Review 3：Room a bit dreary with dark wood and not enough lights. Tub very wide and a bit dangerous for this 80 year old woman--would have liked handles to grab on to.

Review 9：Nothing. Maybe the fact that smoking is permitted - despite the fact there are no smoking rooms and it really doesn't smell like Vegas - the lobby and breakfast area smelled. I mean, with all this vape tech, who still smokes?

Review 19：The bed was a too firm. The air conditioner does not have an option to leave the fan running when the compressor kicks off. So there is compete silence unless it is cooling. If you are a light sleeper, you notice when it clicks off.

Review 21：The free wifi didn't work and when I contacted the staff about the problem, they only told me to keep switching the connection name until it works or I could go down to the business center. Since I brought my own laptop, I'd rather be in the comfort of my own room. The wifi never worked.

Review 23：When booking, I thought I was booking a King suite with pull out sofa bed but went into the room and the sofa was right next to the bed -- there was no door separating the room. The front desk said it was a "studio suite". I have stayed in MANY hotel rooms but never heard of a studio suite. If a room is a suite, it should have a door dividing the 2 sleep areas.

Review 26：I stay in a lot of hotels. This one was great. Simple, clean, polite staff and they met all our needs plus!

Review 27：If we would suggest anything, it would be a little stronger wifi, onlybecause there is no tv reception but plenty of movie to chose from. Andwe didn't have any cell phone signal so we tried to Skype thru ourcomputer and it was a little slow but we got thru. So I would suggest aland line and restrict the use and charge for it. But remember , We hadto stretch to find anything that could be better.

Review 30：Wonderful hotel, huge room (we had one with a sofa) and comfortable beds. Fridge was a nice plus, so we could get our food in there for the night. Nice breakfast with variety of coffees and you could make delicious waffles with strawberries and whipped cream. Kids really enjoyed those! Overall a very nice place to stay!

Review 31：We chose this accomodation for our Sequoia National Park visit. It's less than 1 hour driving from the park entrance, and we consider it's the best hotel out of 4 states we visited (CA, NV, AZ, UT). And two times cheaper in this category.

Review 32：2 day stay cut short but had to pay for full 2 days. The room was heavily permeated with cigarette smoke! Even the bedding smelled like smoke. We arrived late in the evening for an early appt the next morning and then checked out at 3:00

Review 41：I have, upon occasion, been stuck in Tulare and the only place I will stay is at the Charter Inn and Suites because I appreciate the friendliness and efficiency of the entire staff. I was made to feel welcome at the desk, as always and I can tell you that the cleaning crew does a great job because a crisp clean smell greets me at the door when I enter my room. Everything is well kempt, and the bed smells of fresh linen with four cozy pillows to melt into for a good nights sleep. If I have to stay in Tulare, this is the only place for me.

Review 43：Liked the fact that the pool and hot tub were open and heated in November. Loved the mini sink located next to the frig and microwave. Loved the movie, seating area and bar near the lobby.

Review 44：In booking their Deluxe King Room for 4 people, I assumed there would be two king beds, instead there was one king bed and one fold-out sofa bed. Not my idea of deluxe! Room had stale odor upon entering; might explain why a portable air sanitizer was running.

Review 45：The constant loud annoying noice like a fabric siren during the all night long. we did not have an opportunity to find out in the morning what it was, but find it out before booking the hotel. The second big minus was small insects in the bed - O_o!

Review 49：Our bed was broken, so that my wife and I had to sleep on the very edge or else roll to the middle. It was late, so we didn't call the front desk, but when we notified them the next morning the clerk seemed unsympathetic.

Review 50：Beautiful motel; it was right off the highway and the perfect midway stop on our way to Disneyland. The common area with the television-viewing seating was a really nice touch.

Review 51：Poor WiFi, they have about 5 different signals and none of them keep you connected for more than a minute. The pool was kinda of small and the water didn't look very clean so me and my kids didn't go swimming.

Nice location, near a lot of restaurants and other name brand stores. The hot breakfast was very good also. We will definitely stay here again, next time we travel to the Fresno area.

Review 53：Booked six months in advance, arrived to find Charter had booked me into Quality Inn. No email or call from management. Would they still have charged me if we were no shows despite having no rooms? No mgt apology or comment.

Review 58：Tulare is a very chain oriented town with nearly every chain restaurant and major retail shopping experience present. Bt Tulare seems a very poor town. The air is not good.

Review 68：I reserved a room for 4 : when I checked in, I asked about it, they hadn't any problem with that, but when i arrived in the room : only 1 Bed, after that the staff never helped me to solve the problem and never helped me to understand the problem. Knowing this, we tried to cancel the reservation to find another hotel, they also refused to cancel it. The only solution the staff proposed was a second room at $65! 1 of us had to sleep on the floor ... The hotel was very far from the sequoia national park : more than 1:30 (the advertising say 1 hour ?? )
