Review 1：The stuff was not friendly at all. It was a lot of misunerdstanding in communication. We wanted to have some tours in Pretoria and surroundings.We asked so many times to help us with arrangments. At the end they arranded a taxi for us (from the hotel) for whole day. With only one option. The price was quite high but at least we managed to visit Johannesburg and Soweto in one day.

Review 2：We had nice room with a view on United building. The restaurant in the hotel is very cheap and has better choices at fast food restaurant around. the dinner with wine will cost you around 120 pounds. But don't order buffet. It doesn't cost money that you have to pay.The breakfast is very expensive.

Review 34：The noise level! Particularly the security guards monitoring the back gate and the car park. I'm sure they were communicating with the whole of Pretoria! Admittedly there appeared to be some sort of student conference going on while I was there so a real lack of consideration for other guests was demonstrated, loud talking and laughing in the corridors, doors slamming

Review 40：Because the bathroom has no bath it only have small shower that can not even accommodate two people in it.And the room is too small there is no space in it.The cleaners only changed the towels but we slept with the same sheets we got there for 3 days and the head boards were dusty for the whole of 3 days.

Review 42：The so-called double deluxe was the smallest hotel room of at least three star rating I have ever stayed in. Even with a single bed it would be considered cramped - with two beds it was simply impossible to move! The hotel assured me all rooms were the same size. My advice - find a hotel with larger room sizes.

Review 43：the staff is extremely nice and friedly, very helpful. I had a pucture and the guy who said was head of security was willing to assist me. infact he volunteered, he was such a gentleman

Review 44：On my arrival, I spent abou ten minutes at the gates until I phoned the receptionist. Even when he promised to send someone to open it for me, it was not a 'quick response' as I expected. I changed the gate to another one and I was sent back to the gate that did not open. That was very disturbing. Secondly, irons are not in good standard especially for delicate products.

Review 50：We were on the 13th floor and the noise from the street was so loud we couldn't sleep. I was feeling like my bed was in the middle of the crossroad. Room was incredibly dirty! Pillow felt like it was made out of wood pieces. Furniture is old and damaged. No hairdryer even though it is stated (you have to ask for it and leave a deposit...) The attendant didn't bother to clean the bathroom. Bathroom is actually about 1 square meter with the shower, toilet and mini sink in... Worst place EVER. Booking.com you disappointed me this time with completely inaccurate information about this place.

Review 52：Rooms too small and below basic as compared to other hotels offering same things. It says free wi if I only learned about free wi fi after checking out but I assume I should have been give wifi code at reception which didnt happen.

Review 54：Reception only booked us in for 1 night instead of 2 nights. On night 2, we received a phone call at 21h30 telling us we should have checked out before 11h00. I told them they had made a mistake and they should sort it out in the morning. I then got someone knock on the door at 00h30, as well as another phone call at 03h00. Both were anonymous. Breakfast was not ready at 06h00 as per reception's advice - staff were still busy setting it up from 06h0 to 07h00 meaning we had to wait for certain items like milk or toast. Butter had run out completely. Food was cold from the start. Rooms are tiny. Only space for one person to get past bed/door/table etc. The walls are paper thin so there's lots of corridor and people noise while you're trying to sleep. Underground parking bays are tiny, so it takes a few tries to get car parked. Cleaning staff are exceptionally loud and will hold up the already slow 2 lifts to wait for their colleagues.
