Review 1：we were there in the winter, so we didn't use the pool, but it looked pretty small, and really it doesn't look like theres anywhere nice outside the rooms to hang out. pretty much nice rooms in a building thats in a parking lot. no real green space, but I guess they can't help their location.
Review 2：The staff were nice, but we really only saw one or two when we checked in. The rooms were awesome and big. we had two families traveling together, and we got two bedroom suites across the hall from each other. They had two bedrooms and two bathrooms each, which is great traveling with kids. nice kitchenette in the room, and the fireplace makes it warm and cozy to hang out in. The master bedroom was pretty big, comfy bed, epic party-sized shower...which is not as useful when traveling with kids. The location of the hotel was right outside of downtown, so we could be in the center of old Williamsburg in a few minutes. And its not far off the highway so you can be to the park quick too. There's a shopping center next door with a theater and a good Mexican restaurant. Pancake houses out the wazoo all up and down the road of course.
Review 3：My only suggestions would be an iron and ironing board in the room and a little later check out time. 10 am was a little early for us.
Review 4：Room was spacious , comfortable and very clean. Two bathrooms were totally unexpected and master bath shower was wonderful.
Review 5：Would have liked a chair to sit on in master bedroom, instead of the two plants that were in there. Had a little trouble getting the heat/AC/blower adjusted to proper settings. Either too hot or too cold. By the time we left we had it figured out correctly.

Review 7：Confusion on arrival. Was initially given a one bedroom suite. Fortunately, had booking confirmation so they made good on two bedroom at posted price. Didn't like that it took convincing, especially since the hotel was almost empty.

Review 9：Weird vibe at this hotel, place was empty and extremely eerie. Its a time share property. Front desk doors were locked upon check in, had to call for assistance. Next time I will choose a more well known chain hotel.

Review 12：I liked that it was a suite and could accommodate my family of four with out having to purchase two rooms. The room was very nice. The furniture was up to date and the room was very clean. No complaints at all.
Review 13：The front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful. The room was amazing and had a faux fireplace in it and 2 bathrooms. The bathroom in the master bedroom had an glass enclosed shower.

Review 15：The check in desk closes at 11pm. We arrived at midnight due to heavy construction. They would not refund our room because we went through booking.com.
Review 16：The associate who checked me in was not very pleasant. She was borderline rude. She made me feel like I was borthering her. I asked for extra wash clothes. They did not want to provide unless I brought the used ones. I asked them to out it on my account if they are not in the room when I check out. I had to go to management to receive. The manager finally caved in but that was ridiculous.
Review 17：The rooms were really nice. There was a full kitchen with all utensils needed to cook a Sunday's dinner. Very nice and updated and modern. I will return. It's in the mist of everything...shopping, restaurants, and the amusement park. So much to do in that area.
Review 18：We had several problems on the first night which somewhat spoiled the experience for our two-night stay. The TV in the bedroom didn't get reception on many channels. The hot water took four minutes to get from the third floor to our first floor room. The sheets were pilled. We had to pay $35 extra per day for maid service during our stay. The 10:00 check out with no opportunity to extend the time was unusual.
Review 19：The room was spotlessly clean and huge for the two of us, e.g. two rooms and two full baths with a kitchen. The staff responded promptly and effectively to our complaints from the first night of the stay.
Review 20：We did not know the check out time was 10am. When we asked about this we received a snappy remark that is is posted on the web sight. We think this information should be re-iterated, since very few people read as much as they should.

Review 22：The only thing I could say I didn't like was the fact that they only have an outdoor pool and we stayed in the first of the two buildings so we had to walk outside down to the pool.
Review 23：Hotel was clean very nice. The staff were awesome from time of check in to check out. Anything that we needed or asked for was taken care of. The hotel is in a great location Ihop is right beside it and chipotle across the street. There is an outlet mall down the street and several other eating restaurants within the area like TGI Friday's, Applebee's. The rooms had magazines with coupons and information to local area attractions which was awesome.
Review 24：Our 2 night stay was absolutely wonderful. We were in the Deluxe suite which was modern, clean and spacioius with full kitchen and all utensils. My grandsons enjoyed the pool. Staff was friendly and professional. Many thanks to Felicia!

Every # we tried was no help as the office closes at 11 .and there was no night person there . We finally called the police to get the security company to get the manager . Review 44：Everything about this place was great,the location, the room was very nice and the staff was very friendly. Even though there isn't any daily maid service, we didn't mind or need it since we treated this like our temporary home and my kids are used to cleaning up behind themselves each day anyway. The mattress was very firm, which I didn't care for, but not enough for me to lessen my sacore or happiness with this place. Pleasantly surprised about the entire trip. Very close to all of the attractions we were there for. Felecia at the front desk was very friendly and courteous. There are several restaurants and a great outlet mall in close proximity. I wish the staff would've mentioned how close the outlet mall was, because we were there during a tax free week and I would've loved to take advantage of that during my trip and not just the last day. I would recommend this place to friends and family.

Review 59：Although the check in was at a later time,(4p.m.) This is a time share hotel. My suite was spot less. Believe me i check behind beds, the couch, the bathroom, behind dressers, and nightstands. I booked a two bedroom suite for 3 nights and the price was excellent. The master suite is huge and the second bedroom was a nice size. The fully equipped kitchen was just what i needed. The kids loved the pool. My cousins family also came along. They had a one bedroom suite right next to ours just as requested. I would stay here again and again.

My kids loved the clean pool, as well as I (I am picky about public pools) and the newness of the suite. Also the price was worth the money spent. We decided to extend our vacation another night, unfortunately out room we stayed in was booked so we had to go to another hotel...that well known chain was not as clean or nice as the Patriot and I wound up paying almost 1/2 on 1 night in a standard room vs the suite we had for 3 nights. Review 89：Security told a staff member that my car didn't have a parking pass. She called my room and rudely told me the car wasn't registered and they were going to have to towed it. So I went out in the rain to check and the parking pass was right on the front drivers side were it was suppose to be.

And it's all new and tastefully decorated, and close to the College of William & Mary where we were attending a seminar. It was the same price as many of the nearby hotel rooms with SO much more room. There's no breakfast provided, but an Ihop is directly next door. Parking was easy.Will definitely stay here again.

The location is very convenient for the sightseeing we wanted to do. In fact it is such a great place to stay we booked an extra night as soon as we saw it!
Review 104：Parking lot was not kept up with (grass was unkept and high). As this is a time share, there is no room service (trash, towels, bed is your responsibility). Front desk has limited hours (doesn't open until 0700...very inconvenient). If you're looking for a nicer resort (about same price) highly recommend Ford's Colony as it is a much nicer property, room service and 24 hr reception desk.
