Review 1：The staff is polite, but not necessarily warm and friendly. They are rather detached... Dinner at the hotel restaurant is buffet style, and that particular evening there were a lot customers. During my meal I tried to call the attention of any of the waiters to order some beverage, but no one would come to take my order or even notice my presence. Too busy? or careless personnel? I ended up going to my room and drink just water. The minibar extremely expensive and had some expired products!

Review 5：The cleaning staff didn't make the beds. The people who worked at the omelet station didn't get our orders right. The game room needs updating, most of the games needed updating!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It was a little pricey, but the grounds made it worth it.
Review 6：The front office staff and most of the restaurant staff were great, very helpful! The location was close to a trail head, very pretty and convenient. It was a 5-10 minute walk from the main town, which made it very quiet and peaceful. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. There was a game room and pool, but these could be improved.
Review 7：There was no hot water. For 4 days. Pool had many bugs. Ants throughout dining area. While language was a factor, staff could not clarify the water issue. For several days was told to wait 10 minutes.
