Review 3：OK, guess the lighting could have been a little better in the living room and kitchen for when we played games. The weather was a little cool, could have been improved there! Seriously, everything was great, location was right on the beach - the parking was easy. Really, nothing at all to complain about.

I was very impressed by everything. Even the restaurant that the hotel staff recommended was delicious! There are four local restaurants right next door to the hotel in walking distance so food is certainly no issue.

Its a great hotel for the price you are paying here, right on the beach, walking distance to a lot of resturants and a big surf shop next door. Happy hour at the hotel is great, really cheap drinks! My only problem with the whole entire trip is Biloxi Beach! I wish this hotel was in Orange Beach or somewhere else! There is a lot of trash in the water and on the shoreline. the hotel keeps their part pretty clean but stuff washes in a lot and the water is murky, we only spent two days here but I will drive the extra 2 hours to go to a better beach next time!

Review 45：I wish my first room didn't smell like garbage because it then caused my card to be charged 3 different times. I also would like the 1 bed suits and similar rooms to have options with full gulf views. I would have paid extra for it. WiFi also didn't work half the time.

Review 55：We stayed at the hotel specifically because we thought the suite set up with a master bedroom and separate living space with pull out sofa would make us the most comfortable, but at bedtime we went to pull out the sofa bed and it was totally broken, which make my family (with two adults and two young kids) all have to share the master bedroom bed, so no one slept good.

Review 65：First when we walked into the room it felt musty and dirty. Walked into the master bedroom restroom and look up to the ceiling and what it looked to me was mold. I was there for a cousins wedding so on my way out to the rehearsal dinner I told the FD agent. Came back hours later and asked them what was it. I was told not to worry about it. I walked into the room and it was just painted over. The bed was dirty and it felt like stuff were crawling on me. I work in the industry in the Full Service side and this had to be the worst experience I have had.

Review 84：We first checked into our first hotel and found feases on one of the towels. We were moved to a different room where we had makeup all over one of the pillows so cleanliness was diffinatly an issue. We had to meet with the manager and district manager on several occasions which did take up a lot of time from our trip. 2 of 3 of our nights were taken care of due to the problems but I am still discussed and extremely aggravated over the whole matter. The breakfast bar was on the rather cheap side.

Some minor stuff broken-bathroom door latch, sticky room door, smallish TV's, no kitchen towels paper or cloth, no beach towel available. Type of room will determine your ocean view, our Jr. suite had a partial. Cold pool, no beach chairs, generally just OK. Ocean is brown, not blue, no surf, you won't want to swim...Biloxi in general is not an exciting place unless you gamble-many casino's.

Review 125：Parking levels were full had to park outside noticed many signs that hotel not responsible for vehicles in lot which made me very nervous about parking outside parking garage. Pool had no bar had to get dressed from pool go to 3rd floor to get drinks . Most every Hotel I've stayed the bar delivered to pool area. Pool was plain more like motel pool. Elevators stayed extremely slow and full.

Review 141：Just beautiful Loved every part of the stay. Fantastic value. Perfectly placed between the casinos and the mall. We were never in the car for more than 10 min. To go anywhere and that's even when we missed our turn and had to turn around. Room was superbly decorated and laid out well. Very spacious, it was only my wife and I this time, but we could see our entire family (M&D + 4 kids) in the room and have plenty of space to spread out. And to top it off the Bath had a large soaking tub. Heaven.

Review 142：They had the check in counter on the 3rd floor with only 2 small elevators, so it took a while to get to the 3rd floor since the elevator was always full. The room the showed us on the internet when I booked the room was not the room we got.
