Review 1：The level of cleanness on all of the other floors leave a lot to be desired. Corridors and some rooms smell of stale smoke. Bins in common areas not emptied for days.

Review 3：only 3rd floor is renovated.... Rooms in 1st and 2nd floor are rubbish and you Need to ask and pay an extra for a new room in the 3rd floor, which will be very nice and comfortable. Price for Standard room on 1st and 2nd is far too high for the Quality....

Review 5：The hotel is nice, bright and modem abit Ikeaish! We stayed in a refurbished room but our friends were in the floors that hadn't been refurbished so our room was nice and theirs dated. Once all rooms are done it will be a lovely hotel. Breakfast could be a bit more varied but appreciate it can't cater for all nationalities. Overall stay pleasant.

Review 6：the room was not made, when I arrived in the evening. Therefor It was necessary to Exchange the room just after arriving. May just during my stay, there was a noisy asian travel Group.

Review 13：1b Unclear what you are booking. Know that double supreme gets you two twin beds. Pay for triple & you get a queen bed 3b From elevators on, very old, outdated and dingy. florescent lights everywhere give it a horror film quality at night. Room had peeling yellowed wallpaper, industrial carpets, dark pressed wood furniture would be ok if it were not otherwise darkly lit with florescents. Very eastern block looking. Bathroom had a shower cap, one washcloth, two glasses and the same liquid soap for body, hands, hair. Someone's hair o floors and counter. The shower curtain was utterly filthy with black hand prints and orange mold. Should have been thrown away! No temperature controls and was quite cold in the early morning. Thank God it was spring and not winter. 4 Breakfast was clearly put out very early and left sitting for hours. the cheese, cold-cuts and curry salads looked chancy. breads old; no fruit; Cold salad and a yogurt the only real option. Coffee was absolutely undrinkable. This cost an additional 15 Euro per person - truly rediculous. 5. Very poor value for the rate. At the least, the breakfast should have been included. For the same price you can get a nice room, parking and breakfast elsewhere. We paid 104 euro for a double supreme room, including cost of breakfast.

Review 14：1a Bed linens clean, bed comfortable 2 Staff young and tries hard. 3a Lobby recently updated w/modern look that is promising 4 The room's window opened for ventilation 5 This property has a lot of promise once lighting, rooms updated, elevators updated and they have more guests. Just a bed for now.. but it should at least be cleaner, nice towels and a freakin box of tissues would have vastly inproved our opinion. (it is clear an update may be in progress)

Review 15：I was not satisfied with the breakfast, witch is rated at an additional 15 €: the dining-room is acoustically a disaster, the scrambled eggs pans were empty at even after 20 minutes not refilled although I made a remark about ist, terrible music (the often used indefinable piano, trompet or sax tunes, an irritation for all those who love music) and, at 07:30 am, part of the dining room was used for a business presentation and it was difficult not to be distracted by the speaker.

Review 16：Very old hotel. Uncomfortable beds, old furniture, bad quality wifi, the bathroom very cold and old. This hotel needs an urgent renovation. Stay there if you don't have any other option.

Review 23：Easy to park which is always a bonus! Reception are has been refurbished so it is all clean and new. Breakfast had quite a good selection. Bathroom - bath and shower great with plenty of hot water. Glad to find that they now have housekeeping on a sunday as previous times we stayed the rooms wasn't.

Review 24：Bedroom furniture was old and battered. Showerhead was full of limescale. My ankles were eaten by something in the room. I didn't want to take my shoes off to stand on the carpet. Paid 15Eur for a breakfast where I had a choice of 3 bread rolls and 1 mini pastry - and this was at 0830 - no cut fruit left, powdered eggs and a few slices of cheese.

Review 56：Didn't get the room advertised and paid for and the staff would not change it even though I'd stayed there several times before. Not impressed. One lift out of order, the other dangerous and the stairs closed. Breakfast is worse than it was before and they completely ran out of items. It's run by kids who don't care. It has the feel that it's run on a shoe string. Wifi is patchy at best. Forget it if you're a business user.

Review 94：Walls were pretty thin, we could hear other guests and also walking in the coridor. The toilet wouldn't flush properly. The double-room only had ONE key, which made it difficult as we had different plans - and I had to wake up my friend when I got back to have her let me in.
