Review 1：It was filthy The bed sucked, the shower was broken and the room was dirty...

Review 2：The property was poorly maintained. The rooms, halls and lobby were disgusting. Even their breakfast sucked. Can I get my money back? I will never stay at the property again.

Review 3：Tried for several hours to call hotel prior to arrival, couldn't get through. Phone number acted as though you were calling a cell phone. Pointed out this problem to stall when I arrived. I arrived @1:30am. Room was very hot. A/C was broke in the first room. In addition to a lot of mold and mildew in the bathroom. Staff had to check several more rooms to find one with good A/C. Tried to access internet, was not working. Had to have staff reboot routers in hotel to repair. Carpet and furniture in rooms and front lobby need to be steam cleaned, very dirty and stained. Outside of property is clean.

Review 5：I am a repeat guest from Mexico who made a 17 hour drive and had requested the hot tub to be on as I could hardly walk. The staff had no problem with this but the entire time I was there nobody could get the jacuzzi running. The owners need to make this much simpler so the staff could do their jobs. Also, a very small thing would be to give the guests dining a 10 or 15 minute warning as to the breakfast breakdown and ending. It was gone in a few minutes and I needed some last simple things that were now gone. Both the above suggestions are very minor but important.

Review 6：Safety, location to businesses, quiet, very nice staff, great value, Norte Mall a block away, restaurants near by and some hotel restaurant delivery. Breakfast is included, great rooms and well kept. Refrig and microwave complete the reasons I stay there. Hot tub and pool are another reason!

Review 11：My room was on the ground floor which I like. This is a somewhat older property but still in pretty good shape. The room was much larger than you usually get in this price range. Large bath, Separate Lounge area with sofa and table and desk, dresser, flat screen TV, comfortable king bed, nice sheets. An opulent room in its day and still quite comfortable. Coffee, fridge, micro wave.

Review 12：No irons oe hair dryers in rooms, no air conditioning in lobby extremely hot during breakfast. There is NO Happy hour complimentary hour as stated. Not a good choice for the money.

Review 13：No towels in the room upon arrival. No refrigerator in room upon arrival. When asked for fridge, manager stated it was optional and receptionist said all were broken. Finally got room towels and used them for pool. I asked for more towels and manager said that I was "wrong" in using the room towels because there are separate pool towels. I asked for additional room towels and received pool towels to shower back at the room. Turned on their treadmill and it would jerk on and off: broken but no sign "out of order" anywhere. The bottom of my bedroom door that seals/plastic/metal thing was cut off and I could see the hallway through the bottom of door. In addition, the side doors leading out of hotel had tape on the latch to avoid locking. Manager was argumentative.

Review 16：I had to be moved twice within my stay. The 1st room was dirty and not ready, the 2nd room got flooded and the last room where I finally got to stay in, was in conditions of a very cheap hotel. Even though I expressed all the inconveniances I had to deal with, no one seemed to show any type of concer, includding an employee tha seemed to be part of management.

Then given another room where there was only one towel to shower and it was full with hair. Toilet didn't flush and minimal water came out from shower head. Then I find out that the hot tub was not operational; thus, the pool was freezing. My over all experience was very poor.

Review 73：the hotel was overall a very enjoyable stay. the front desk was very helpful and friendly. They greeted me with a warm smile and answered any question I had. once i got to my room, I was easily able to get settled in. The rooms felt real roomy and the fact that I could connect my ipad with the wi fi was a huge plus. yhe room came with a fridge and a microwave so I was able to store my insulin there which made it easier for me. i was there on a business trip so and I really didn't want to order pizza for dinner. There was a pretty good selection of restaurants around the area and i felt generally safe. I didnt need to worry about not having a car since they offered complimentary shuttle services within a reasonable distance (restaurants, mall, airport). although it was chilly during my stay, the pool area was real nice and im sure that it would have been nice in the summer months.. the area was pretty centralized and I didn't have to go too far to get yo where I needed to be. I'd definitely stay here again sinve it was a very pleasant stay and I felt very much at home here and being on business trips all the time really makes you miss home.

Dining room chairs are covered in fabric andreupholstered in plastic. Asked for ground level, got the lastroom, on the last floor. The ice maker did not work on the 4thfloor, need I go on?

Review 81：I didnt like that the employees allowed their own family come and swimfor free, while not staying at the hotel. It was very uncalled for andvey unprofessional of them. I wouldnt not of mind if it was only 1 or 2people. But one night the employee had 14 family members to be exactover at the pool. Their was no where to sit and relax by the poolbecause each person had their own belongings on the chairs. And all thekids would be splashing water while diving. And the next night anotheremployee had his family over also and they started to have a bbq whenthe smoke came in to the hotel the fire alarms went off and everyonewas frighten.

Review 86：blood stained sheets body hairs in bed (they did not change sheets, not even shake them off before re-use them) no fire alarm installed (only loose wires) police officers entered in the middle of the night to arrest someone in the room across the hall. Terribly slow service at front desk the couple before us, came back while to switch rooms because the towels were wet on the floor and the bed unmade, with trash on the garbage cans.

I got in late knowing I would sleep in before I went to the airport and when I reported it to the staff, they just said they'd check into it. The clicking was like someone jiggling the door handle so kept thinking someone was trying to get in.

The cleaning staff not only foundand turned it immediately into the frontdesk, but tlhe frontdesk wentto the trouble to lookup my cell phone number and immediately reachedme. When we picked up the Kindle, the cleaning lady did not want toreceive the money I had to insist she take. The staff may not beperfect, but it is honest.
