Review 1：We had 3 different rm in one nite cuz different thing went wrong but they never offered to comp us a free rm so I will not go back.
Review 2：The owner r very nice and helpful.
Review 3：The place is not very secure. The staff is very unprofessional. There was a mix up with the room and someone entered our room. The owner brought the people back to the room and yelled at us and blamed us for the mix up in front of other customers. Also, keep an eye on your bank accounts as they claimed the rug was a mess (which looked 20 years old with a lot of damage to it already) and took a chunk of money out of my account on top of the room rental. I asked for evidence of the damage and how much it cost. I was brushed off. I don't recommend this place. We felt very unsafe. There is only one lock on the room door and not to prevent staff from walking in any time they want. The room was very dirty. Hair was all over the tub and floor in the bathroom. The smells were awful. The curtains and blinds were all busted up and was hard to keep our privacy in the room. We left the motel early. Scary place. I will never go back.

We only stayed there because we add already paid for the room. We will never go back there ever again. I think it is a welfare motel. There was stuff in the bathroom that must have been there from a previous renter. The WiFi didn't work hardly ,if I managed to get on the WiFi I would keep getting kicked off. This place really shouldn't be in business. Another thing when we arrived at the motel our room wasn't cleaned yet and so we went to do some things in the area and when we came back it still wasn't ready, so we were given a different room. ABSOLUTELY HATED this OK.

How can theyignore a problem like this and continue to put people in there.

The room was not clean whatsoever: visible mold in the bathtub and bathroom fan with overwhelming odor, carpet was covered in remnants of last visitors dirt etc. The room we actually booked reeked of cigarette smoke (this is a non smoking facility) and we were downgraded to a room with 2 twin beds. Wifi barely worked. Was concerned for majority of the time about the safety of my car and if I could even fall asleep in that bed.

Review 35：We arrived early (two hours before check-in) and the room was not ready (needed to be cleaned), which was fine. So, my fiance and I left and went to the beach. We came back and received our room number and key. The parking is assigned to the rooms so our truck was not visible to our room which was the first thing that we did not like. We had the nicest vehicle in the whole place. Bald tires, cluttered run-down vehicles. We should have known then to run! There were two shady-looking men sitting outside their room that proceeded to stare at us the whole time we were there. We opened the door to our room and was hit in the face by a foul odor (smelled like sour milk and mold). The floor was soft and dirty! We had to be cautious where we walked. The smoke detector was hanging out of the wall by it's wires. The shower stall had a dirty washcloth still hanging in this "recently cleaned room" and the sheets had unidentifiable yellow stains on it. There was an inch of dust on the furniture in the room and gross disgusting stains on the door, not to mention that the room only had a regular house key lock. No deadbolt or additional added security lock. We traveled four hours to get here only to return the key and leave without a refund!!! DO NOT STAY HERE....
Review 36：The lady was very friendly. The motel is relatively close to the beach, a five minute drive or so.
Review 37：Motel needs updating, outlet in the bathroom didn't work, and the bathroom didn't close tight. Only 1 lock on rm door. We would have felt better with a more secure lock. We had 2 rms , 1 was for my daug and her family(with 2 little kids) I was a little uncomfortable with the people on both sides of us, they spent a lot of time outside smoking & drinking. Just was not a good family setting.

Review 40：Room in real bad condition, tie on bathroom floor tile loose and grout missing. Bathroom sink back splash tile had jagged edges that were sharp. One of the two beds was old and warn out (sag in middle). Kitchen area was old and dirty looking. . People lived there year round...maid service was poor, bed not made....Motel all around was a huge mistake. ..
Review 41：Any hotel that charges your card at noon before you check in should automatically raise a red flag. Initially it looked like a quaint New England Motel but once we pulled around back the scene changed drastically. The residents (yes, residents) of the hotel were enjoying drinks around the questionable pool. Our neighboring room was donning an eviction notice (interesting choice for art work) and then we opened the door to what we hoped to be luxurious accommodations (or at least suitable to sleep and walk in). At first glimpse we saw a tv and cable box with wires strewn about, fake flowers in a vase (both with UPC tags in place) and an air conditioner from the 70s that was noisy as all get out. Too afraid to take off our shoes and in desperate need of a drink we scoured our room for some cups. In the absence of cups we decided to drink our wine from the bottle. Too afraid to sit down, we stood around taking in the scenery of our pieced together bathroom, dirty toilet and stained carpet. Upon further investigation we discovered our bed skirt was the plastic wrapping around our box spring. When contemplating where we would sleep we realized the other bed still had the mattress and box spring wrapped in plastic. You might be saying to yourself, "well at least it's clean", however the sheets were stained with questionable colors and appeared to be more of a shade of yellow than white. Our solution was to sleep on top of the bed spread and use the other bed spread for our blanket. The bed spreads earned the 1 star as they looked new and less scary than the rest of the room. Our belongings occupied all flat surfaces, out of legitimate fear of putting them on the floor or the lovely yellow sheets. When I was offered my hair tie from the floor I had to hold back some throw up because it was not mine. Let's move on to the bathroom which made a construction site port-o-potty look like 5 star hotel bathroom.
Review 42：Local taxi services are poor and unorganized and quite unreliable. There's a handful of drivers in the area. The area is booming im surprised there wasn't a legitimate taxi service but rather the flat rate 'transportation services' where the drivers use and even share their own personal vehicles. This has nothing to do with this property but its a notable issue for the area itself. The electricity to our room was iffy. We had the the a.c. going cuz its the beginning of July but the lights would dim continuously but its something you can cope with. Their power system concerns me i believe its being overloaded.

Review 105：Being renovated by inexperienced owner an maint man. Old mattresses and furniture everywhere. Walked in to my room that I had a key for and someone else was already in it. Owner offered me another room at 11pm that had only a bed in it. Wires hanging out of walls, no tv, no bathroom door or fan. Worst experience of my life. Owner admitted she didn't know what she was doing. Maintainence man doing electrical on residential business. Dangerous!

We were late getting back from our morning bike ride but a late check out wasn't a problem. We are returning in two weeks with our children!
Review 117：The place STUNK. I had asked for a non smokers room... there was a sign that said no smoking, but a smoker had stayed for a very long time at one stage. It was DIRTY there was mould in the bathroom. .. I chose not to wash I was that unsure. .. if I HAD any idea of where else I could have stayed I would have packed up and left... as it was I got there so late I didn't have a choice. .. I'm disappointed with me for staying. .. thank goodness I HAD perfume to spray
