Review 1：I ddnt have electric blanket or extra blanket and I was cold at night

Review 2：The service and the efficiency in attending to my needs as well as availability of information when required. The place feels warm, and safe. I'd definitely consider visiting again in the near future and I'd recommend it to friends n family.

Review 3：Everything!! The Internet gives a complete wrong impression. I had booked into Castelleto at 116Kranzview, only to find that when we got there.....Castelleto was at No 36 but we had to drive down to No 116 in the morning if we wanted breakfast!!!! We stayed at No 36 which had a For Sale board up outside and the whole place just looked 'sad'. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!
