Review 1：Not enough towels. No chairs in room Old TV (Needs to upgrade) PLEASE put mirrors in BOTH rooms!

Review 6：We arrived late in the evening before leaving on a cruise the next day. As we got into bed, we discovered dirty linens (brown hair on the sheets and pillows). We got clean sheets but we had to put them on. Additionally, the sofa had greasy stains on it and there weren't any washcloths. The manager didn't seem concerned about the dirty sheets at all. Her response was "hmm, I'll talk to housekeeping." We won't stay at this place again and we won't recommend it to anyone.

Review 9：I was most impressed with the idea of a true suite. It was great to have a separate eating and living area from the bedroom. The location was ideal in that it was close to the beach and had a number of restaurants you could walk to.

Review 10：The location is great, the beach, Winn Dixie and Walgreens are all within easy walking distance. If you are the back of the hotel the sea views are really nice. All the staff are friendly and helpful particularly Kat who I mainly dealt with.

Review 15：Stains on the carpet in the hallways and rooms. We didn't mind so much, because we had two dogs (that did not contribute to there stains!) But they could at least try to eliminate the ones in the hallway. No breakfast, but there's a waffle house and taco bell 30 Seconds from the hotel. Our bed was comfortable, but the frame was either broken or had snapped apart at the foot of the bed before we even arrived.

Review 16：No extra charge for animals, as long as there's no damage ($100 holding fee.) The staff at the desk were decent, but housekeeping was very nice and attentive. A few minute walk from the beach, and restraints everywhere.

Very pet friendly about 30 minutes north of a dog beach and a 3 minute walk from a people beach! Awesome local restaurants just a 5-10 min drive away! Or just stroll the 2 miles south on the beach to them!

Review 38：This hotel needs a complete renovation, and should receive a 1 star rating. There is no pool on site, the beach is 2 blocks away with really no view of the ocean, and it is very nasty. In addition, the carpets are old and very dirty, and booking advertised a sitting area in the two bedroom suites. If you consider a chair a sitting area, then maybe. Otherwise, there is none.

Review 46：We parked our car long term while on the cruise, were not given vouchers when we checked out. The employees and shuttle driver at the Sheraton were very helpful to get us vouchers and tag for our car and did not make us return to Cocoa Beach Suites Hotel.

There is one elevator and it can take 5-7 minutes just to get on the elevator. The air in the second room wasn't working properly and when it turned on it made a loud clanking noise ehicvh made it hard to sleep.

Review 54：We stayed here the night before our cruise and we had the most awfulstay in this place. We arrived about 1pm and weren't able to checkin before 3pm which was annoying but wasn't the worst thing. The guyat the front desk allowed us to put our bags in the luggage room and wewent out for a look around. When we came back we encountered a woman andto say she was unpleasant is an understatement. We were paying in cashbut she also wanted to charge my card for the full amount of the nightsstay. We had cleared out our bank accounts before coming on holidays andchanged everything to dollars so we couldn't do that. She would havebeen happy to let us go find somewhere else to stay but we asked tospeak with a manager or someone who wanted to help us. She calledsomeone who told her we could leave $100 cash deposit till check-outwhich we did. The next morning when we were checking out we came to thefront desk and asked if we could leave our bags while we went forsomething to eat and she said yes. She was serving another customer sowe walked into the same room we had left the bags in the day before andleft our bags. When she was done with the other customer she came intothe room and yelled at us, saying the room was for staff only, I havenever been so embarrassed in my life. She spoke to us like we were 2yrolds. It was a disgrace and we have booked another cruise and will notbe staying here the night before!

I will return with out a dought ..

Review 59：Nothing really. I was satisfied with my entire experience from check in to check out. Only complaint is that it wasn't free and they didn't provdie winning lottery numbers at the front desk.

Review 60：The location is pretty central in cocoa beach and really isn't too far from any points of interest. The best part was how close it was to the beach. 5 minutes walk and you're there. The rooms were standard hotel fare. Nothing spectacular about them but nothing negative to say either. Our trip was more for the city anyway so we just needed a place to rest our heads. The staff was friendly in the few interactions we had. I couldn't hear any of my neighbors either which was a plus. Excellent choice for a no frills hotel experience.

Review 61：We were in a family suite. There could have been more than 4 towels in the bathroom considering the room is for 6 people and we had 6 people in the room. Also more than one pillow for each person on the beds.

There was no pool at the hotel as it stated that there was. There was a shared pool 2 blocks down the road. When we checked out the same lady checked us out and she was very dry and unfriendly again. She didn't ask us how we enjoyed our stay or if everything was to our liking.. I will not stay here ever again.. So let down on my 1st trip to Cocoa Beach FL.
