Review 1：We liked the relatively remote location. Attractions are still a convenient drive away. Rooms had just received fresh paint and were clean and comfy. Great deck for evening cocktails

Review 4：No seaview from the rooms, except for two rooms, but the hotel is right on the beach and if you lucky, like us, you can take your breakfast and sit on the deck up overlooking the beach watching the sun com up. New fresh refurbished rooms.

Review 9：This is a family owned motel with direct beach access! The owners are great and personally interact with the guests. A sign in the office window says "come as a guest and leave as a friend" and that could not be more true. Our room was newly renovated and our time there was quiet and relaxing.

Review 12：Stayed in Room 114. The employee (not sure if owner or not) was excited to tell us it was newly remodeled. Fresh paint and new shower tile does not make up for fact that the dual lamp between the 2 double beds, (which were advertised as 2 queen beds) was disgusting with dirt, rust and dusty grime on tops of the lamp arms and the alarm clock was coated in the same dirt. The shower tile was nice to look at as I stood in 2 inches of slow draining water. Spend 35.00 more a night and get a nicer place to rest your head.

Review 14：I LOVED this place!!! It's the cutest, coziest little place I've ever stayed! The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly and the location was perfect! I've loved the kitchenette and having a full size fridge. This place was much better than I had expected!
Review 15：I had to be unplugged to the light to turn it off. Tv would come back on after turning it off several times before it would stay off. Microwave would not cook anything. Shower was horrible

Review 20：The location was close enough to restaurants but far enough away from the crowds. It seems to be the place where Floridians go the holidays. We stayed over Memorial weekend and the other guests were mostly from the Orlando area.

Review 23：The room wasnt well cleaned, sand was everywhere in the room when we checked in. Floors clearly havent been mopped in ages, just swept out. Shower was filthy, there was even sand in the soap dish so we know the shower wasnt cleaned.

Review 31：We arrived close to 1am after traveling from another event. This was meant to be a pretty beach location to overnight it and head to Port Canaveral the next afternoon for a cruise. We had asked for a late checkout (around 1pm) and was denied by the man behind the counter when we got there without any consideration at all about what would assist out needs. Would have been nice to have at least 12 full hours there to rest and enjoy he beach before traveling again. Very clean, but old building, thought it was pricey given the quality.
Review 32：This is a family owned place, I believe it is a couple. The woman was very friendly and makes an effort to ensure people are happy with their stay. The location is also great, just footsteps to the beach.
Review 33：I read their website, it clearly stated they offer housekeeping services. I had to go ask for a new set of towels and was asked to follow the owner to the laundry room to pick them up, then I was given an attitude because I asked for a set of sheets for the sofa bed. The room was NEVER cleaned during the 4 days we were there, I had to ask for a broom and dusting pan so I could clean it!!! At $155 + per night, I expected better!! :( Even though I did enjoy the location, I will never stay there again.

When I first arrived, I couldn't get the TV to work, but all I did was call the front office and the owner's wife hustled right over and reset it for me, so I had full access to cable. All of the staff were very friendly--they even let me leave my car there to hit the beach after checking out. Overall it was great for what I needed: a bed, a shower and a beach.

Review 50：Bear in mind, I'm not at all picky about rooms. I've stayed in very funky third world properties, but this was an old property, newly painted but no personality at all. Very bare bones. Not one picture on the wall. The TV was at an angle that you couldn't see if from the bed, only a small dining room type table. Tile floors with no throw rugs, thin towels, cheap sheets and pillows. The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor. The air conditioner was installed so high on the wall you had to stand on a chair to adjust it. The door lock didn't work and instead of moving us to another room (there were available rooms) he came in and banged away with a hammer on the door jam. Then he told us "you just need to pull really hard, then up on the handle and it will stay locked" Seriously??? They are trying to run this place with very little monetary input. Somewhat decent rate, but SO not worth it. I will never go back.

There was a frequent visitor from a six legged roach who seemed to rise from the dead. The kitchen facilities was Just a microwave, i would have appreciated a water kettle and perhaps a hob to fra an egg. Hard beds and perhaps a bit cramped considering how much We paid. We were drop ins, late at night, had We paid half of what We were charged, i guess i Might not have been so critical. The same price i would pay at the marriot. Spent two nights coz We Loved the beach and wanted a full days rest from the road trip and to check out the space center, but our beds were not made. Garbage still in the can, not quite to standard for the what they charge, but i guess its the location that would have me stay here again.
