Review 1：The information staff was confusing, when we checked in he didn't treat us well, and didn't want to take our booking from booking.com for the reason that we didn't book with him. ???
Review 2：The room was amazing and there's car service to the breakfast room and to the front area, because the property was so big
Review 3：just to be fair i booked the cheapest room for my children's nanny and we didnt check tv when we checked in. But when we sent her back to her room just to find out TV wasnt work. The road in along in hotel was really dark and far from reception. And the restaurant for breakfast you have to walk really far up n down the mountain. So this hotel is for those who have car only. But im supposed the more expensive rooms are far better judging by the points.
