Review 1：There were ants coming out of the plumbing all over the sink and floor.(crawled up my leg) The plug for sink was broken. The floor and rug were not cleaned around the edges and behind the nite stands. Very poor electrical. TV tuner did not work.

Review 2：Bed was hard. Pillows were half the size normal pillows are. Bathroom was OK but the bathtub was kinda grimey and the showerhead was crusty. Breakfast was highly disappointing.

Review 11：This was truly the best value for money room I have had the opportunity to stay in on my road trip from Canada to San Diego. The bed was comfortable, the linen was quality, the space (shower, toilet etc) was clean, the t.v. & wifi worked well and the staff was very friendly. Anything else was a bonus extra as far as I was concerned.

Review 16：We were far from the office and main part of motel. There were some questionable people hanging around which made me a little uncomfortable. I considered moving to a more central location at the motel. Did not move to a different room after talking to office.

Review 17：I liked the room we were in as it was spacious, clean, and met our needs. I liked that the office person (manager?) listened to my concerns about where our room was and that I had concerns. She handled the situation and the questionable people were no longer hanging out by that night. I felt comfortable that we were safe and that the office was paying attention to see that all went smoothly.

Review 18：Carpet had an odour...probably from a pet in a no smoking room. Smell refused to go away, even though sprayed with no smell spray. Management did not have a replacement room so we had to move to Choice Comfort Inn (Medford, OR).

I said no since no one hadbeen by the room all day...after a heated debate he contacted his guywho confirmed he went to the wrong room! Not worth the money,,,cheesyhotel trying to be something it will never be. Better off at Motel 6!

Review 31：Very slow AND unreliable WiFi. No do not disturb sign upon check in. No room motel info in room whatsoever (no tv channel list etc) due to somewhat recent ownership change.

Review 41：Room was dirty, cobwebs in every corner, TV made a loud whining sound and the stand was broken so the TV pointed down towards the floor, I had to prop a chair under it to right it (the propped chair also stopped the whining sound. All of the lights were unplugged except for one, one stationary lamp had no plug near it! The pillows were old and lumpy, very uncomfortable! I would never stay there again.

Review 63：There were problems with WiFi connections which hotel personnel was unwilling or unable to solve. That situation continued for entire 3 days stay. Room was very primitive and barely cleaned. Breakfast is not worth much and is VERY basic. A few frozen waffles and English muffins - dry and not appetizing. One type of cereals. No juice available. This place does not deserve 3 stars. it is a typical 1 star motel that pretends to be more while is unable to deliver.

Review 64：The internet was sketchy and most of the time didn't work in our room. Having internet working would be helpful, but really sway our favorable impression of this hotel.

Review 65：Fran, the woman who checked us in, was very friendly and helpful. Although the hotel is situated on a busy road with many nearby businesses, it was very quiet for sleeping. We really enjoyed their nice, large swimming pool and there was a pretty garden which made the pool and hotel much more inviting. Many restaurants were in easy walking distance. Our room was large, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was basically continental and included some fresh fruit and yogurt to go along with coffee, juice, and cereals. The Medford Inn is not fancy, but gives a lot for a great value!

Review 66：The first room we had smelled bad and had a toilet that kept running all night. They should get rid of the smell and paint around the door jams. I did not expect much but to have notes left in the dining room where you get your yogurt saying "only take 1 so there are enough for the other guests" makes it seem like you are going out of business tomorrow.

Review 67：Front desk, Fran and the man that changed our room the next morning were nice as well as other employees at the Inn. The second room we had was fine and we did not have any issues. I read other comments and was hoping for the best. We got good info for the bike path and we rode to Ashland for breakfast. quick access to the great bike trails.

It took for ever to get a refund for the 2nd nite I had booked as I was not spending another night there. There are many tiny motels in Medford, but this one seemed much nicer than many others we saw. (Another one we almost booked turned out to have an "Adult" shop right next door -- yuck!). If we return to Medford, we would gladly stay at the Medfird Inn again.

Review 117：. . . that leads to more undesirable fellow guests. There were many "sketchy" people around and staying at this motel. Pool was nice but always busy w/ loud kids (including families that were not guests/or w/ guests of the motel).

Review 119：write up of the hotel indicated flat screen tv's in all rooms but when we went to our room, it was an old tv. I was told the ad was wrong only 40% of their rooms had them. I also was given a room that was far in a corner behind some stairs, very unsafe. Room smelled really musty and smokey (non smoking room) I asked for another room and was moved to a second floor room that didn't smell. We were as far away from the pool as they could us. Not a friendly person behind the counter either. I won't stay again.
