The Marlin rentals are on the shores of Cocoa Beach, a 40 minute drive from the Kennedy Space Center. Each unit features a full kitchen and cable TV.
A sofa bed is provided in each unit for added convenience and Wi-Fi is available. Linens and towels are also included and all studios and apartments have a dining area.
A laundromat is on site at the Marlin holiday rentals and guests will also have access to a terrace with barbecue facilities. Free parking is available on site for all guests.
This hotel is 7 miles from the Merritt Square Mall and 8 miles from the Cruise Terminal. Patrick Air Force Base is a 10 minute drive away.

Review 4：The only communication is a lady Cindy that only gets back to you at her convenient. .. I was there at 6pm and set for 45 min until she got back to me, office was closed.. she said she emailed me the info but co m e to find out I spoke with another couple that got my email not me

Review 8：This was definitely more bang for my buck!!!! The staff was great!!! They felt like family! My son was celebrating his birthday and the staff surprised him with gifts! It was so touching!!! I have found my home away from home!!!! Thank you Marlin family, The Bradford's will see you in December!!!!

Review 23：OLD and in need of an upgrade

Review 24：It took over 2 hours to get into the room we booked. The manager left the maintenance guy in charge of the office while she was gone. When he finally got there credit card machine to work then our room door wouldn't open. The lock was corroded. The maintenance guy came and sprayed some lubricant on the door, and finally got the door open. Then he informed us that he could get the locked changed the next day. However we had to call him to let us into the apartment when ever we need to get back into the apartment. We figured out how to jimmy the lock to get back into the room. Then we entered the room and it smelled like a bar from all the smoke. We were in a non smoking room. I found a half eaten rotten apple in the closet. I found female hairs all over the room so I know the room wasn't cleaned properly, as well as the dishes we found food attached some of the eating utensils
