Review 1：If some of u doesnt ski there is not much place next to to go. Better if u're traveling by car

Review 2：It's out side of the Maribor, close to the mountains. Very calm and cozy place to stay next to the nature. Very clean. Rooms are excellent and have all the facilities. Breakfast is good enough

Review 4：Hotel room was fair, clean and comfortable. (4 starts part). Really slope-accomodation (unfortunately without any snow, but it is not your mistake). Fitness room was fine. Breakfast and dinner was good.

Review 7：This hotel is superbly located under the hill of Pohorje. Even without snow, it’s a good place for views and walks. However, the hotel’s organization and service are not up to par.You check in and head upstairs. The brand new key card should open the room door, but does it? Actually, no. It requires intervention from the head chambermaid (who is the nicest most efficient person in the hotel) to go downstairs and do her supervisor’s job.There’s a lovely balcony, but the French door is tricky and sticky. We can’t get it closed, so we ask Reception for help. They’ll send maintenance around next morning. Never mind that our balcony door will be open all night in cool weather—it’s not Reception’s concern (the maintenance guy does come in the morning and is the soul of helpfulness).Let’s see—when is breakfast? According to the room information in English, it doesn’t begin until 8. But this turns out to be incorrect: breakfast actually begins at 7--if you speak Slovene or German. Did anyone tell us that breakfast would be held in turns by language? No. And where IS breakfast? This is usually the second bit of information provided at check-in after your room number. The hotel comprises multiple buildings, but Reception does not provide this information at check-in, and they seem surprised next morning when I ask, even though breakfast, it turns out, is in another building. There are no signs, no arrows pointing helpfully in one direction.Okay, let’s go try the Wellness center. It’s locked. You need to get a card from Reception even to look at the facilities. No one tells you this. It’s not posted anywhere—there is just a locked door with a sign indicating that they are open (!). Once the card has been negotiated, you use it to enter Wellness; it’s also the card that secures your locker, but, guess what? No one tells you this and it’s not on a sign anywhere. Information is doled out in tiny packages, necessitating endless requests for the next bit of data.

Review 9：The restaurant was closed and we must go to eat somewhere else. They did not have room service. The room not look like 4 stars but for one night stay on the price that is out of season, it is ok, otherwise it is not worth it.

Review 13：The bed sheet looked like somebody had slept there - it was massy and had some hairs on it. The personal changed it immediately after we asked. Our room didn't have a balcony. The hotel restaurant didn't work after breakfast

Review 15：The tub/shower's door to keep the water from spilling on the ground is oh so short, so water on the bathroom floor can't be avoided. And breakfast was not that great, not a lot of variations.

Review 16：The location was excellent, the toboggan ride is just 100 meters walk. Breathtaking view from our balcony. Very family friendly hotel and place. So many outdoors activity that can be done. There's also a nearby restaurant to eat for dinner (La Cantina) although it is dark when we were walking towards the restaurant, but there some people passing alongside us so no worries. And when we went there was a festival happening literally beside the hotel, how awesome is that!

Review 17：poor quality breakfast, heating system very noisy in the night (you could hear and feel it in the entire building, like a big washing machine), the lady at the reception told us we can have dinner nearby at hotel Habakuk with 15€ (as written on the reservation) but there they asked 20€, no cosmetic tissues in the rooms

Maybe we had too high expectations, but this is a part of the service which could further increase the experience.

Review 55：The room I was in was nearby a very noisy fan/conditioning system. it expected the room being more silent as the hotel is great under all other points of view. i've been waked up by that fan 4-5 times in the night.

Review 57：The restaurant... In the evening there was no buffet dinner. We try to order some a la cart, but the quality is not the best. I recommend the restaurant in hotel habakuk, which is really close to arena (3 minute walk). In the restaurant of habakuk there are perfect buffet dinner every day with a reasonable price. Moreover, the rooms in hotel habakuk is overpriced, and really small - but the restauranr is really great there.

Review 59：Where can I start? Hotel is located on the slopes of Pohorje out side of Maribor. You can reach the city center with a 5 minute car ride. Hotel is right on the slopes. It has a beautiful view of the mountain. Hotel is really new and everything is excellent. Hotel staff was really friendly and eager to help. I told them that our trip was special and they threw roses all over the room. Great touch. Room is spacious with great king size bed. Lots of pillows and really comfy. Mini bar is really nicely stocked and the prices are descent. Bathroom OK. Wifi connection was excellent in the whole hotel. Breakfast was amazing and there are lots of choices of cold cuts, salads, cereal, yogurts, fruits, and hot plate with big variety of hot food. Spa is amazing! Lots of saunas, couple of whirpools and resting areas. Open late so you can enjoy it after a long day of walking around. I would recommend this hotel to everybody because I know that I am coming back!

Review 65：What to say about these guys?! We prepaid 5 nights without cancellationpossibility and as it usually goes in last minute we had to postpone andshorten our planned break. I contacted hotel just to try get somethingback even though it was "shooting blanks" and on our surprise hotelstuff offered us new dates (matching our new request). Not only this,but since we could not get cash back, these guys boost us with (for thedifference in prepaid reservation and new booking) dinner for all4nights + unlimited access to spa....and they have all the rights tocharge us for first, prepaid booking + new booking. Breakfast and dinnerwere very good with variety of meats, veggies, salads, + localspecialties.. I will go back no matter on circumstances!

Review 66：Our room was just above the bar where the first night a group of peoplemade a lot of noise until around 2 o'clock in the night, but with thewindow closed was very quiet. To reach the city centre a car is needed
