Review 1：Front receptionist was having a bad day & let everyone know. Check in took too long - one checking in & another not helping to eliminate the line.

Review 3：I was charged a total of $10 more for two nights. My room didn't have a phone or a hair dryer and the heater/ air-conditioner ONLY worked when it wanted to!!! Also, our toilet was clogged!!

Review 5：The rooms smelled and had stains on the couches and carpets. The phones didn't work and there weren't alot of channels on the tv.I to change rooms 2 times because they put me in a wrong room and then they put me in a room with no electricity...

Review 11：Bathroom stool clogged up with the first use and it was to late for a maintenance person to be called. Room smelled like a week old cigar. I know that smoking room have a smoke smell but this smelled like the housekeeping staff forgot what fabreeze is or any spray air freshener Is. All it would take to make the room smell better is to spend a couple of bucks on a container of air freshener.

Review 21：The young man who checked me in was not outgoing and friendly, but not rude either. You need outgoing people to greet guests who have traveled long distances. Also the sign on the pole at the intersection is not readable from the main road since it is small and underneath the larger sign by another brand.

Review 25：No television remote. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. The air conditioner unit didn't cool the room down at all. The bedding and towels all felt grainy and overused. Stains on everything including tables the ceiling and the floors looked so traveled that the carpet was splitting.

Side of building was boarded up. The water in the shower was really had a really strong salt order and felt slimy like it couldn't be washed out of the hair. We were switched to this hotel b/c our preferred hotel had overbooked. Wished we had know and we could have went elsewhere.

The elevator was out of order twice during our 4 night stay , including when we checked in with all our luggage. The ice machine was out of order also.check the iron before you use it as I made the mistake of not checking it and got red stuff on my shirt .
