Review 1：For the price I believe breakfast should have been included. $20 pp is a bit expensive and just a personal thing, we are not a fan of shower curtains. Other that that this is an amazing place in the perfect location. Clean and comfortable and a little bit of luxury.

Review 2：The bed was super comfortable. Staff were very attentive and helpful. The pool gave you a nice relaxing break from the hectic city.

Review 3：The breakfast buffet is large, but the quality substandard. Horrible bread, horrible hams, very low quality beacon, eggs Benedict uneatable (bad sauce). This breakfast is shame for a supposedly five star hotel.

Review 5：I had a room on the 5th floor facing the park and was woken up around 6AM with loud booming music. There is morning exercising in the park every day except Sunday. They have huge speakers that rumbled the room.

Review 6：The staff were very accommodating when I asked about the morning music they quickly asked if I would like to change my room to the back side of the hotel. They are very aware of the issue.

Review 8：If you like to party go to this place. Surrounded by busy streets and music clubs. Pool Club is nice. Location very good. If you want to sleep use earplugs - even on the higher floors. Somehow outdated rooms, windows, bathroom,... Amazing breakfast. Recommended book executive floor or upgrade in the hotel.

The hotel was perfect, but I have to emphasis that the staff at the hotel were a pure pleasure. As a solo traveller who was also celebrating her birthday - they surprised me with a cake & card. Honestly. It was heart warming. Those little touches make you feel special. Thank you.

Review 38：Small coackroach on the wall of my friend's room, as well as a big dead one in the pool area. This is unacceptable for a 5 stars hotel. The pool area cleaning should be done earlier, when the guests are not enjoying the facilities: my friend has fallen on the slippery stairs because of the water used for the cleaning. The hotel is aging and the rooms, especially the bathrooms, are not very modern. I enjoyed the stay but I personally think that the hotel is overrated.

Checked out at 4pm and entered the lounge waiting for the pick up at 6pm.When we had paid the bill, we observed that they had forgotten to charge us for 2 bottles of wine and one tonic water. Made them aware of this and paid them. We do not think it was necessary to make us aware of that we were not allowed to use benefits of the lounge from 0530 until 0600 because we already checked out!!!!

Nice staff,solved problems with air con quickly, leaking toilet - small problems- but they showed up. Well organized:-)Late check out, offering car free of charge to the airport

Buffet breakfast is great, all-day free coffee/drinks and afternoon free coacktails are really ok. We enjoyed the free drinks Chill bar including the nice location. Room is always cleaned and prepared fresh each day.
