Review 1：My pillow was really hard and the shower was small but sufficient

Review 2：I needed somewhere close to the airport that was affordable and still clean with a certain amenities to make it enjoyable this facility was perfect

Review 3：Clean room, nice large clean pool, good workout room. Upon arrival we discovered we did not have our reservation. The booking agent had not connected with Best Western though we had a confirmation so we did not have accommodations reserved for us when we checked in. BW gave us a reservation at a comparable price and corrected the situation. Very positive.

Review 4：The breakfast staff has on my last two visits forgotten that they are there to work and not to visit with family members and other staff.

Review 18：I booked from a third-party so on the night of our arrival we paid about $250 and we waited about an hour to get our room, when we finally got the key they gave us the key to a room that was already occupied! Next morning they said we only paid for one night when we paid for two. We had to go to the front office to argue this. Turns out they put our money on a different room. So the other room for someone else was paid for with our money. They claimed to have "fixed" it but the day of check out they said that we didn't pay the full balance when we did! Again we were in the front office disputing the situation once again. The room was nice however the employees made major mistakes that they claimed to have corrected but truly didn't.

Location is nasty. for almost 90 dollars its not worth it. Rooms are small cramped and linked with thin doors. Keep looking don't stay here. Not for 90 dollars.
