Review 1：No bad experience.

Review 2：The closeness to the freeway (99). The friendliness of the front office staff. The cleanliness of the room. The cocktail bar. The comfort of the bed and pillows.

Review 3：Clean, comfy, and cheap! The staff were all very nice and really went above and beyond to make our stay fantastic! You should definitely check out the lounge. Our bartender was Melissa and she is amazing! She does a great job of creating a fun and cozy atmosphere and making sure that everybody has a great time. Our stay here was well above our expectations.

Review 5：The whole experience. I was with my son and 5 year old grandson. Of course no one wants a room by the ice machine, but it wasn't that bad!

Review 6：Everything was perfect. Nice big room, very close to an outlet, 1 hour from Sequoia National Park. Like the idea that the laundry is near the fittness room, so you can do some gym while your clothes are in the washing mashine. :)

Review 18：I didn't like the idea you were pet friendly because my husband is very allergic to animals...they let us preview the room before booking to be sure. I guess people traveling have to have somewhere to put pets. ..but it ended up ok. .so much so that we came back.

Review 19：This is not the first best Western we have stayed in and definitely not the last. We stayed one night and ended up coming back for the second. Very comfortable on and off freeway but was quiet.thankyou!

Review 20：Our family needed a taxi service but no one seem to service to the hotel. Even with the recommendation from the hotel receptionist. We were stranded until we contacted Enterprise nearby to help get us to our destination that was only 30min away.

Review 21：The staff was pleasant and so was everyone around town. I was impressed that the full hot breakfast was yummy and saved us money from going to a restaurant. We will book next year again.

Review 22：This Best Western appears to be one of their older sites and was heavily booked by contract workers whose trucks filled the parking kit. Not a good reception for traveling families, although they were polite at the pool and in the bar. There are no elevators at the hotel, so ask for a first floor if hauling luggage upstairs is not your idea of fun. The complimentary breakfast area also serves as their evening bar and does not have enough seating for the morning crowd.

Review 23：The location of Town & Country Best Western was right off the highway and within walking distance to Apple Annie's Restaurant, which I reviewed in a different post. The area is somewhat rundown, but with newer hotels coming to the area, maybe it will improve. The room was standard and somewhat dated, but clean and had the normal toiletries. The pool was clean and our kids enjoyed it and the breakfast had very nice offerings. The breakfast attendant was very pleasant and helpful. Our stay was a good value, but next time we would probably select a different brand hotel.

Review 70：Distance to the Indian Wells tennis tournament was close and easy to get to. Room was very spacious with nice separation between the living room and kitchen area and the bed and bathroom. We loved it.

Review 77：When we checked in, the carpet flooring in the room was wet and thewindow was wide opened in spite of winter time and quite cold weather.Also it was some chemical smell in the bathroom. So the room didn'tcorrespond with minimum requirement. It looked like there had been someincident in this room before we arrived, but they provided us with thisroom without saying a word, with no excuse and no compensation.

Review 78：All good for a low cost traveller. Large, modern and clean rooms. The air conditioner was too loud but that's standard in California for this price. The vicinity was safe and the breakfast was plentiful. One of the best hotels we stayed in California.

Review 80：It was conveniently located. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and very comfortable. The only thing it lacked was a comfortable chair to sit in. Most motels do not have comfortble chairs to sit in for reading or just relaxing.

Review 81：This was a non smoking room that smelled like smoke...all my clothes are filled with smoke. When I told the staff all they did was turn off the air conditioning, and open the window this did not help. To make sure that all smoke is removed you need to clean the carpet, drapes, pillows and bed covering. I will not stay there again for that reason.

The included breakfastwas more than surprising with consistently refilled worm food includingsausages, eggs, waffles and all. They even had very fresh fruits!!! Veryvery satisfying breakfast and very nice stay. Much more than you canexpect from the price you pay.
