfect, but it was in excellent shape for $50 - I was impressed! Knowing this room is here for this price, I won't hesitate to plan the stop for my next trip.

Review 32：the smell, the old furniture, the hard stiff beds and before we left my husband looked under the bed where it seemed rats or mice were living in the mattress as there was nesting there. Uggh. No hair dryer as promised.
Review 33：The staff treats you well upon check-in and check-out. They show that they sincerely care about your well being. The hotel offers a nice selection of unique shampoo, conditioner, body wash, luxury bath soap, and moisturizing lotion. They also offer a big snack bar with your complimentary in-room coffee. Rooms are very comfortable with a big wide-screen television.
Review 34：Coffee machine did not work in room Breakfast offerings could be better and healthier: instead of Danish pastries, fresh fruit and small yogurts would be an improvement. Juice machine was not operating either. We got one coffee for my husband and that was 'breakfast'.

Review 53：The fact that my husband and I, when booking this room had put down that we have a pet and around 9pm of our stay we were kicked out of the hotel because we have a tiny dog! We stayed here before and had no problems with us having our dog. This trip was different, I was yelled at by the old man and he was yelling for us to get out now. I will NEVER stay here again because of the way we were treated. Either booking.Com didn't let the hotel know or the owner of the hotel failed to look at the booking. My husband and I had to sleep in our car, we didn't get any money back either.
