Review 1：Ants all over our pillows, ants in the tub, ants in the kitchen. We weren't given towel tickets for the pool and wasn't aware that you even needed one until I tried to get one, and my 1 year old was freezing. The stove knobs temperatures were worn off so you couldn't see what temperature you were cooking anything and the electric burners were lopsided, try cooking scrambled eggs or chicken in the oven (what's the point of getting a place with a stove). We were told we rented a cottage, didn't know that ee would be sharing that cottage with other people that had the upstairs and they were screaming and running around until 11pm.

Review 3：I was under the assumption when I checked in that my bill was paid in full.This was confirmed by the desk attendant (Karen) when we arrived. However, I was charged $45.08 an addtional tax when I checked out. We has made no other charges made during my stay. I was very disappointed that this additional charge was accessed after my stay was completed. Paid in full means paid in full not +$45.08.

Review 4：I loved the cottage, pool it was very clean and the bed was quite comfortable. The location was quite accessible to all of the key historic Jamestown, Busch Garden, Williiamsburg and Yorktown. We would stay ahere again.

Review 5：Hated the high pressure sales. Thank goodness I got the "promised" "gift." but it took insistence. We needed a blanket for the hide-a-bed in the living area -- used the one from the king in the bedroom. It would have been nice to have one additional comfortable chair - but not sure where it would be placed.

Review 7：The sales operation kept trying to make us take a tour. I took the tour there several years ago and felt highly pressured by the salesman. This time around it was administrative staff trying to pressure us. For this reason I will never stay there again. Sincerely, Ed Imperiosi

Location is close to all interesting places in the area, we visited Colonial Williamsburg three days during our stay. Easy short drive.

Review 13：I would like to say some things about our recent stay. We did like the accommodations and the staff was mostly friendly. But upon arriving I was told by someone, I think her name was Tonya, at the front desk that we would not have to pay the taxes at the end of our stay. I asked why and she told me a reason I can't remember but I asked her two more times and she said again we wouldn't have to pay the taxes. Not that I would mind at all but that is the info she gave me. Then we got to our room and there was a family next door with 5 or 6 children and were very loud so we had to change rooms which was nice of the staff to do so quickly. We were offered Busch Gardens tickets for $25 if we went to the ONE hour sales meeting Sunday morning at 8:30 which we agreed to. We arrived at 8:15, a gentleman told us to ride with him which he didn't tell us where we going, we assumed we were just going to tour the property but he proceeded to take us to a restaurant without even asking it we wanted to. First words out of his mouth were "I apologize, I am very hungover" , not exactly what you want to hear from the man you're riding with or from a professional salesman. He talked about drinking almost the entire time, cussed a lot, and put us on the spot with personal questions. The breakfast, tour, and sales pitch lasted almost TWO hours. We were late getting to our next destination, annoyed, and disgusted with his lack of professionalism. We wouldn't have bought one of the packages from him even if we wanted one. Up until the sales meeting Sunday morning we would have come back but not after that. We were sent all over the place and had to stay an extra hour which messed up our schedule. Very disappointed and not worth money off our Busch Gardens tickets.

Review 14：Only wish they excepted small dogs, most dog owners that travel with them expect to pay extra to allow them to stay.

Review 32：We were given the smallest possible accommodations, not at all portrayed in any of the pictures online. Kitchen outdated and almost unusable because of its layout/size. Speed bumps were the worst I've ever driven over, and there are many of them. A little over the top.

Review 33：Concierge was great! The lady was always there and had great ideas, very friendly and helpful. Location was pretty good, right next door to Water Country, if we had wanted to go there. Cottages aren't all exactly the same on the outside.
