Review 1：The fact that the pool (a total essential in picking the hotel) was closed for refurbishment, which they could easily have let me know, was a major blow. Coupled with the mausoleum like ambiance, and the indifferent service in the chinese restaurant, the fact that they tried to tell me that my room rate did not include breakfast which it did, means that I absolutely would not go back even if they paid me to stay there. I cannot remember ever disliking a hotel half as much as I disliked this one.

Review 2：Very little, I just could not wait to check out. It is aimed at the Chinese market, and obviously popular with them.

Review 3：On the first day we got down towards the end of the breakfast sitting at around 9:30am - service finished at 10:00 - and some food items looked a bit tired.

Review 4：Spacious and well appointed Deluxe room with a massive and extremely comfortable bed. Excellent range of choices for the buffet breakfast. Useful free shuttle bus on the hour to the main sites of District 1. A voucher for a free drink was provided for the roof top bar which has good views of the city. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Review 7：The managment there is a disaster, I booked through booking but they claimed they did not receive the confirmation. After my strong complain, they spent half hour to check me in and gives me a downgraded room. The next day, I have to spend another half hour to let them move into the correct room.

Review 13：The hotel restaurant was smile and bufe was reach but not fresh. Booking have notshow to me when I was reservation time for breakfast details. Than they didn't accept this point. No helping any point. There is more flexible hotel same level. I suggest when any one reserved booking should be show all details for reservation. Very bed my 10years travel experience.

Review 14：The rooftop bar was closed for maintenance, which was unknown to us. The shower was inside the bathtub, which I do not like. WiFi is terribly and should really be fixed.

Review 15：The staff were very helpful in assisting with taxis to district 1. One of them even changed money for me when the taxi driver did not have small amounts of cash. Great rooms. The center is only 3-4 euros away by taxi, but that can add up over the days.

Review 16：The frontdesk wasnt very helpful when I asked about direction to the buses to ben tre, which were actually just a very short walk from the hotel. The frontdesk referred me instead to some travel agent in the lobby and then to the concierge, neither of which knew what I was talking about.

Review 29：The wifi was terrible and kept dropping if we could even get signal. The location was not great but we knew that when booking. The pool is tiny and very busy. The mall next door is more of a wholesale clothing mall with some small souvenir shops and the minibar was not stocked so if we wanted anything would have to call room service each time which is annoying.

Review 32：A very good quality hotel for the $61 a night we paid. They upgraded the room and included breakfast though we didnt pay for it. Very kind. Still some episodes of the rules and your needs dont matter. Impossible to order icecream at the pool though the restos have it. Top floor lounge is costly and the service quality is absolutely hopeless. Avoid it. Other than food service exceptions noted service was very good and helpful. We had room service dinner one night and while costly the food was of excellent quality well prepared and delicious. Would stay again

WindsorHotel provides free shuttle service to Ben Thanh Markets and etc hourly.We have waited for 2 round and could not get into the bus due to thewaiting point kept changing and the max capacity is 16 pax despite weare there queueing half an hour earlier than the departure time. Theyshould have a record book or queue to let the guest queue up for the busor make appointment what is the timing they want. This will not createunhappiness to the guest. I notice that they did not check the passengerwhether they are the hotel guest when boarding the bus.

She was the best of all and with her stay inVietnam just 5 months, she can tell us where to go for good chinese foodand where to tailor made Vietnamese clothes.
