Review 1：I liked the location and the bed was super comfy. We like to stay at the beach after the crazy summer season. We went for a concert and the hotel was the perfect location in walking distance from everything. Plus the best Chinese food I've ever eaten is right next door.

Review 6：The out side stairwell had a sewer smell. The room had dirty walls, (could see foot prints). The room next to ours had very loud inhabitants. We didn't spend the night, decided to drive the hour and half home after the concert.

Review 18：No sink in the bathroom it was in the bed/living room. The first night the air conditioner worked but it never worked again & the room got stuffy. They closed & locked the outdoor deck area where you could see a great view by 7:30pm so you had really no place to be but in the room.

Review 27：Rooms look straight out of the 70s and our door was so hard to open we were afraid someone would call the cops on us every time we had to bash it until it opened. Good for a couple of nights but almost too "no frills" for a longer stay. doesn't seem like the kind of place you should pay upwards of $300 for a 2 night stay

Review 33：I have stayed down the street and actually got sleep. This place washorrendous . Traffic all night and during the early morning hours thatwas very audible in the room...I Felt like I was in a city. A loosesewer hole in the street next to the motel sounded like someone wasknocking on the doors all night long. Kids were in the pool early makinga racket across from my room. No coffee maker in the room or in thelobby!!!! I hate waking up , especially after no sleep, to no coffee!The air conditioning did not kick on right until 5 am so the room washot and windows did not open. The refrigerator was barely operating. Itotally regretted staying here. If I had paid only like $80 I would haveexpected this.If other places are not available next time I will staydown the street at Salisbury Beach(8 minutes away) where it is muchquieter and just drive to the boardwalk at Hampton and deal with payingfor parking meters. I stayed up along with half of the town until 2 amand expected to be able to get sleep when I got back...I Should havecamped or slept in my van instead somewhere else.
Review 34：Location was easily accessible to ocean boardwalk, but there are manyothers around there without the noise level , at least being heard inthe rooms, that I have stayed and that did have coffee at least in thelobby. Call ahead to any of these places on Ocean Blvd if coffee isimportant to you because three other places I stayed at also did nothave coffee makers in the rooms.

Review 38：My husband and I stayed here for two nights, I mean don't get me wrong, we've stayed in much nicer rooms also, but for the location and the money you are paying it could be worse. I was comfortable in this area. It's quiet and also close enough to walk everywhere. No complaints here!

Had to walk more than a block or two to get coffee as the store across the street from the motel did not open until 9am because the summer season ended.

Review 61：The room was filthy, the tub did not drain properly and was dirty, the towels were grey from lack of cleanliness, the sheets on the bed had hair on them before we slept on them, the bed was uncomfortable, the dead bolt did not work, no phone, no clock, the free wifi did not work, the manager was rude when we complained but did refund our second night.

Review 63：Bathroom was so small I couldn't even dry off after my shower in there. It was a good thing I was alone. It had a terrible smell when I got there that I almost turned around and left. The door wouldn't shut well. I had to slam it with both hands. The curtains were broken. There were peanuts in the bed rail. The light above the sink was so poor it was difficult to see to get ready to go out. The location was so ghetto, I was nervous to even walk alone to Ocean Ave. The smell of the room alone was enough for me to never stay there again, not would I ever recommend this motel to anyone.

Review 65：My television didn't work and they didn't get it repaired, or change my room. They said they were booked and no rooms were available. The rooms are next to a main street and traffic was very noisy. The bed was like a rock. They are not available in the office after 10 pm so if there is any problem forget it. There is no ice for drinks and there are absolutely no frills except a free small shampoo and mini bar of soap. No coffee anywhere except a few blocks away for any morning coffee fanatics. Overall it is not worth the price.
Review 66：I liked the abilty to park off street and walk to the beach. We walked down the boardwalk in the evening and the outside of the motel was lit well at night when we returned. The check in person was pleasant and polite.
Review 67：The place was run down, old and not very clean. The carpeting was not very clean. The screens to the outside were ripped, the air conditioner did not run properly and the pool on the roof of the hotel was green. I would definitely never stay there again and would never recommend the place. It cost 173. plus for one night! Ridiculous!!

Review 69：I didn't like the fact that the bedspread had someone's old Hello Kitty sticker on it. It was really worn out, and looked like it had been washed several times, but also only once a season. The parking spaces were very tighat and not many available. We had a pickup with bike rack attached and there is no way it would have fit anywhere but right in front by the check in. Not sure where they would have put us if that spot were not available, but we didn't feel like we could come and go. There was no ice machine, but there was a store to purchase some at across the street. All restaurants were a good walk. I don't feel like this was worth about $360 for 2 nights.I also saw several vacancy signs, so I would say contact some of the motels that may not be on booking.com if you know the names. Seems like there are better deals to be had.
Review 70：We traveled with my kids, ages 9 and 11. When booking through booking.com, it seemed like this was the last place available for two nights that had a pool. A pool is a must for our kids. They have a "rooftop pool". The pool is literally above the office, and dripped down on me as I was getting out of my truck to check in. The pool was too cold for the kids to even go in. It also looked very run down, I was afraid to sit on the one cushioned lounge chair that they had, 4 he cushion was only half there and in rough shape. I guess one plus is that we were able to lock our bikes to some posts that they had in their parking area. Also the room did have a microwave and fridge. The beach was pretty close if you walked across the street and down a path.
Review 71：Their A/C unit was not working at full blast so we had to open a window to get cool air. Our room looked like it was storage or big closet before. It was in the far corner. The bathroom consisted of shower and toilet. In one corner was the vanity and mirror outside of the bathroom.

We wasn't given enough towels/ face clothes. Quiet time is supposed to be at 10pm but people partied all night thru 4 am and the motel keepers did nothing about it. The place is gross and not worth the money. I will not return or refer anyone to the place.
