Review 1：Our car was broken into. Nothing taken but the rear side window was pried into and shattered. Couldn't get the window repaired for a week.

Reported the problem to the office and 3 days later it was taken care of.Housekeeping employees were not helpful or nice. Across the street from a casino so there were lots of dining options. Room was decorated super cute.

Review 21：on the arrival date the room was not cleaned. On request they wanted to clean the room within 30 min, but it was not. We got another room. The room had no towels and we had to request them at the lobby. 2nd day room was not cleaned and they did it on request.

Review 23：The staff placed us on the 3rd floor. It was necessary to climb some 30 stairs. We are both in our mid 60's. While we can still walk stairs and are healthy. It is not something that I would intentionally book or plan.

Review 31：The air of quiet desperation, conveyed in subtle ways - only two towels in the bathroom, faded bedspreads, mismatched furniture, signs that guests would be charged if the microwave/iron/towels/etc were missing upon checkout. I get that it is hard for family-run businesses to compete these days, but perhaps they should think about the signals that are being sent about how they present themselves.

Review 32：The room was huge, a legacy of a bygone time. The bed was comfortable; the staff was very friendly. I was staying in Biloxi for an event, not to hang out in a hotel room, and the Edgewater Inn served that purpose at a very reasonable price.

The front door around the locking mechanism needs cleaning and paint. So does the baseboard in the bathroom.

Review 41：It was toasty in our room. The AC was in the bathroom; therefore, we had to shut the toilet door (making it unbearably hot in the toilet shower area) so that the AC would reach to the bed. It wasn't miserably hot, but it wasn't as cold as I prefer.

Review 43：Pictures online a little miss-leading. Nearness of beach, cleanliness of surrounding beach, and other buildings . Kitchen did not have necessary cooking utensils. Options for pots very few! Had to ask more than once for minimum amount of towels, wash cloths. Cottages need a spring cleaning, such as baseboards. Hot tub needed jet cleaning. Outside hitting at pool was filthy and not working.

Review 45：Made reservations two weeks ahead of time had no reservation on computer when we got there rooms all taken was very upset they gave us a suite which only had one king size bed and it was on the third floor had to walk three flights of steps with baggage, no elevator!!! I have COPD, so go figure!!!! NO I was not happy with my stay there!! The beach across the street was not to swim and it was bird sanctuary I guess. we had to go further down the road to get to the beach swimming.

Our room was clean and equipped with a 4-cup coffee pot, microwave, dorm size fridge, recliner, and chair with footstool, ironing board, iron, and a safe. The bathroom was huge compared to other motels and hotels we have stayed at in the past!

A Waffle House basically shared the same parking lot as the Inn, a really nice casino was right across the parking lot and a Hooters was a skip and a hop away.. oh yeah there was also a really nice beach across the street! Lol.

Luckily I had my confirmation from booking .com and they got me a room immediately. The room had a strange odor and the air conditioner could not keep the entire room super cool.
