Review 1：Hotel is in really bad shape- carpet in the hallway that had been pulled was moldy and sitting there in stacks. Place is dingy and even for being a 'budget' hotel felt very sketchy and unkept.

Review 11：Rude staff. No phone in room. No bible in room. Only one of two beds had clean sheets. No ice anywhere in hotel. No coffee pot or hair dryer. Holes in walls. No swimming pool. Hotel should be condemned. Breakfast only until 9am.

Review 13：The bed made a sound that woke me up. I checked out early in the morning for a 600 mile drive because I couldn't sleep well. The walls and carpet were worn and stained (clean, but a little unsightly), and the hot water in the shower took a bit longer than average to heat up for a hotel of that size. The internet seemed underprovisioned, meaning that it was slow and difficult to connect to from the room I was in. I wound up just using tethering software from my phone. Most of the issues were not issues the staff could handle, and were instead management issues.
Review 14：The staff were responsive to the few issues I brought up. The room was clean, and overall the comfort was adequate. The television was up to date and adequate. The chairs in the room were both fairly comfortable. The dresser had excellent space, far more than I needed, and its design allowed me to quickly place things I used most. The power outlets were accessible and more than adequate. The old-style telephone apparently worked, but generally I wouldn't need it as long as there is cell service (coverage from my provider was 3 bars in the room). The garden outside the window was beautiful and lent both privacy and a sense of serenity to the room. Security is above average, and allowed me to relax (I'm a little paranoid about things in my room, since I was carrying more than I could afford to lose). All of the machines I interacted with were is excellent working order, even if a little dated in a couple of cases. Though I had lots of little issues, none of them were actually deal-breakers; but were instead minor annoyances.

Review 27：We had to sleep with our clothes on because sheets did not look clean,we got there at 2:30 am due to bad weather on our way, and could not goanywhere else because all places were sold out .filthy place,rudeattendant, worst place I ever had to stay in. The pictures are like 50yrs old, that's how the place must have looked like when they openedbut not now. Wish I could upload pics from the room that was supposed tobe non-smoking but smelled like ashtray. I was/ am not happy at all.
Review 28：Got to the hotel, not even close to what the pictures look like. Go to check in, they say they copies of everyone who is staying in the rooms ID. I told her I didnt really want to give that to her, and she says rudely "well you can stay elsewhere," asked her explain why, just got "its policy". Get to the room amf it is completely rundown, none of the lights worked, bath tub had mold growin along edge, and it didnt work. Wasnt even close to the zoo like it said it was.

Review 46：I booked a room online that was non-refundable and when I arrived with my husband and 2 children I was given my choice between one king bed non- smoking or 2 queens in a smoking room. The 4 of us ended up cuddling in the king bed. Our room had wet carpet and smelled like a mix of wet dog and vomit. The hotel itself was an absolute dump. Pop corn ceilings with water spots, missing base board throughout the hallways, knee high weeds as landscaping in the front and near the pool, smelly old carpet/padding was directly in front of the hotel walking from our room to the lobby, and garbage scattered throughout the parking lot.

The electrical was questionable and only some lights worked. Power cords were left out where children could play with them. The second room for our party was even worse.

Review 57：The check-in clerk helped whoever she wanted to help first. We stood in line for 15 minutes while she ignored us and helped others who came in after us. Then she tried to put us in a room with 2 doubles, even though our reservation said 2 queens. When I showed her the printout of our reservation, she said there weren't any that were clean, so we'd have to wait 20 minutes. This after we'd already stood in line for 15 minutes. This same clerk refused to restock the breakfast foods even though it wasn't yet 8 a.m. Said the other person "forgot to order supplies". I'm a diabetic, and the bagels and cream cheese were the only items that had any protein that I needed. She said they had none. We only got two washcloths for three people, so we went to get an extra. We were given two, and then the maids took them away when they made up the room the next day. Each time we had to go get an extra cloth.
Review 58：There were absolutely no bugs of any type anywhere around the building or in the rooms! The beds were always made each evening when we returned. The rooms were fresh smelling.
Review 59：The breakfast was poor. The room was not very clean. There were quite a few people who looked homeless staying there. I stayed there three nights and never felt safe and never felt my car was secure.

Review 67：When we arrived to pay I was charged an additional $30 more than the price I was given. The stairwell going up to the second floor smelled like animal urine. It was so bad all of us gagged and had to hold our breathe every time we went up and down the stairs. The A/C would work for 5 minutes and then it would to turn off so we kept having to get up all throughout the night to turn it on. The bathroom was falling apart. I went to lift the toilet lid up and it wasn't even attached to the toilet- it was just set down on top. There was no clothes iron in the room- just the bracket to hold one. The ceiling was brown and had moisture spots all over it. This hotel was not worth $120 for 1 night. (Originally supposed to be $91...which that is still too much). I cancelled a reservation at a much nicer hotel for the same price thinking this would be cheaper to save some money....nope! I will never stay at this hotel again.

Review 69：Got given wrong key and walked in on people in room. Prostitutes in Hotel and parking lot. Drug deals in hotel and parking lot. Manager (Cris) telling me that he would not stay in his own hotel he manages. Hotel stunk. Had holes in walls. Toilets overflowing. Staff said they think it is funny that the website is nothing like what the hotel is actually like. Staff telling me they get in trouble if they tell families about the stuff that goes on there, and that it is not a good place for families. Security is on site but seemed as if they were too scared to enforce any rules of trespassing or soliciting on property, they stayed in office most of time. I called to confirm reservation and was told that this hotel was in great condition and would be great for family stay. What a lie. The only money I see the hotel making is off the drugs and prostitutes. I would never recommend this hotel to Satan himself.
