Review 1：Nothing I give it 2 thumbs up

Review 2：Let's just say there wasn't anything I didn't like. Staff was friendly,price was very reasonable. Easy access too freeway.

Review 3：Flies coated my ceiling. I called the staff who took photos for the management. I couldn't sleep because of the infestation. I talked to the manager the following day who refused to refund my money. Very dissatisfied.

Review 6：It was a very clean low class motel. The staff were awesome, but the facility was right out of the Bates motel....no bugs or pests like bed bugs. Just run down. Very close to where I needed. If I had to I would stay there again, but I would prefer a hilton.

Review 7：Paying a quarter for a bucket of ice ( the principle of that is ridiculous ) breakfast was not a breakfast st all. It was coffee and separately pre packaged Danish. Difficult to find especially in the dark.

Review 8：The owners are the nicest people ever. They said they are trying to make this hotel work :( they need to put some $ into it go get a profit from it. They are pleasent but the husband seems clueless upon check in.

Review 12：The only hitch to our visit was an unannounced charge that I think hadto do with something between the booking.com system and the motel-- Isearched for a room for two and reserved a room with a king-size bed(not really the abode of the single traveler, really), but upon arrivalI was told there was an extra 10-dollar charge a night for having myfriend staying with me, so the fee for a two-night stay was 112.00instead of 92.00. If I had known this, I would have considered otheroptions, but it was still a fairly inexpensive stay.This also moved this hotel up into the slightly more pricey range if you aren't traveling solo, so be aware when booking if you're comparing prices.

Review 13：I asked for a quiet room the night before we arrived, and we were giventhe cottage area in the rear of the motel, which were extremely quiet.We didn't hear a peep throughout our three-day stay, which wasreally great and calming.The motel was very quiet and the area is very central-CA scenic, as well as within ten minutes of Visalia, which has a variety of food options as well as a Wal-Mart and Target if you need anything on the fly. The Sequoia National Park entrance is only about an hour away- not bad, though getting anywhere in the park takes at least an additional forty minutes driving to an hour or more, so be aware when making plans to visit the park and stay here- it worked for us, but we're pretty okay with driving a bit more to save some money for fun stuff.

Review 14：Smoke alarm missing in room. Desk light is on motion sensor switch at entrance door. Thought fuse was blown at first but soon learned that desk lamp would go out automatically if there was no movement in the room. Was able to remain seated at desk and turned light back on by raising arm to trigger motion detector. Breakfast limited to continental style. No seating available in breakfast area except for a single love seat. No other services nearby.

Review 15：Second floor room was clean. Registration staff was accommodating. AC worked great. It is on it's on switch on the wall opposite the unit. Property in agricultural area so "slight essence of bovine" was discovered outside (not in room). Microwave and mini Refrig functioned fine. No excessive noise from adjacent rooms. Did hear occasional freight train on opposite side of freeway. Room price was right based on age and location of property. Easy freeway access. WIFI available in room at no additional cost. Did not try TV so can't comment on item.

Review 16：The Continental breakfast wasn't up to snuff. It was only a packaged sweet roll. The room had an old smell.

Review 17：The girl at the desk gave us special attention, when we said we needed a bathtub, and bottom floor. She put us in a room, away from the noise of the roadway.

Review 22：We found dead bed bugs under our bed. When we complained, staff informed us that bed bugs enter the room and then die. Noise from the highway. Poor breakfast. In the middle of nowhere.

Review 27：The occupied guest rooms were evenly space instead of clustered, so I could park at my door and noise was reduced. An older building but well maintained and refurbished. The bed was clean and comfortable, the water in the shower was hot. The WiFi really worked for streaming video. I wasn't too hot or too cold. The refrigerator/freezer froze my cooler ice packs overnight.

Review 28：The location is next to a condemned hotel that's falling into ruin and has gang graffiti all over it. I was trying to cancel my reservation and they said go look at the room and it was nice and big and clean. I talk another person checking in and they said they had stayed there 5 times with no problems. I would stay there again.

Review 29：My husband and I were very comfortable during our 4 night stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was always clean when we returned to it, and it was an affordable alternative to the higher priced hotels and motels a few miles away. We will definitely be back!

Review 44：Our room did not have a smoke alarm. Looks like there was one but it was removed. AC was cold when turned on but was a little slow in cooling down the room but once it got there it was definitely comfortable. Continental breakfast could use some hot oatmeal with cinnamon.

Review 45：The first thing I noticed upon entering the room was a clean fresh smell. We stayed two days and did not feel fresh linens were necessary but housekeeping replenished two sets of fresh towels and toilet paper. This was nice and saved us a trip to the office. Loved the back door access to the pool. Never stayed in a hotel with a front and back door. Motel definitely has the electricity usage dialed in with automatic on/off. Smart move. Review 96：Continental breakfast is just a danish per customer and milk with cereals. Milk on its own is not allowed. I find this quite rude. Better not to offer breakfast at all.

Main light in room was on a sensor which is great when you walk in, but awful when it wakes the entire room up when someone uses the restroom in the middle of the night.

Review 99：We were here for a night on our way to Sequoia NP. It was surprisingly quiet inside the room even though it was close to the road. The motel is old but adequate. The sheet, mattress, and pillows were really comfortable- which is what really matters. The pool is older, but after a day of driving my kids were excited to get out some energy. Front office was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was basic but free. Great value for our purpose!!!

Review 100：Location, can't find it on my gps, had to manually search for it on the map. Lighting was not good, room is dark. But it was very clean! the room I got anyway. Room not will insulated, can hear traffic from motorway outside. Doesn't bother me as I sleep like a log, but will bother others. Lastly, the extra cost of tax, which every hotel and shop adds on your bill so you end up paying more then you thought because tax was not added in to begin with! Sigh....!
