Review 1：Room showed a lot of wear and tear, beds not comfortable, platinum tower supposed to be smoke free, however hallway smelled like ashtray. Elevators did not require key for floor access so not secure. Casino wait staff not very attentive. Drink service was significantly faster at Beau than Hardrock with same level of gambling expenditure

Review 3：We didn't like that the bathroom area offered no privacy really --we would have preferred a door to shut when brushing teeth, etc. And no little refrigerator makes you have to buy anything you want to drink. And the music plays LOUD outside..not so bad inside, but it is always blaring outside.

Review 4：Everyone of the staff that we interacted with were awesome--especially the valet staff. The food was exceptionally good and the hotel was clean. Bed was comfortable. Loved the three shower heads in the shower and finally, a hotel that has drapes that keep out ALL the light so you can sleep.

Review 6：Awesome experience, I have stayed at The Beau and recently The Nugget. The Beau is nice, but Hard Rock is just as nice in my opinion, I will never stay at The Nugget again. If I could have gotten a room at Hard Rock today, 1-17-16, I would have come back with friends for a couple of bights. Oh well, will be back soon!

Review 8：Price was AWFUL. Stay at the Beau Rivage! Half the price, same size room, much cleaner, and much friendlier staff. Booking.com said I would not get charged until we checked in, but 1/2 was charged right away, then the manager at the hotel told me we would ONLY be charged a $100 deposit, that Booking.com should not have charged, and that nothing would be charged until we checked out. We were charged the other 1/2 immediately instead and then another hold was placed on our account so the hotel could hold 3 nights of charges instead of two. I complained and they said they were charging me yet again as I was checking out. It's been 2 full days and the charge for 3 nights stands, when we only booked for 2 days and stayed for 2 days. The hallways were full of smoke, on non-smoking floors. The room was no where near as large as described on booking.com. The front desk manager and the staff in the casino were disgustingly rude. The bathrobes were dirty upon arrival, and the worst part was there was no privacy between rooms...you could hear everyone's televisions, kids talking in the next room, people talking in the hall, and even people in the shower in the opposite room. For the price, I'd expect to be treated with a little respect, not have to see bear cans full of cigarette butts off the elevator for 2 days straight, and a lot of privacy. We will never stay here again!

They were told that we had checked out. I was really embarrassed about being halved dressed and being walked in on.

Review 43：They gave us the worst room in the hotail it was the last room on the 3rd. Floor. It was just behind the Hard Rock sing and just above the laustest music in the place. I mabe this relation over a mo. Ago and expected a better room. We got there at 3:30 and checked in, but was made wait until after 4. They gave us a room on the 3 and we had ask for one on or above the 9th. with an ocean view.

That was something we had to figure out on our own.

It got old explaining that we were there until Friday and we were only going to eat. The cigarette smoke will knock you down in lobby. Hard Rock Cafe food wasn't that good.

Review 99：The modern trend of translucent bathroom doors is just so wrong. Who wants to see or be seen doing whatever it is you`re doing??? Also, the sinks and mirror were right next to the bed, so if you were shaving or blow-drying, you`d be bothering the other person. Also, neither Booking.com nor the check-in clerk mentioned a pet fee, but they tried to charge me $75 at checkout, which was sleazy. It's a bit of a walk to the beach, and the bar/restaurant by the pool was closed, nor were there any towels available, and this was a Thursday in summertime. I got a good deal on the room rate via Booking.com, but if I had paid full price, I would have thought it was a total ripoff. No breakfast either, which was pretty lame.

Also if you want better value for your money when getting drinks get it in the casino , they make the drinks stronger and the prices were lower , keeps people around their games. id say its at least 2-3 dollars cheaper

Review 118：Room had stains on the carpet and traah cans were nasty. All staff was great except TJ at the front desk when we checked out he was nice but not knowledgeable about the system. Our friends paid for a surprise for us and he told us how much it was and wanted us to pay again for it. It was our 10th anniversary and they didn't acknowledge it at all!! I told everyone

Review 125：Arrived in the early morning (1am) and the friendly staff upgraded us to the Panoramic Suite. I've been to many of the casino hotels in Biloxi, and this one is by far my favorite with their modern feel. The rooms are gorgeous, beds are comfy, and you wake up feeling like a rock star.
